Wish I could give this place 6 stars. Finally a place in Karachi that offers aged steaks. We had the USDA 60 day butter aged Rib Eye & Australian tenderloin. Food was amazing and front of house staff were friendly and knowledgable. Fahad, the owner is passionate about the food his business serves. We will be back here.

Amazing wagyu options available, best steak option in Pakistan so far. Nice starters including beef carpaccio the best. Best option for bone marrow lovers to order as starter.

Absolutely amazing food. The steaks and the meat are second to none. But what makes the trip more than worthwhile is the fact that the hosts are more than considerate of your needs as a customer...Makes you feel that as a customer you are their most important asset.Well done, Saltage. The best steaks in town if you like the flavor of beef and want to learn more about the art of cooking and presenting steaks. The menu is halal. If you have any doubts ask and they will be happy to show you the halal certification on the packaging. A word of fair warning. The local fare is quite decent and competitively priced. The imported beef is the reason why you want to try Saltage and that is quite pricey. But its still significantly cheaper than what you would pay for similar fare in the region. Recommended for special occasions and special treats.

We discovered this place by chance, because we went in that area for some other restaurant. We did not know about this place, and when we got inside, there was 1 hour waiting. But it looked very nice, so we planned that we will eat here some other day with prior reservation.Then, on our Anniversary, I made reservation for me and my wife. It is highly recommended that you go there with a reservation, because they have a limited seating.After getting there, I learned about how they process their meat, and why is it different, through their staff. Their staff was very well trained, well mannered, and respectful. I ordered Angus Striploin on the waiters recommendation, and my wife ordered Angus Burger because she doesnt eat meat other than Burger or Biryani lol.They showed my Angus beef on the kitchen counter before preparing, and it was the perfect piece.When our order was served, I was delighted immensely with the aromas, and when I took the first bite of the steak... I was in a state of trance for a minute. The mesmerising flavours took me some place else !It was the best steak I ever had !, I told the waiter. He then called the chef to our table, and I told the same to him, and appreciated their quality and taste. He was very content, and the look on his face was wonderful.Last, but not the least... they even helped my wife with a little Anniversary surprise! After the meal when I asked for my bill, they served Chocolate Dessert on the house with Anniversary wishes !If you are a steak enthusiast, you must go there. Had the bone marrow, cheese starter, spicy prawns Filet Mignon bread pudding and mousse....starters are ok nothing special....the steak was very good though...the presentation, size and quality was top notch....desserts are nothing special..... will go back for the steak though. Sits right up there with Prime 109 and CFU....overall the menu is quite one dimensional though....but one hell of a steak!! Recommended

Visiting from the UK and it was a very disappointing experience, so left after 20 minutes.Went on a Tuesday and the restaurant was practically empty. A very pretentious place with no paper menu and NO SIDES listed on their digital menu! WTH!!!!Was kept waiting from 15 minutes whilst the head chef was having a long convo with another set of guests. No vibe and idea of customer service for such a want to be classy joint.Lovely decor and nice air conditioning was the only plus points.Went to Prime 109 where I was greeted with open arms.Advice to the owner - Get sides listed on the menu, train your staff to be more welcoming and attentive. Please also train your staff on improving their English language and listening skills.

Steak was really good, so were the burgers. However it was too expensive for their serving sizes. In my opinion eating there isnt adequate value for money.

It was really good. We had our 11th wedding anniversary dinner there and the food made it worth celebrating. The service was slow, however the serving staff was humble. A small place with no wowiee ambiance yet excellent taste of food.Heavy on some pockets which deserve that the place need a good ambiance and more cosy sitting area.

A single wagu beef steak costs 10,000 whereas I felt as if I was eating at the steak house for free; no staff to call upon and you literally have to chase waiters around to get attention. The fact that the owners themselves take orders shows just how in need of good staff they are.Moreover, the steak tasted mediocre and doesnt live upto the hype and price tag.I also ordered a bread pudding which was the worst Ive ever had! It was like eating burnt cinnamon. Bread pudding is meant to be slightly sweet and acidic with the bread falling off by a mere touch of a spoon whereas ours was stale and acidic. Deserts leave a lasting impression and mine was in the negative.The steak house needs to up their antè, add more deserts. Furthermore, their isnt one drink made in-house that is offered and you only have an option of soft drinksAlso, the owners need to learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction and customer being king!
