All the Arabic dishes were tasty. The presentation was perfect and the service was remarkable and specially the sitting arrangement was in Arabic style

Good place to eat with family upper area consist of cabins suitable for 4 to 5 persons each. If you want privacy this is the best option for you.Ground floor is like normal restaurants with chairs and table.Note: upper area cabin doesnt contain any chairs or table. Padded and comfortable carpets are fixed on floor. Coushions are available.

They need to improve their service a lot. Very casual behaviour of the waiters. We literally had to ask eight times for a glass! Please hire some professionals to train your staff. Service level is the difference between you and your competition.The taste is also not the same as it used to be.

Ridan Clifton Branch was just ok smell at entrance and washroom or even sitting area were not clean hygiene so does food they served was like taken out from fridge even after complaint replaced the same stuff not even this staff behaviour was not friendly, this is hitting overall image of Ridan. Where as, there Hyderabad branch really rocks hygiene, neat and clean, friendly staff, food is served as hot oven hot.

Among best Mandi available in Karachi. Staff is welcoming, they have good quality cutlery and crockery. Location is easily accessible which is a plus. They have valet parking. However, the best part is taste of food, must say delicious, not less than outstanding. They have both table as well as traditional (on floor) sitting arrangements. Prices are just a lit higher. But value for money is good.

One of the best place for mandi dish, nicely cooked food with rich taste and balanced spices. Good for kids too as they can taste rice or desserts. Love the sitting arrangements with separate space for families, its your choice to sit on chairs or select the floor sitting which i like the most. Service is also good.

Good ambiance to spend time with family.Good food. We had madbe 4 person platter and 1 person platter which was more than enough for 10 people, even had some left for a take away. Love the fact that you can get rice re-filled as many times. We got it done 2 times.The food was good as always, although some of the guests felt it was a little undercooked, which I didnt feel. We also got an Oreo shake, which was AMAZING!! The soup which was complimentary was really tasty.The price I believe is good considering the quality and the quantity.

Mandi is good but actually not had the crazy taste of Mandi which we have in Karachi. Service is very slow.

Good mondhi i have experienced after long time

Absolutely the best mandi experience if you are into really tender meat must try mutton madfoon.

Knowing how mandi experience in the middle east is and this being my first mandi experience in Pakistan I was expecting less of a complete experience and probably thought of the standard chair and table setup. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the floor seating setup was and the privacy for each unit was also good. You can lie down without being concious of others watching you. Anyways, coming to the food we ordered: single mutton mandi. It was wow!! The taste was great and the mutton was so well cooked! Loved it. Even the yakhni that came at the start was good. The raita and the traditional mandi sauce was also good. Service was cordial and not too intrusive and finally it was also easy on the pockets. We ordered kunafa in the end and even that turned out to be great.

Its was an superb experience, their taste is awesome and would say its better then others in the market currently. Also the ambience is pretty good along with staff behavior.

Best arabic cuisine with similarity to افغان and balochi cuisine and ambient is also similar to afgani and balochi culture , best for family dinner or lunch.

I often come here with my friends and colleagues. We have tried their Mandi & Madbee. Their Kunafa (the original) is the best one in town. Also the quantity and quality has always been great.

Mutton Mandi was excellent

One of my favourite restaurants has opened up a new branch on 26th street. Their grilled chicken madbee pictured below is a must-try. The restaurant has a basement and another floor above ground, along with a lift, so you can take older people there who have issues with stairs. Their single person serving is enough for two so highly economical for any family.

Ridan Clifton is just awesome place to have lunch or dinner . We had dinner in ridan. The concept of restaurant is pretty different than normal seatings. Its like a box with carpet on floor and pillows for back support. Food just awesome and very different from the desi food . Its cozy place . I hope I will visit this place again .

Good quality food but services are not upto the mark

It used to be excellent restaurant with clean environment but they have not maintained it neither upgrading or changing the seating area carpets. Still quality of food remain same . Public toilets not properly maintained . Too many servers which are not properly trained they are courteous but poorly managed by the owner.

Chicken madbi was really yummy... had a spicy taste... 720rs for 2 people is enough with salad and aita n unlimited refill... very reasonable... and good seating area... homely feeling outside

Starting from taste it was absolutely amazing,but after taking our order about 20 minutes later they said we are finish with mutton so you can only order chicken dishes.A very limited menu.And thing which disappointed me was there service a word bad can not describe it properly so I use pathetic service

Great food but the ambience could have been done a bit better.You sit in personal booths on the floor which is the best way to enjoy a shared platter. Hygiene is great and all the different meats are must trys.Pricing is not great its not per head.Can feel a bit weird when people peep through the partitions when they cross but the crowd is usually decent enough to give you your space.

Excellent, i really liked it. Taste is good, environment is good and service is good.One suggestion for the kitchen staff / managers: please make sure that silver is properly washed and dried without stains, and dishes to be properly checked, i just had a salad dish which was chipped of from top edges and this is not good. Broken and unclean utensils made me think twice if whether i will visit again or not.
