Its a normal hotel and prices are also reasonable. There was no breakfast buffet rather a complimentary table order. Cleanliness was just fine. Location is good as shopping areas are near

Rooms were decent .... washroom needs to be upgraded .... stayed for 2 nights on second day came back at 9pm room still wernt cleaned .... then asked room service to heat some food for us they charged rs.500 for use of crockery which i found weird .... locations is great .... service can be improved greatly

Excellent location, in the heart of liberty market. Reasonably priced. Not much variety for breakfast though.Staff, friendly and very accomodating to any specific requirements we had. Easy to get to anywhere from here.

There is a Sports Shop in basement named as Orient Sports .It is very Good Shop and prices are also very reasonable.You can get all sports accessories of best quality there.

I have read some terrible reviews regarding this hotel, i stayed in this hotel for last 3 days. Very clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is also very cooperative and active. I had no trouble / complain staying here. Most of the guests were with family or on official visits so no shady activities here. Safe for family

Old hotel, but they keep on changing reception look or rooms condition often, but of course they cant change that lift which can’t stop at first floor, they cant expend the room sizes thats too small, the only good about this hotel thats make this hotel really worth staying is Liberty Market.Hotel reception staff is courteous and professional and working since long long time. I stay there when it was shalimar, then stay here when this become best western and also i stay here a now when its Smart hotel amazing thing that the Duty Managers and reception staff are same with addition of one or two. Overall i will rate it 5/10

Smart hotel is NOT SMART NOW. . They will lose their reputation if their mangement will not see it .First impression, Room key, every hotel issue two keys for a double room. They have their own logic and they give you stupid reasons as to why they issue only one key.From the reception desk staff to the breakfast table, they need to upgrade themselves.I used to stay only two hotels in lahore. But now smart hotel is out of list.

Poor ventilation system. Blowing warm air even if they were supposed to be cooling the room. And the engineering person made it even worse. Set it on more heat. No fresh air coming into room if u turn of the ventilation system. Very conjusted rooms. Not worth the money. And miserbable parking facility

I stayed couple of times at sunfort and smart is no comparison to their services. I requested a double room for family at smart, expected a good sized room but was disappointed at their miserly sense of spaciousness. Its even hard to put a mattress without moving furniture here and there. Requested house keeping to tidy up the room no one turned up to check. Sunfort will be my choice given the options.

The place was ok which side the fact that they have very narrow corridor area , restraunt food is quality wise good but it doesnt have the flavours what you are looking for ,they also provide a choclate bar for which provided that the charging price of their biscuits and cookies and other stuff so high i would suggest you to buy the stuff yourself as ut would be 3 times cheaper.Behavior of the staff is good , lift is too small in there , location is soo good .

The design criteria of this hotel was supposed to be covering PARKING area for visitors / guests / customer s of hotel. Guests wondering here and there and using Parking of Liberty Market resembles that Hospital administration least bothers about parking of their valuable clients.

We didnt avail room service but had lunch in thier restaurant. The taste was awesome and service was super awesome. Staff was well mannered and coperative. Ambience was nice. We ordered chicken handi with olive oil and daal makhni both were nice and light on stomach. The TEA was fantastic

I always enjoy my stay at Smart Hotel. Its a pretty descent hotel with all the facilities of any big 5 star hotel. Small rooms, but theyre pretty comfy and clean. Prices are reasonable and room services are great! Hotel food is amazing! Do try their Chinese food options!!!

Nice four star residential facility in the heart of Lahore. Although situated in noisy area but inside is quite calm, serene and comfortable. Rates are reasonable and food is good. Its located in liberty market which is one of the known places for shopping in the metropolitan city of Lahore

Nice cosy hotel at an affordable price. Stayed a couple of days here during a documentary shoot. The breakfast was great and served early which was a relief. Some of the Chinese dishes in the menu need some reworking because they were too Desi. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here if I visit Lahore again.

Their service is a bit slow, and theyll call you at night and ask you for dinner(which i dont like them doing), and they dont allow food from outside caterers. Other than that, a hood experience, the reception staff is very professional and cooperative.

Smart Hotel may not be a five star hotel, but the attitude, courtesy, customer ease and delight, are all five star. I attended a workshop here a few weeks ago, and decided to offer my own training at the hotel. I was given great service and the hotel seemed to have addressed any feedback they had received earlier. All the hi-tech facilities with five star support available. The chicken karahi served for lunch had too much tomato. That is probably the only negative feedback I can give. I am sure they will have addressed it the next time I hold a workshop there, because it will be soon.*Update: They did address it. I have had a couple of training programs there and the food quality has improved radically. The chicken karahi this time around was simply amazing.

I normally stay at this property just because i know the faces and located in shopping area, property is old and not well maintained.

A good hotel, service is good but room furniture is a bit old, mini bars are old, does have a tv cable and an LCD TV, air condditioned. Room service is good. The worst drawback is parking. They dont have enough a d secure parking. Any time any car can hit your car and run away. You will be worried all the times when even in room.

A place like home

Very un-hygienic. There was no place for the chauffeur to sleep and the rest room was very dirty. The bed smelled and paint was peeling off in places. Will not be staying here in future.
