The service was not good. They didnt care for hygene and cleaning. The staff didnt care anymore and not even know about the hospitality and hoteling.

Well it was a satisfactory experience... There was issue regarding availability of water for some time at night .. No issue of food as there are a lot of restaurants nearby.. A safe place to reside in.

Very very bad hotel... I came from quetta and directly came here based on the pictures given... However the room were not as they seemed in pics... Very very dirty, full of pests and the stench was unbearable... All of the rooms that were shown to me were of same condition... The mistake i made was that i gave amount prior to seeing the rooms... I wanted to change the hotel instantly but the staff told me that they will charge for one night even if i stayed for 1 minute after checking in... And they did... I had to stay there one night and it was the worst night of my life.... As soon as the dawn cracked, i went to a nearby hotel namely 12j hotel near firdous market and it was much much much better.... Please dont ever stay or consider to stay at Gardenia hotel...

Good location. All food points, and brands are near by. Its kind of in center of every necessity.

Rooms are not upto the mark and staff is rude. If you checkin in the morning at 5am your day one will be completed at 12noon. It means they will charge you full rent for just 7 hours. Remember this scam when you are here.

Very cheap arrangement, no cleanliness, dirty bathrooms. I booked the hotel after viewing pics on internet but have to switch hotel. In the same price i have booked Shelton hotel. Really good in comparison with Gardenia hotel
