Stayed here for a night and my stay was awesome. Loved everything about this place the staff, the ambiance, the rooms. Specially in these Covid times the most important thing the protocols. Every thing was spot on.Room for improvement with the Amenities provided. They can get better.

Beyond exceptional service and quality. We flew in from the US and they sent us a shuttle and everything went smoothly. The staff go above and beyond and really make you feel welcome, especially Ahmed and Ahsan who were extremely hospitable. I have nothing but good things to stay about the service. The location couldnt be better. The hotel is in the heart of Lahore with many good shops and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Lahore again and have recommended this place to all our family!

Great stay with attentive staff.Right next to supermarket which is really convenient. Only criticism is that some of the finishing is not up to standard and some decor is falling apart in places.

We booked hotel for 3 days after see recommendations...and recommended by some friend, only location is good otherwise in room service in hotel is worst...not see like this anywhere...due to covid they start breakfast in room..but service in room is like hell, everytime they promise 20 to 25 minutes and send after more then hour and everytime things are less then ordered ....without room service hotel is ok, NOT Recommended ...

Great Central Location.Great Customer Service.Especially Mr Hasnanin front desk & Usman at night shift such a great asset to this Hotel.I Booked my stay and sooner I enter in the building its not seems like big front like any other hotel but by spending just one night I can conpare this hotel with any other 4- 5 star hotel in pakistan due its facilities and comfort level. I must say comfort level and cleanliness of this hotel is much better then its other Avari Mall as well as other surrounding hotel. Rooms,services,ambiance is excellent...parking is not good but this part can be ignore..apart from all everything is v good...staff is very cooperative and mannered....just need to work on kitchen food..food is just ok but overrated

Went to their restaurant. Menu was so basic that I wondered if it was the chain of a 5 star hotelOrdered Caesar salad and sandwich which was good but not exceptional.

I use most of time this hotel its not expensive hote its very clean and the main think is that the location of this hotel is very good
