Absolutely love the experience. The ambiance is great. The heated pool was loved by all. The decore and ambiance is very modern and contemporary. The rooms very big and comfy. Buffet breakfast had some great variety. The accessibility to Emporium Mall is great. Will definitely come again.

This place is wonderful. I have never been disappointed and everything just always lives up to its best. The food quality is terrific and there Is a large variety of food. I prefer going to the Hi-Tea whose timings are from 4pm to 6pm. The prices are reasonable too. The environment is fresh and fluttering with light. I do recommend coming here again and again. The Nishat Hotel, Johar Town , Lahore is best place to stay.The environment is very good. The interior of rooms is outclass. The rooms are spacious and room service is excellent. The complementary breakfast is also very special.

I mean its just beyond level, the structure the beauty, everything is just so good. They have some wonderful dishes for Hi-Tea. Their staff is so much cooperative. They arr very punctual too.

Very good hotel. Enjoyed my stay, comfortable rooms, large washrooms with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was also good. The staff was mostly good but this is the area they can improve in especially some of the staffs behaviour/attitude.

Hotel is really nice, very up to date. However, there are no colors in the whole design. White black, white grey... so for me it is a bit depressing to stay longer.

Disgusting hotel. Bedsheets and quilt had brown stains on it. Light switches on bedside and main touch switches did not work. Bathroom has no exhaust system. The whole room smelt disgusting. These people need to make sure laundered bedsheets and comforters are used for new guests. Especially in time of corona it shows these people never washed their sheets or quilt covers. Highly disgusting will never stay here again.

Ideal Location with connected Emporium Mall.Spacious rooms. Very Clean, cozy and comfortable.Good Break fast with more than 25 items.Interior and furniture are very nice.I believe best choice to stay in Lahore. Much better than PC hotel. I stayed 6 nights and will definitely want to stay again in Nishat Hotel.Perfect choice. Highly Recommended !!

Tried Hi Tea at Nishat hosted by bistro in one of their ball rooms. A total waste of money. Number of dishes are far less, no taste and no service standards. Have to ask multiple times to clear the table. Closing time was 630 and waiter asked about payment at 6o clock. Never recommended.

Nishat Hotel takes you to some fantasy place as soon as you enter its lobby.Nishat Hotel is a Great place to be, rooms are comfortable and washroom is great. It has great quality amenities in washroom better than any other hotel in Pakistan.Gym and it machines are world class and trainers are quite good.Swimming pool is temperature controlled and has reasonable length.Breakfast is the best of the best thing of Nishat, has enormous variety of food at the breakfast and had great quality.Gigantic Halls for meetings and seminars. But staff attitude is not so cooperative, so have to give constant followup.Overall Nishat is a Good Package!

When you enter the hotel the first the you will notice is the cleanliness of the place. The design of the lobby was amazing that we went wow. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was great. Everything was as expected. The hotel was interconnected with the mall.

Nice place, a little bit crowded (maybe die to weekend) despite of having a variety of options in Hi-Tea food was just okay. Overall experience was good and would recommend thus place for team / group meetups.Due to Covid SOPs they werent allowing sitting in the lounge sofas and only dining hall was available

I heard alot about their food quality from multiple youtube vlogs. But I was highly disappointed. We ordered almost 5 different dishes but not even a single one was tasty. The food was below average with a big price tag. If you are taste concious, then this is definitely NOT a place for you. Not recommended at all.

I attended a wedding in ballroom marquee. Its above average but not more than this. Food was also average; not exceptional but overall ambiance was good.

Not excellent, the quality of tea was like lorry-adda type, sallad section and BBQ was also substandard,all of you have to pay for parking of your vehicles separately.

Architecture of this whole building is marvellous and the design esthetic is super good tho they just need to work on their staffs behavioural training other then that definitely recommend over Pearl Continental and Falatees way better then them both.

Best place where I am stayed but foods have no taste

Well, this has to be the best of what I have stayed in a hotel in Pakistan, the whole experience from design of the hotel and mall is top notch, the level of detail is the best thing I have seen.Looking forward to try the Gulburg one in next trip.

I visited this place after one year. A year ago I found it to be cheaply gaudy in decor with confused staff. After a year, I came here accidentally and not by choice, but I found it to be tastefully decorated this time. Close to immaculate cleanliness, very pleasant music and courteous staff. I ate at the Bistro. The food was good but the serving quite inadequate. I had to order two dishes - and I am not a glutton! One problem about the bistro is its harsh lighting that could not be turned off despite several requests - and we were the only guests seated so turning the harsh spotlights above our heads shouldnt have been a problem.I also met with Mr. Habib Rehman, the Deputy General Manager and found him to he a thorough gentleman and a man-of-action.On the whole the experience was good. I would like to return here.

Stayed 4 days with family here. Its not good but is the best. Room, lobby, indoor pool and gym everything is more than perfect. Food is good however no buffet is available. My favorite is breakfast with Pakistani, continental breakfast options. Emporium mall entrance from Nishat hotel is also vvip. Your family will love to stay here and You never get bored in Nishat hotel. The parking area is more than enough.

My experience of Nishat hotel is based on not 1 time experience but it comprises of many visits ranging from dinner to ifftar cum dinner and attending weddings.the overall decor is very modern and has a contemporary feel to it. the marriage halls are big and beautiful and the elegant design is also carried on there.food is very nice... especially the iffat cum dinner was atleast Top3 in my opinion in lahore.keep in mind its expensive and the enterence doesnt do justice with what the hotel has to offer...overall its a good choice but they need to brings more options of dinning etc.,

Best Place For Short Stay ️

It was really very good experience. Rooms are amazing. Service is very quick. Cooperative staff. Valuable memories.

It is a nice hotel which has a price of 13,500/- per night for a normal room. I went there to try their nishat bistro. There was a buffet there which was priced at 1100/- per head. The food was mostly delicious and desserts were divine. However, I would like to point out that the chicken Manchurian that I ate wasnt that at all. The meat tasted like fish. Later, I overheard a conversation between a waiter and a customer where the waiter clearly said that the meat was fish. Nevertheless, the food was good.

Overall good but need some improvement in reception. Staff is cooperative, a bit polishing for professional attitude will make them perfect. Rooms are well lit and construction has modern touch. I experienced some shower problems which was strange for the latest construction, hope it was exceptional only.

Nishat doesnt need the reviews but Im writing it for my own points.Tbh, the hospitality was awesome, food was superb, and the rooms are super luxurious which makes Nishat a perfect place to visit.I didnt find anything to criticize and complaint about, all the staff is workaholic and cooperative.Especially marquees are mesmerizing.Recommended

The hotel is magnificent and worth every penny (which is a lot as well) that they charge. The service is fast and staff very respectable. The rooms are expertly decorated and have all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The hotel opens right into a shopping mall so guests have easy access to restaurants, utility stores, shoe and clothing outlets.

This place is exquisite.They are not here to compete. They are here striving to provide their customers the best of everything. The staff has a strong moral code and is very friendly.P.s Dont even consider comparing them with other hotels because they are here to make their own mark.

Overall excellent experience. Stayed there 2 days. Enjoyed alot all services. Especially complementry breakfast have wide menu. Swimming pool service is always available day and Night. Connected with Emporium Mall. One door of Hotel is on the ground floor of Emporium. Parking of Hotel and Mall is combined. I Suggest to seperate a section for the Hotel parking.

In current situation they are doing good. However, the quality of breakfast served in room since dinning area closed is poor with restricted menu and room charges still high. Further, the front desk keeps extra money saying guests leave without telling us so we will keep extra money till check out in addition to room charges. What to say? Towels in the washroom are v v old.
