Nishat had become my favourite hotel in Lahore. Trendy, centrally located and high tech. However, in recent times Ive seen their quality drop. Last time I got a room with the sound of the air circulation machinery so loud I couldnt sleep and this time the bathroom was not clean at all. That said, if you point something out, they are very quick to try and resolve it and do a good job doing so. However, Id rather have them regain their previous quality.

I really enjoy each and everything, the security was very good, the covid sop are strickly followed by property. The swimming pool was well maintaine and temprature control, the staff was very friendly and i really enjoy the whole moments.I strongly recommend please never loose your standard which you are currently following.

1 of the best experiences I had in lodging industry.It changed the meaning of hospitality.... will love to stay here over and over.Had a 3 bedroom suite and it was the nicest I had experienced so far.Thanks nishat group.

Great location and really good breakfast. Something amusing was breakfast buffet ends at 10:30.Guys not everyone is here for an official trip, some people come on leisure. Even business trip people have weird routines.Moreover there seems to be huge room for growth, and you guys have the muscle, dont stop.

Good rooms + services. You wont regret it.When it comes to dining....You need to be generous about paying.BUT....breakfast is love.If you dont want to pay more than booking fee.....dont you dare to touch minibar in your room.

Stayed at the Nishat Gulberg this weekend. Excellent service during Covid times. The breakfast is now outside, and the wait staff is as nice and caring as they used to be while moving in and out with food. Irfan waited on us and he was extreme courteous and efficient. Kudos for trying their best in a tough time!

My stay was great at Nishat Gulberg. Room service was awsome and the complimentary breakfast was a real good experience even at the end the of breakfast time. Neerag the GRO was extremely sweet and accommodating and repeatedly checked on us if we needed anything else. Overall a great experience, good food and a lot of choices.

About place:Its was a great experience to be in Nishat Hotel; Small but nice. The staff was courteous. Room was spacious, neat and clean, and with all the comfort you can find at home. Daily newspaper at door step with fruits. Breakfast menu of Cube restaurant offers a wide range of items. Indoor temperature control swimming pool (i wish i could make the most of it which I couldnt due to inappropriate swimming wear; maybe next time :)) next to the state of the art fitness center that offers best in class machines. You can even find a Nishat store within vicinity.One thing that I was concerned about, that i didnt find any window that could let natural light in not even in the room I was living in.About Location :Its in posh area of Lahore and is very close to MM Alam road which is at a walking distance if you take left from the main entrance . In addition, is a heaven for those who are in search of good clothing / shoes brand.Highly recommended!

We have organised a small function yesterday. The attitude of the staff was very cooperative & caring. The service was great, ambience was good, the quality of food and taste was equally good. The whole trip was bad in the hotel the staff was totaly unprofesional. Services was very slow and poor.I ask them to clean the room they said we just clean your room and sounds totaly like 1 star hotel services, the privacy lock system is not working and i ask them to fix it but it did not,I booked 2 rooms and in one room there was no soap and shampoo for bathing.. i need extra matters and when staff came for giving me extra matters they did not setup the matters i have to do it myself and when i ask them about pillow they replied you have already extra pillow on bed you dnt need extras.Totaly unprofesional staff, Highly not recomended that hotel.

Great service, very cordial staff, loved the breakfast, accommodated all my requests.

I stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights and was impressed by housekeeping team. In particular housekeeping staff made me feel at home. Mr Abbas stood out as being very prompt and impeccable about making beds and cleanliness. He was prompt in taking care of service requests and understood our likes and dislikes very fast and did needful.

It was a very good experience and it is highly recommended to come and stay in Nishat Hotel

Always good to be here. Excellent environment, very very good rooms. Out of this world interior. Services are also very good. The only thing they need to improve is the breakfast and the quality of tea categorically and the space for breakfast.One issue I spotted which really matters a lot now a days: Hot water in tap comes after wasting lots of water. In these times when water is short and hence needs to be preserved, such negligence is not welcome at all.

As claimed, food over here was the worst quality. I always had some passion about fine dining, so I went there but I was so much disappointed as the place was congested and the food quality was quite low.

The hotel is definitely designed contemporary with European / American contemporary Style.Great spot if you like to have access to the mall and food.One star was taken away as there were no towels and no iron & iron board.

A nice boutique hotel with massive rooms. The decor is very modern and classy. There were a few little hitches with a door not closing properly but staff fixed that quickly. If has all the latest tech with touch panel controls for all the services in the room and around the hotel.Breakfast space is a little crowded and he staff although helpful seemed to be overwhelmed with the numbers.Food was excellent and a good variety was on offer.Overall I really enjoyed our stay. Excellent.

Great place with amazing food.

Its nice but its very expensive! 19000 per night. They also have bell boys which expect tips for everything. The managers and staff are nice and helpful. The place is decorated nicely. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the location is great but the price is too steep.

It was good overall. Small in size but interior was fire.

I often go to the cube for their mutton biryani. The hotel is a state of art itself and the quality of food is superb. Highly recommended. Safe and maintains international standards of hospitality!!!

Food was tasteless. But atmosphere was good.

Very nice room and staff are remarkable but food experience (breakfast) in term of assortment is very limited.Also during check out they tried to charge us more for room charges but we didn’t consume something.Anyway, overall good experience, food court and shopping mall are available.
