It’s a shame that the restaurant has lost its originality by swaying away from their signature flavours. The dips have been commercialised and taste has been compromised greatly. Many new items have been added over the years, however none of them offering a flavourful or distinct flavour.A restaurant that was built on serving the best fries in town has not only lost its USP but become a me-too brand.

Their fries are awesome without any doubts and that is their specialty which is still good otherwise most of specialties of other fast foods have now gone. Try their mayo garlic fries or barbecue fries or simply masala fries and youll get in love with those. Other fast food items are not that good but still better than many of the older competitors in the business especially I like their fish and chips and their grilled sandwich. Now they have so many outlets in the city and easily reachable to almost every area of the city. However their home delivery is limited. Recommended to the fries lovers.

It was not a good experience the place was dirty, they did not provide any packing material for leftover food, when I ask for an extra mayo sauce the completely denied. The pack of sauce which they gave with the pizza was not enough. The place of sitting was hot as the only AC kept their was not working properly. I my self fixed its vanes by tissue paper then we can sit comfortably.

Order arrived cold. Horrible service. Placed an order via call centre. Inquired various time where order was. Rep said they couldn’t reach the branch. After an hour food arrived cold.

Food tasted fine and price was manageable. The place however is not suitable for dine in. There is limited space on the first floor with poor quality dine in arrangements!

Scrumptious food is available at decent prices. Everyone will love it as served with quality.

Its an OPTP restaurant!!! Its clean. Has parking space outside in the service lane and people also park on the main road (Khayaban-e-Shahbaz). An advantage as parking anywhere in Karachi is a hassle. Food is normal OPTP quality. Albeit, personally I think there is far too much salt being used in their food and condiments. The seating in the restaurant is on the first floor.As is the case with most OPTP joints, there are a horde of young men behind the counter! Most not doing anything with one or two working! Was told others are behind the scene workers and FoodPanda and their own online delivery drivers/riders.

While you’d think that this place is all about fires and other potato based food stuff, that is the last thing people actually dine here for. A brief observation of the counter reveals that most people go to optp for the burgers. Not to say that the fries are bad, but the best food here is surprisingly their fish based offering! Now let’s move on to this specific franchise. This branch is pretty clean and you often see someone mopping the floor or wiping the tables. The only gripe I had is that the staff is not very assertive but this is as good as it gets with fast food restaurants.

They had only one counter open and the service was very very slow. Too slow for a fast food chain. The waiting area was very very hot. The air conditioner was not working or wasnt turned on. They had to open the main door for ventilation as the exhausts seemed to be not working. A really bad experience. Had to take my food home to enjoy it. The management needs to look into the matter. Also as a matter of record I was at Khada Market OPTP which refused to serve me as all the employees were out and nobody wanted to make anything due to the heat inside the shop. This was at night. Somebody needs to look into the working conditions of the employees...

Couldnt place an order, tried for ages. They wouldnt pick up their phone.

OPTP mostly has only one counter for taking ordersSome of OPTP customers arrive at the outlet, unprepared and unsure of items they would like to order, their prices and deals they would like to avail. And, they take forever to orderOPTP should try to improve flow, through a pre order guidance staff, to help such customers, and to save all others from unnecessary wait.Otherwise, food is good, service is satisfactory and currently offered deals are awesome.

As usual overpriced potatoes and burgers compare to other food chains offering same menu.Two stars only because of hygeine, cleanness and good place to sit.Food has no taste whatsoever. They take extra time to prepare even basic french fries.You see mostly students spending time chatting each other inside the restaurant.

OPTP really needs to get its act together!!! I live on 12th Street, off K-e-Seher, which is about 3 minutes away. Yet, in the 50 times (no exaggeration) that weve ordered, 95% of the times it takes then 60 minutes to get here. Whats worse? Their attitude and the way they handle complaints. No more OPTP in our home!

Wrong order delivered and they dont respond to ur calls

It was very polluted with smoke and the food was pathetic wont recommend people to spend money in that rat hole and when I asked them for sauce they refused

Recently had a zinger burger and fries from the Shahbaz branch, it was nearly inedible. The chicken pattie was extremely greasy the bun tasted what I would imagine cardboard tastes like. The fries were similarly devoid of taste
