I wish I had read the reviews first. Poor hygiene and poor quality. Chicken pieces were over fried and meat was not fresh. Same for chicken fried burgers. Not coming again.

They have improved quite a great deal compared to last year.

Quadra reloaded and grilled chicken burger very hot

The burger and fries were so cold and stale. Some ingredients felt like rubbers while others were hard as stones. Doesnt felt like eating a premium burger at all. In fact, burgers from ordinary fast foods are way nicer and delicious. I wasted my money.Your restuarant used to be great but now your quality has become so bad. I heard so many bad review but still gave it a try. My bad I should have listened to the reviews.Please improve your quality otherwise you might keep loosing your customers.

It was not as Good as I expected. The chicken was uncooked and the quality was also not good.... The amount that they are spending on packaging if it was spended on quality of burger so it would be much better...... The delivery time was 50 minutes and I it was delivered to me in 2 hours....

The Food is good particularly, the firehouse burger and fiery hot fries. The Quantity however is not upto the mark , very less for the amount they are charging , Spending some extra bucks looks like a problem when the amount of food is seen.

Discourteous delivery person with cold stale food items and incomplete order

Would like to point out that putting four brackish, overly done meat patties in a bun with absolutely no sauce in between and on the bun wouldnt make it a super quadra rather an abomination. Hey, I have never been the one to criticize food but somethings gotta give. Its in your best interest to either add some flavour to the burger or stop manufacturing it. Thanks. :)

Best in town must try BIG BANG or fire house

Best place to go for beef burgers. Personal favorite is the boss and animal fries. Price is economical. The people have a modern religiousity factor. The ambience is very cool. Service is friendly and fast. Portion size is adequate. Not a place to get chicken burgers.

Whenever I order fast food, I expect it to be delivered on the same fricking date. They always massively understate their delivery times. If youre ordering through here, then expect atleast 2 hours of waiting time. And the burger is super cold when it arrives. Very disappointed.

So i ordered quadra through foodpanda and boy it was so patheticFirstly the meat was undercooked and was like rubber and smelly also there was a piece of bone in there which i chewed and it hit my teeth so bad i couldnt bear it. Was a fan of their burgers bit now no more burger lab for me

I try it most of the time but every time disappointed.... Taste is fine but its not pocket friendly because prices are too much high as per meal.... not recommended if looking at there quality and price....

I went to askari star Malls branch of burger lab, the environment was clean, but I felt the kitchen lighting was dim, which can make any person uneasy, and dull. Any way the food was served well on time, I ordered the exclusive askari star mall deal of 2 (two) big bang burger 1 (one) gourmet fries and 2 (two) soft drinks for rupees 750, other than that I also ordered kiwi & mint mojito which was awesome. The deals value of the deal against its price was the best part. The order was served on given time. Taste was good, I would definitely recommend this place
