If I could add no stars, I would add that. Horrible food, the staff has zero knowledge of the ingredients being used, the beef chilli dry was an absolute disaster, the spring rolls seemed like leather, the soup stank of feet, truly a devastating experience. Never again shall I visit and would encourage others to pick a different place as well. Simple waste of time and money.

Extremely hyped place. So had to go to bonsai as half of my fav restaurants were closed on first day of eid. Its not as good as the reviews suggested. I have a big grudge against the value for money and the misery of serving only one bowl of noodles. Family bowl soup is for 900ish something and good for three people and taste was not as good as its suppose to, crackers were not hot at all. The only good part were the chicken and beef we ordered.

Sushi was below Average - The Kind of Rice Used is not ok for SushiThai Papaya Salad - Average. Missing some key ingredients.Garlic Rice is - Below Average due to the kind of rice used.Teppanyaki is also - Below AverageOver Hyped with Low quality of Food

The place is nicely set up, there wasnt too much rush when we went so that was a great bonus. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the food is also above average although the dishes were on the spicier side which is why Ive left out a star in my rating. Good experience on on the whole!

Not gonna lie, I wanted it to be better Decided to check this place out after seeing it on instagram. The place itself was very clean and classy and the service was amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing. However, the food was pretty disappointing. It’s not that it tasted bad - it just tasted SO average. I wouldn’t NOT recommend the place, but I would for suuuuuure say that you should try some place else instead. It was just SO average.The Bonsai lemonade does NOT!!!! taste like lemonade. At all. It tastes like the salad dressing you get at Hibachi places. The mojito also was a complete fail. The drinks were the only thing that actually tasted bad tbh. The food didn’t taste bad, it just wasn’t anything special AT ALL. I did like the dynamite shrimp though.Should you go? If you really want to - I think you’re better off trying some place with a more unique taste instead.

Good service but food is average. Dont bother to try their Japanese cuisine. Ordered Sushi platter and Shashimi and it was not served fresh...

Really good food but staff needs to learn to treat every customer with respect. Seemed to judge my friend and I for seemingly not having enough money to afford two lunch deals instead of one (we ordered one because the quality was enormous and it was enough for us two). They knew we were two people and were quite rude when serving us, insisting we order more food and only giving one of each eating utensil on purpose.

Food was nice and so was the ambience. We order all in beef: tariyaki, tampanyaki and Mongolian. Larb gai salad was a bit too spicy but tasty at the same time. We used bogo discount so ended up spending 1000 per person which is actually good value for money.

They deserve more hype than they usually get. Everything from table service to food was perfect! Cant wait to visit again.

I found a hair in my food , when informed the manager he took the food saying I will check and get back , he never returned and no one was courteous enough to even apologise.. ridiculous customer service..

Nice place for a family get together- from the soups to the appetiser to the main course all the servings were ample and a delight. Staff helpful and courteous. Ambience is okay. Good for a second visit too.

Awesome food Price is reasonable , Food quality & quantity is awesome too I highly recommend it. Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Restaurant is very clean and neat looking. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of these facts. A great place for a fast meal.But now they dont offer unlimited rice like before :(

All food tastes the same, very saltish, looked like desi masala food with chinese spices in it. Not recommended at all

You spend so long in fear of people

Szechuan soup was the highlight for us but sadly they dont serve crackers with soup. Cashew nut chicken was good. Didnt like their Mongolian beef and chicken chow mein was very blend. The staff was nice enough to change one of the soup when we requested after tasting it. The ambiance is nice and they have enough space to accommodate 50 people at a time.

They try to be trendy on a budget. The environment is just average and pretty noisy. The food quality is diverse, some items are pretty good but others are plain horrible, be warned. The prices are on the higher side too. This is one restaurant which you should visit only if you are in an experimental mood.

Loved it , one of the best Chinese available in Pakistan Karachi right now .it also serves thai and Japanese to its true standards and its true taste. Its hard to find such good items from one place. Do try the dynamite prawns as an appetizer. I ordered them twice . Even on Eid they managed to accommodate us with out appointment (45 mins wait )but worth the wait . Hence its recommended to pre book a table before coming. The ambience was ok wasnt really impressed by it . But the service is off the charts good .

Dont have any photos to share but the food here is simply outclass....mouth burning hot and fresh as fresh can be, the items were served as they had been described in the menu ; spicy food was spicy, grilled non spicy which was ordered for the kid was just that....chicken noodle soup, chick satay, hot basil chicken and miso glazed chicken were all worth trying... quantity was generous and service is A1...they gave us extra rice although plain at no extra cost and even gave crackers with a single bowl although it is only served with family bowl....

Specific beef and chicken dishes on the menu taste good. The dynamite prawns are great but they could work on their sushi to be fresh and not served dry.

Went there with my wife we ordered Dynamite prawns which was good should have about of more sauce than in main course we order Minced chicken (Kra prow) which was very different and very good but the 2 dish(sweet & spicy sesame chicken needs improvement as it lacked spicy and too much ketchup but overall it a good place.Ambience: 4/5Service:5/5food:4/5

Me and my family planed to visit Bonsai for Aftari. They have small but delicious buffet menu and the best part was that they have California rolls on the house. Since it was totally booked, the manager went out of his way to figure out how to give us a table and it was appreciated.
