Good taste. No dine in these days only take aways are served.

Pizza hut has been my ultimate favourite place for pizzas but few days back when i went there their standards have been going down the drain but yesterday i was surprised to see the amazing pizzas delivered by pizza hut. I ordered cheese lovers and chicken fajita and to my surprise the pizzas were beautifully baked and with ample amount of toppings. Sitting area seems like a chai ka dhaba..pretty shabbyQuality of food has gone down the hill ..Instead of tobasco they had this chilli sauce called Shanghai chilli sauce - highly recommend not to use it..

It was empty and the staff has confused, i ordered a chicken tikka , i waited for more than 15 mins then i went to the counter again, this time the staff was not present, i said hello 3 times and saw a cook passby he then handed over my order all packed, i said i never told you its take away, they unpacked and the pizza was not i was hoping , and very oily. No wonder nonody comes here.

Pizza is good but if you order through any kind of discount app they make pathetic food.

3rd class taste. Everything fails when it comes to Pakistan no matter it is Pizza, KFC or McDonald. No regulators to control the quality of food at these vendors.

Good pizza . They have now make their quality better with good budget deals. Must try again. They have become a bit better but still need to improve more. On seating and they need to keep their salad bar full all the times and provide all the items they used to give previously in their salad. The salad bar should not be limited to just 4 things and being out of stock.

Gross Inedible pizzas with uncooked doughs. No sauces and glue like mockery of a cheese.

With no gas at McDonalds drive through and a little kid demanding a happy meal, we decided go check out pizza hut. And he loved the cheese pizza. The pan pizza deal was quite good for one person, with freshly baked garlic bed and chilled Pepsi.

Poor Service as most of the Deals and Flavors were not available. Even being situated at a central location of a posh area the franchise is offering poor service. Salad items were missing and pitcher was also not available. The management seems to be more focused on the profit rather adding to the Brand name. Would not recommend.

Goes without saying. It never fails. taste is always same & good. Now they are running some excellent meal deals too.Must try them.My personal choice does not include mayos on so i tell them not to use mayos.Else all much better than good.Unfortunately do not have latest pix, but next time will make sure to share some.Enjoy & share

Sure enough, these guys need no introduction. They were perhaps the people who brought Pizza on the map. However, over the years, I have felt like they are running out of ideas. I mean, I do not mind having their regular flavors and toppings, sometimes I do kind of feel like they can add a little more. Also, slightly less on the greasiness please!

They are dropping down their standards. They are incompetent staff. They just do what their mind tells them. Hardly the good old pizza hut is found

After almost 4 years of avoiding Pizza Hut due to the abysmal drop in their service I finally decided to give it a shot when they launched their new X4 pizza. But as I expected they refreshed my memories on why I Avoided them. The food was barely palatable. Ambience was horrible. There were lizards roaming around inside. The entire place had the smell of stale moist onions and the serving staff very visibly had mouth filled with pan/gutka. Im now done with them for good. Considering the value for money options available now Pizza Hut can be seen as an example of what not to do and a case study in how to ruin a business. Its a surprise they havent gone bankrupt.

The food is good and fresh. Secondly the pizzas are not that much spicy.

ACs not working, all deals and flavours not available are some of the problems now very common with Pizza Hut and this branch is no different.

Smelly place. I have visited pizza hut outlets all over the country but never saw such an un hygienic place. Although pizza quality was good and staff were friendly. Second star is for staff only.

Waiters, staff, cooks and even security guard, all were in the dirty dress, ambiance was pathetic and gloomy. I still ignored it but while on counter I just had a look inside their kitchen and it was even worst, I simply avoided it.. Pizza hut is one brand that has lost its quality and came down to near zero. Its only good for delivery as you cant even see in what mess its been baking. Review is for Saba Avenue branch

A take out pizza hut outlet not made for dining; self service; no plates; glasses; warm drinks. Food was hot but the ingredients have lost the main item i.e less chicken.

They lost their reputation few years ago due to a huge change in quality and services and this let other local pizza chains to grow. However, they are improving now and you can enjoy your favourites from there.

The food at PH is always consistent (although the salad bar again was non functional at this location). However the service, cleanliness and general ambience is getting worse by the day across the pizza hut network. This is sad to see. Dont think Ill be visiting a pizza hut again in Karachi though will still be OK placing a home delivery order.

Horrible service, I came for iftar with my family and I couldnt have been more furious with their service. Pizza was served way to late. Wouldnt come here again and the deal is pretty much a rip off I could have spent 900 per head on something way better

Ambiance was very good and the food quality was always more than satisfactory. Menus are always offering a great addition and mouth watering food for sure. However, the last time when I went with my fiance, couple of waiters were staring us like anything. It was almost feeling like they are betting an eye on us like we are some other creature or so. Even they were smiling sheepishly and gossiping about us as we both are young enough. They were having an impression that we are dating or so I dont know what so ever but that was very unprofessional. I rated good anyway cause I stepped there for good food which I got as usual. But next time if Ill go, or anyone else would go with their partner, they have to make sure that they take required actions if something like that happens to them.

Me and my family visited this place and most of us were not satisfied cause the pizza quality was not too good, the dine-in and the service was good but the pizza was not hot and had no taste and even the quantity was less
