Customer service is good but the taste could be better. I was fairly disappointed with the pizza size and texture. Ordered home delivery and the pizza was too crispy like chips. The Mediterranean is a big NO. Chicken tikka was good.The breakfast was not something I would go again for.Cakes are delicious.

The place is good, nice ambience, the quality is somewhere above average, so is the tariff. Altogether it was a nice experience, but not good enough to rate higher than 3 stars.

Overall food was good.... Had American Breakfast (with cheese and mushrooms omelet) and Steak and eggs with fresh orange juice. Ambience of boat basin branch is way better n good in comparison to this branch.

If you have a sweet tooth, Del Frio is a definite place to be. It has a lavish breakfast menu and offers numerous finger lickin desserts and drinks. The mushroom burger is a must try and so is the lava cake! Lovely ambience.

I just went there (Tipu Sultan branch on Sunday at 8:45pm Feb 16th). Gave an order of Pizza and Alfredo pasta. I was told the order will take 20 minutes. Patiently waited for 30 minutes but the order did not arrive. I ask the waiter politely why it was taking so long. He responded it will take another 2 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes. The order never arrived. The waiter did not bother to apologize. After 45 minutes of waiting I finally left. While waiting I saw the staff was busy delivering take away orders. If it was only serving online orders then why bother taking walk in customers. Really pathetic. I would never go back to Del Frio.

Ordered chicken Lasagna, it wasnt really a lasagna as the red sauce and the white sauces were mixed together and smothered all over the pasta and the plate.It honestly felt like the cook/chef didnt know what they were doing or they were to lazy to layer it up. Where as we know that lasagna is something that is traditionally prepared in layers of meats and sauces (both white and red), and keeping both the sauces SEPARATE.Moreover the lasagna had a bit of that local spicy touch to it. It felt as if it were spicy and had something extra going on instead of a good traditional herbs and sauce.You guys are a great restaurant, hence you should live up to the standard.

Always a go to place. I usually go there for deserts. I have also tried their regular menu its good too. Simply It never disappoints.

This massive cockroach came from right underneath our table & it took the staff a good minute or two to get rid of it! We didnt get any apology from the staff for the obvious bad experience! Not going there again

Soup was very diluted. Sunday brunch was without any selection of fresh fruits. Need to add more variety of bread. Need to add value to your menu, quality, and taste.

The staff is so friendly and cooperative, especially one waiter whos name Ive unfortunately forgotten. Excellent service. The coffee was good, made as directed, and my fajita was great. Far outshines my experience at other branches of del frio. Will definitely go again.

Taste is amazing.

If you have ever been to Del Frio, then you already know what to except. The food options are limited. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for dinner. But it’s a good place for a quick dessert fix. Lastly, the place is somewhat congested. I recommend sitting at the upper floor if you are coming here with your family.

Casual dine in with good variety of good desserts. Please never try Del Frio Espetada as one will end up wasting money on that. Good place for breakfast. Not suitable if you smoke as it’s a No Smoking restaurant.

Ice cream!! One of the best ice cream places. I buy the coffee classic and cookies&cream 1 litre and finishes in a week, so delicious.Once I had a plate size cookie and a scoop of ice cream, that was also pretty amazing

I tried 4 different slices of cake and 2 of them were like days old with hard sponge and oddly tasting chocolate layer. A bit expensive for such quality.

I ordered Moroccan chicken on servers recommendation. It was horrible. Kids had chicken tikka pizza which was horribly greasy flavour less.Bad experience.

Went to this particular outlet at miran Mohammed shah road for the second time, for the break fast.The food was ok.Delfrio special omlette had nothing special about it.Belgian waffles were ok, but I wont recommend it to anyone .The ambience left much to be desired.

Worst experience not once but multiple times. Place smelled like a toilet and I was too embarrassed to be with someone there. Moreover, there quality of food makes me wonder whether is it a real Del Frio or a fake. It should come in par with Sindhi Muslim branch.

Dont get me wrong and think I have given this place two stars so it probably is bad. No. the food here is actually pretty tasteful and I love their pizza and club sandwich to begin with. HOWEVER, what spoils your experience is the management here. Really rude floor manager. He mistreated us twice and after that I stopped going to this place.
