Their fries are awesome without any doubts and that is their specialty which is still good otherwise most of specialties of other fast foods have now gone. Try their mayo garlic fries or barbecue fries or simply masala fries and youll get in love with those. Other fast food items are not that good but still better than many of the older competitors in the business especially I like their fish and chips and their grilled sandwich. Now they have so many outlets in the city and easily reachable to almost every area of the city. However their home delivery is limited. Recommended to the fries lovers.

I would say that they need to work on quality compared to all other outlets.

Has a nice casual cafe feel. The only drawback is waiter is too casual and nobody listens till you speak up for self. Orders arent timely and you might actually have to remind before getting served. Performance gets shattered in rush hour and might affect food quality

OPTP is very famous for its french fries but i love their seasonal fish also. Their fish is very yummy and very reasonable too. I always wait for winters so that i can go and eat it. Satisfies my craving. Highly recommended.

There deals are quite affordable and there burgers are delicious at the same time.

Generally good but have noticed quality compromises at times in terms of freshness of fries and oil used. Also had very bad experience once when the chicken felt bit smelly and it later affected the stomach... this makes eating out risky for health, m avoiding the place since last bad incident

Good and Fast service. Clean environment with good air conditioning. They finally accept payment through cards as well which is a big relief for a lot of people who prefer paying by cards.

But here i wana share the recent experience of one of my fellow who tried their new cheese potato burger.Here I quoted her samei am so happy that OPTP launched something that a new addition in food segment of the society.The Cheesy Potato Burger lived up to all my expectations; soft bun, crispy potato patty, oozing hot cheese and a choice of sauce between two.A must try I’d say for a switch or in case you’re a vegetarian like me, it’s worth every penny.So must try their new cheesy potato burger.Highly Recommended

They started with identifying and sourcing the best chipping potatoes to make fries the Belgian way — twice cooked using fresh potatoes.

OPTP recently opened in Johar too.The outlet is not huge. It has enough space for dine in not big enough for families, but you can easily dine in when in the go.There is also some other shops around like levis and dvago so in case you would grab some meds while they prepare your food.There is a rest room yes but no wheelchair service just in case.

Very well maintained and very clean and caters to gulistan e jauhar gentry.

Optp is good but losing their touch slowly. Fries box keeps getting smaller... customer service needs improved for sure. Overall still a great fast food franchise, no doubt

I had The Zing, The smash and Hot Garlic Mayo fries.Everything was so undercooked, the chicken had a really bad smell and was undercooked that we could easily see the difference.I was a big fan of OPTP fries and no doubt however their sauce remains the same consistent quality but the french fries were undercooked.Had a very disappointing visit with my friends, though we asked for everything to be replaced but we had the same issue again.I would never have OPTP again.

They dont offer fresh food at all the time so if you visit them, make sure you ask them to give you a fresh meal

I ordered a couple of times food delivery at home but found very bad experience .Prices are too much high and Quantity is so less also the Quality standards are so poor .Packing is also very poor , in thin paper bag only be., because of week packing d food delivered was not warm , wastage of money only .

OPTP Gulistan-e-Johar Johar BranchThey have good space available in this outletService is quick but they dont have those heavy burgers variety available. They need to introduce gourmet burgers to their menu.Some different fries flavours to be introduced as well

Very bad experiance at this outlet. Quality of fries was very pathetic approx 70% of the stuff was an inch of fries in the bucket. We took 2 buckets pkr 580 /= was totally wasted. Rubbish.....Trash.....Dont ever visit this outlet..

On time food preparation, good quality, fresh and hygienic food. A variety of deals and menu. Good sitting arrangement for both friends and families. But not able to able accommodate a large sit out. Burgers are good and fries are just awsome.

Its has a large dine in space with normally no waiting. Service is quite slow as only single cash counter works mostly. They have removed mustard bottles from table which is a big disappointment. Jauhar branch has a convenient parking area so its a plus!

Cleanliness is worth mentioning. The food was fresh and hot... Though didnt liked the dining furniture, it was too light weight that even a kid can move the table

The most pathetic resturant Ive been to. Food was stale as it gave all of us streams of vomitt after two hours of having it.I found the drinks tasteless because it looked to be expired. Went to complain about it and they exchanged it with sprite cans, no questions asked. Air conditioning was poor as there was their kitchen upfront. They didnt have their menu available and you literally have to gawk and stretch your eyeballs at the price tag of each item placed way behind and above the ordering counter. Seems like theres too little thought and care before Coming up with this resturant. If you still have have cravings for their fries go to some other outlet of OPTP,certainly not this one.
