I love eating chinese, so planned a lunch buffet at Great wall. We were on time, unfortunately food was not ready even till 2pm. Anyway they served stater and appetizer on our table. It was fine. After a wait we got our hands into main course but the quantity of food in serving dish was less not even the half of it. When it comes to cleanliness, it was okay till i find a fly in my lime though they served me again and did not feel like eating anymore. Anyway come to dessert, choco delight was good to eat but then another fly came over that was not good. Service was prompt and friendly. They really need to work on food quality and hygiene.

We went for the lunch buffet and it was great. The food was fantastic. Every dish was superb. The ambiance is very nice but it could have been much nicer with a touch of soft music.The seating arrangements on the mezzanine floor is better.Everything was excellent except for billing as the applicable 20% discount was not applied on our bill. I had to make them understand the calculation which was odd given the discount was for the whole month of September.I presume that they only give discounts to those who are aware of the deal through social media as there was not a single poster regarding discount inside or outside the restaurant.

Food was good.Staff was friendly.They have arranged dine in outside butToo many flies.They should do someone thing about it.

I would rank Great Wall as one of the best buffets in town as personally I always prefer Ala Carte in ethnic cuisine. Very nice silky soup, Juicy dumplings and Tempura prawns were a winning start. Rice, curries and other dishes were superb. Overall good experience. Buffet dinner is only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On lunch ,buffet is served daily.

No doubt service is perfect and fast. Lets talk about environment, It was awesome perfect place.. Now lets talk about food and taste I think they forgot to put taste in their food.. We ordered fried rice, chicken corn soup, fish, and Manchurian.. Seriously they were waste of money.. Only thing that I liked is fired prawn and drink which was Singaporean Sling.

They should fill up the servers more frequently as the dishes were empty. Also, the food wasnt really hot. Overall, I think it was average, not really upto the hype created on social media.

I had a wonderful experience at great wall.lunch menu was savoury.Delectable dining experience.Everyone from the serving staff was humble and hospitable.We had our sitting on the top floor but the waiters and waitresses kept bring us food as per desire.Would totally recommend to visit this restaurant.Finger licking Chinese cusine

Ambiance of the restaurant is really good, excellent interior but the food and service is disappointing..

Nicely done interior, food presentation is also good, we were a Group of 3 and we ordered for 6 people, just because we were too hungry and wanted to have more variety.Ordered 2 starters and 3 main dishes apart from rice.The starters were excellent, trust me I will be going back again for starters only.The main dishes were just ok, honestly the next visit will be for starters only & not for the main dishes.The main dishes we ordered were regular items, mostly everyone orders those only, chicken chowmein, chicken with vegetables (gravy) and dry beef with chilly.It’s a little pricey for a Chinese/Asian restaurant.Service is good.

Pathetic food. Total tastless. Even they cant even serve the quantity they committ at the time of order taking. Lastly atleast they should inform the customer that their card machine is not working at the time of order taking.Total disappointment. Will never visit again

We visited the place when visiting Pakistan to celebrate our little ones birthday with her grandparents (who only venture out in lunch). Given my parents are very controlled and choosy diners, and the mere fact that they loved it, says it all. Excellent service as well. The staff even assisted my parents to and from the parking. The food was great too. Triple milk chocolate cake in the end was icing on the top.06 Nov 2020 - We just cannot miss this place enough - as the pictures of this lunch (not the food - the occasion) keep popping up on my Iphone feed - and we would love to go back. This unfortunately happened to be the last event/ dining experience with my Dad who passed away earlier this year. So lots of good memories for this place - and great respect for making it a lovely experience for him and all of us then. All the very best guys.

Good but inconsistent experience, ambiance is outstanding, loved the place, the on-site staff and phone call staff is very friendly, we booked for birthday celebration and every thing was up to the mark. But we were disappointed with the food we ordered, now here comes amazing part. Didnt have a good experience at all. There was barely any food left in the buffet. Despited repeated requests to the management, nobody bothered to get the food refilled. I couldnt eat anything and left hungry. Wouldnt ever recommend this place to anybody!My money was absolutely wasted!

With high competition in the market for chinese restaurants, Great Wall lacks originality, portion size and cleanliness. Went around 8-ish, the ambiance and décor was very good but it was very messy. Had to switch between two places to get a good place. We were 3 people.Ordered dynamite prawns (asked the waiter if it was sufficient for 3 people and said that they were jumbo size prawns) but sadly they were normal size prawns. We also ordered chowmein and chicken Manchurian, forgot to take the pictures but trust me they were very small size portions. Only the chowmein was good. Great Wall not so Great.

Ambience, food serving size, and service were really good. They need to improve the food quality and taste though.

Tasteless Food. Rice salty. Beef with green chillies had no taste or aroma of green chillies. Garlic Chicken was actually boiled chicken, no taste of garlic. Fried prawn balls ..dissspointment.

Excellent food and ambiance. Service was alright and staff was attentive.Menu offers wide selection of typical Chinese food. They also had mutton courses which doesn’t seem typical but good to know that it’s available. Portions were generous and well presented.Mock tails were good, however the mojito was too sweet and when requested to replace it was done by another mojito. The blue hue of the drink was off putting. The Mai Tai and mint lemonade was good.Parking options were limited but available. Valet is also offered.

This was our first visit to Great Wall but throughly enjoyed because of food, ambiance and quality of service.Saba was our Manager for the whole duration and made sure that we fully enjoy our weekend dinner. We also received 8 complimentary Fried ice-cream because of the FB check ins.The only disappointment was American Chopsuey in which noodles and sauce were served separately so mixing wasnt good and as a result Chopsuoy was quite hard.Do visit atleast once and enjoy the freshness of good quality food and the delight of good service.

Had a late lunch at Great Wall with an office colleague after a day out in the field.Wonderful decor, light and airy with well spaced out tables.Hot and Sour Soup (Brown) recommended by Tyrone Tellis in a review was very well balanced and had a different taste than the normal fare at other Chinese joints.The cheesy prawn tempuras again recommended by Tyrone and some other bloggers on the food groups was a nice fusion of a spring roll with a tempura prawn. The sweet chili sauce was a nice accompaniment to it.The prawn chili garlic dim sum was served well steamed and was just the right texture. I had dim sum at Ginsoy Live a few days back and suggested to them it was very rubbery.The Kung Pao chicken had the right taste but went overboard with onions, rather chunky pieces, which forced me to separate them out in order to prevent taste being spoilt. To be honest I dont even think Kung Pao has onions to begin with in the regular recipe.The steamed rice sadly was a disappointment. It was undercooked and the wrong type of rice. Chinese rice is soft and a bit sticky. This was dry and not soft. They need to work on this a lot.Overall the serving size was big and we ordered single of all dishes (except rice and ended with a lot of left over). Soup single serving split in two was just perfect for two bowls.This is a good addition to the availability on this side of town and price-wise it was decent. We went for water and no drinks but could have done with a single serving of rice instead of full. Bill with tip came 3050/- but were one to come in a bigger group it would reduce per head I think. And we left quite stuffed.Kitchen is open 12.30-4.00 for lunch and 7.30-12.00 for dinner.I look forward to coming back with a bigger group to be able to try more dishes.PS: Great to see a ramp for access for wheelchairs.

Amazing food for Chinese lover, I ordered 2 deals which they launched recently.Hot and sour soup, honey wings and Tso chicken were really awesome, but I didnt like their chow mein (special great wall) Its has no taste. They gave me a complimentary fried ice cream which I really like it.

Tried Great Wall today and hands down it is the best authentic chinese food places as of now, great ambience, reasonable prices, great taste, sufficient quantity, moreover they are also giving lunch discounts for an unspecified period of time and they also give free fried ice creams on every check-in over facebook, being a hardcore chinese lover Id definitely give it a go-ahead, perfect for families and friends who are seeking a pleasurable fine dining experience.

Great ambiance, Slow service, not so special food & drinks

Ambiance and food is great. Friendly staff. Service a little slow, that’s probably because we ordered their signature dish. Photos speak for themselves. Highly recommended.

Nice ambiance with spacious sitting arrangement. Staff is courteous and attentive but our server kept pushing us to order juice. Prices are reasonable considering the portion size. Also the couch seating looks nice but it’s very low and not comfortable for eating.Then there is the food. The dimsum was bland, sizzling beef was very salty, and the king pay chicken was full of soya sauce and to top it they have an open kitchen where I saw them heat the rice in microwave.

Taste and quality of food is good. Need to work on their quantity.

The Ambience and Environment was quite something infact the visible kitchen setup was delightful. Food was up to the mark but I highly recommend their chicken corn soup and Lychee beverage.

Probably the worst restaurant ever visit. The staff was like all new. They don’t even know the manners to service the food. Once you order food they will bring all together with knowing the manners of course meal serving. The food was tasteless just like regular chinese. All that fancy words, Ingredients and recipes mentioned in menu are just to make customer fool. And nothing really added from them. Just a regular chinese food which you can het from any low cost restaurant. Nothing in this restaurant is good except Decor. The highly need to train their staff and chef to run this restaurant. Not at all suggested to anyone.

Best chinese food ️

Well, I am not a fan of Chinese so didnt like a few items mainly soup. Honey wings coating was nice and crisp but the inside seemed undercooked. Some sizzling chicken, dim sum and rice were all on point and awesome. Service is amazing. We were served by Fahad.

Very big let down by all the staff especially the waiter designated especially for us was trying to do two/three jobs at a time. When we made the booking for 11 people few days ago, we tried the food and paid a bill of nearly Rs.2000 just to try the food. We asked the manager to reduce the salt content in all the dishes but the salt was very high. We also shared our concern regarding the noodles in the chicken chow mein. We told the manager that we will not accept spaghetti instead of the noodles and were assured that noodles will be served on the day and on the 28th. December 2019 we got served spaghetti instead of noodles. Overall, a very bad experience and really embarrassing in front of our guests especially the ones who came from Los Angeles.I would not give this place even a - star but as it will not let me post I press 1 star.All in all, a very bad experience.

Nice clean Pakistani Chinese food. For starters, paper beef and chicken cocktail were brilliant. Whilst Lemon chicken for mains stood out. The rest were your usual Pakistani Chinese flavours but nicely prepared.

Very sumptuous mandarin cuisine. Interior is well designed. They have menu dishes in two servings i.e., single and large. It makes easy for anyone to order just the quantity of food as desired. Secondly, more variety can be ordered. This is a great benefit to clients. I hope they maintain their standard.

Worst experience pathetic service and tasteless food

Everything except the food is great. The vegetable fried rice were really bland, szechuan chicken was really salty , and chowmein was very dry and flavourless. Prawn cocktail was good as an appetizer. Ambience and service are top notch.
