We stayed there for 2 nights during our recent trip to Lahore. The best part is location as the hotel is situated in Gulberg 3 area and walking distance from MM Alam road where you can find many restaurants and shopping places. The room was not so big but comfortable for small families. Cleanliness was also good. Customer service is better but not the best. Pricing is reasonable. Water heater in winters maybe a problem in some rooms.

A very peaceful and adequately clean place. Complementary breakfast is good. The staff is coopertive. Much suitable place to take rest during your leisure as well as business trips.

Had A comfortable and fun filled stay! We loved the welcoming atmosphere and Vibe of the restaurant. The location was great as it was pretty near to all the best restaurants and historical places. Also, the staff was very friendly. They made sure that we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The behavior of reception staff is very poor. They are not qualified for the job of receptionist, just ordinary employees. On phone enquiry they say something else, and upon arrival they change their words. They agree Breakfast Included in price, but refuse to provide it and say it is complementary, and ask for payment for breakfast. Receptionist is well trained in quarrelling with customers. Tea is worst than sold at bus stands. Behavior of room service staff is good.

The hotel rooms are good for the price. Although the approach to the hotel is terrible, no parking. The staff is not trained for the job. I couldnt sleep because of the loud unpleasant sound of a hammer at 8 in the morning.

Its located on MM alam road and all restaurants are walking distance.... malls are all around u dont need car.... but its more of an option if u are alone and on a business trip or casual 2 nights stay.... dont expect much the hotel is on road and doesnt have parking so u will have to bear with street parking....bedding and sheets were super clean but rooma nd vathroom was a little on the average side

I booked the room online via bookings. com and when i called to confirm and spoke to the rude manager he declined to give me the room at the rate booking.com committed and instead told me the charge would be 1200 rs more than what booking.com was offering me for the night. Such hotels should be black listed who trouble their customers and cant honour their deals

Best hotel in best price n location in lahore .rooms are awesome n clean . Stuff really cooperative.

It was OK, compared to amount paid was not superb. Toilet roll was provided, tissue box was there. Washroom was good and clean having one shampoo and soap one sachet. Bed was creating creaky sounds on movement. Bedsheets were not neat and clean. Pillows were also a bit dirty. Comforter was looked liked not washed since along time and was also not having cover. When I asked for an extra bedsheet to be used as cover it up as provided which was looking as if been used for more than a decade. The backside of the room was having an ugly wallpaper. So overall comparing to the amount paid it the quality was 70%.

The manager imran miscommited , on call he confirmed at 3500 but on arrival at night he demanded and 4500 and later discounted at 4000. I travelled fro.khi to sukkur then to lhr, was not in the position to bargain anymore as my family waiting in the car. So he enjoys 500 but loses his worth. Est was all good.

Stained carpets, cracked window, dirty fans, no exhaust in the bathroom so the room quickly smells up. Please see attached pics. I did not stay overnight and switched hotels. Avoid.

For a budget hotel it’s a good choice compared to others in the area , staff is friendly and responsive. Make sure you check the room before you make a payment, some rooms doesn’t have ventilation/ windows.

Small but good hotel inside area of Gulberg Lahore. I think this hotel is very suitable and economical for people who are coming for few days visit and purpose of their visit is to roaming around Gulberg.

No ventilation in bathrooms and toilets.3- Bad food.4- No parking facility outside the premises. Its a bed & breakfast, so please dont higher your hopes and comparing it with the 4-5star hotel, overall its best from inside. Breakfast & tea was good Managers of the day and Night with both shift staff was very very corporative and friendly.At first Well its wasnt the location as per the listed one,they have recently fixed it on google mapsThere was a time when hot water was not coming but fixed later on after complain, Id stayed on the 1st floor very first day the experience was very bad that I literally heard someone has came inside my room but I figured out that there is a gap between my room window and other room the space was so big that people talking can be heard like that they are inside the room, After complain they change my room very quickly. They gave me room of my choice but the bad part was that there was gali street behind my bathroom and all the time I heard subzi walay lolP.S : Attaching the picture of the room I stayed.

They give In the name of toilatries only a small soap.. as minibar they provide Small peanut packets and cost arround 50 for that pack.. Fridges not even working. Towel is stiff due to longterm use of it.. No ventilations in rooms.. as welcome not even plain water is provided.. with this cost one can get a placee of much better location or facilities. Room service is quite efficient but the front desk is pythetic.. Through booking.com i resreved when i shared the doc on first day the manager said keep it aside talk to me.I had no second option.. wont recommend if you have second option

Very bad management. I booked online two days before check in but at check in time they said no rooms are available. There was another customer facing same problem. After 8 hour drive with family I face this problem. And finally they give me 1 room instrad of 2 after 3 hours.Very poor management

Horrible hotel! Paid $7,000 and tried the first room and it was not clean also the flush didn’t work! They tried to give me 2 other rooms and the same problem the flush Wouldn’t work! Extremely disappointed!

Not a good option. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Washroom shower was leaking. No lifts and conusted stairs. Location looks like off-road. Staff was nice though. Room had some weird smell. Food was good.

First, the pros. The hotel is situated off M. M. Alam Road, thus it has easy access to boutiques for women’s shopping, as well as a lot of good restaurants in the area. And the pros end here. Now, the cons. This is a small guesthouse, not a hotel. I had booked a room with twin beds for my daughter and myself; however, when we arrived, they only had a room with a large bed. After several reminders, they finally brought a dirty mattress for my daughter. And then, even after several reminders, they never provided a blanket for her, and she had to sleep using towels as blankets. The room and bathroom were dirty. I would also suggest to the management to install shower curtains in the bathrooms. I hate bathrooms without shower curtains, as this makes the whole bathroom completely wet when taking a shower! The AC was not very efficient, and the ceiling fan was quite noisy, and we had a horrible night’s sleep. Not recommended at all!!

Hotel location is very nice compared to the cost of room. Also the hotel is renovated and lobby is very good. Some rooms are very good and other are so so. Must watch room before finalising deal. Doesnt have lift so having a room on 3 or 4th floor might be a challenge. Hotel management is friendly. Check out for additional tax
