Attended a training session for two days in their event hall at 1st floor. I really didn’t like the hall. And washrooms were also very dirty.Food served was good. Small hotel lobby. Good for a stay for a night only

Dirty Rooms, over charged place and on top of it they charge you sales tax but its not mentioned in invoice that its sales tax and no sales tax number mentioned on invoice. I asked for sales tax invoice with sales tax number mentioned on it and they refused to provide, receptionist told me hell email me and took my email address but still after a week nothing received. After asking for the tax invoice they started making excuses and keep on calling higher official which they were refusing to them. Please dont stay here my stay was. Miserable no heating no cooling, no ventilation their excuse was that room is directly exposed to sun thats why there is a issue of heating and cooling. No hot water tap water stinks like a a drain water, disgusting restaurant. 100% not recommended

A very nice hotel, perhaps a recent addition to the good hotels of Lahore. Our office held a 3 days Conference there and guests also stayed at the same hotel. The experience was great, staff is very courteous. Highly recommended.

Nice relaxing ambiance of the Grand Palm Hotel. Nice floor on the entrance but entrance is not big enough to match the height of the hotel. Also wheel chair entrance is available. Cleanliness and hygiene is visible to naked eyes. Rooms are not grand but also you can not call them bad. Hotel staff is OK but they need to train the staff who is standing outside the main entrance.

An excellent place if you want to stay in centre city and avoid the hustle at the mall road by staying in a 5 star. Gym, pool, suana and pretty much a lot to offer in this price tag.

Went to grand palm hotel on short visit to attend a medical meeting. Location is good and just opposite to Qaddafi stadium. Parking is okay. Environment and decor is good. Staff is cooperative. Cleanliness is best. Wish to visit this place in future too. Recommend to others to visit this place.

Extremely nice place to stay in the heart of Lahore with close access to all the food and fun places. Staff was very cordial and responsive to the needs. I had to stay a bit longer after check out and they didnt charge me anything extra. Very courteous people. Nice gym as well for people who like to work out. Highly recommended.

I had a very very bad experience, the hotel staff stolen my wallet from room during cleaning, after asking for CCTV camera, they never let me see or send me the clips, I lost my all credit and atm cards, even my cnic, they never let me confirm anything even they were not responding good maybe they have seen in camera that their staff has stolen,so because of bad reputation they never let me see. I think they are Thief. And in their room, they have locker box but that box is also not useful, can be opened by other codes. So my suggestion is that dont choose this hotel otherwise loss will be your.

Washrooms was not good. Water spleage from Bath tub.which was complaint but complaint was not handle during my stey. Charges are very high as compared to others guest houses.Food quality was also not good.

Grand palm hotel Feroz Pur Road Lahore located opposite Qadafi Stadium Lahore.

It was pathetic. The room was smelly and bathroom was worst. Even there was no fruit basket in the room.

Good location, nice spacious room, well equipped toiletteries for guests. Serves complimentary breakfast in dining area. The only down side is they have saved money on bathroom fittings which means that there will be problems like occasional leaks, loud drains and even jacuzzi tubs where steam inlets are not properly insulated ! Overall good value for money

Everything was good in the hotel. Nice and clean rooms, Buffet was also amazing not just for name the only thing was that lift didnt worked properly when I was leaving the hotel hope itll get fixed soon.

Wonderful place to stay for overnight with your family. Your kids will love the pool and gym facilities. Rooms are also excellent. Baths are super with almost each and everything. Neat and clean. Staff is ok. View is good. Hotel location is good. Wi-Fi is there. Charges are less than pc. But facilities almost the same. Highly recommended.

Grand Palm Hotel offered my family and I a Wow factor experience during our two nights stay at the fourth floor. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The delux room was upgraded for us on request during check-in and had immaculate amenities. Seemed we were in an international hotel while residing in the heart of Lahore.

I booked the hotel online and requested and early check in . I never got a reply from the hotel , i had to come in person to get a response .I arrived at 5 am in the morning and waited couple of hours to check in even though alot of rooms were vacant. Staff at the reception surely does not know how to deal with customers . Need more professionalism

This hotel is just osm, Rooms are very nice and clean, morning buffet was / actually better then pc. If you want to stay only then this hotel is better then pc hotel in rooms rates & buffet system but the onoy advantage of PC hotel is that they provide the whole enviroment in one placeFor example, shopping, spa & resturant.
