To say that the Hi tea at Marco Polo was pathetic will be an understatement. It was much worse than that. For the amount of money they are charging, the variety was quite low (4 to 5 savory dishes, 1 chat corner and 1 dessert bar). More importantly the food was absolutely tasteless and the desserts were greasy and smelly. Despite paying so much, we ended up staying only for a few mins as the food, service levels were virtually unbearable

Ambiance and service on point!A robust amalgamation of western amd Eastern delights that make your morning delightful. Their Paya(trotters) and Om Ali are a must try

Hi-tea at Marco Polo is so so. There is variety of food but there is issue with management of food. The refilling takes time and you have to wait for the waiters. The taste was average for most of the stuff. However, the ambiance is great. The customers were treated to beautiful live music. The singer did her job beautifully.

Best hi tea available in Karachi esp on Sunday. Shawarma stall and sugarcane stall has no staff and arrived after 530 while timings are from 430. Staff was not courteous enough to pick up used plates, only few glasses available for drinks. Overall good experience

Amazing ambiance n food! However was just upset that they messed up my reservation, even though I had called twice to book it but when I arrived with my guests, I was told that I dont have any reservation and we had to wait for 10 minutes, to get seated, which was embarrassing with my guests, especially as I had the elderly with me. Rest was all perfect :)

Been to Marco Polo for Hi Tea, it was a good experience. They had number of dishes in their menu plus everything was tasty. Specially their fish items. They had 2 type of fish and the one with stuffed spinach was awesome.I am not into sweets but their sweet item was also good.

I was there for Hi Tea.Ambiance was too good & i just Love the food.Everything was so perfect. Backgroung music change my mood as well. Singer were doing a great job.Highly Recommended

Best Hi Tea in town.All items are always fresh and tasty.Quality time to spend with family/friends.Decorum and live music provide great refreshing.They also had introduce live shawarma also.Chart & Golgappa setup is my favorite.For children & sweets lovers, lots of varieties are available.

Visited Marco Polo in the past as well, but this time the restaurant is not at that mark which it was earlier. Food is just average for the price. Overall ambience is satisfactory. Seats had stain marks on it. Servers were not that helpful when asked for coffee and didnt responded well. Probably not the best hi-tea in Karachi and would not recommend.

They are offering nice iftar. Plenty of items were available in iftar and as well in dinner. Bar B Q was also available with number of dishes. They also serve number of drinks. Best part is they also serve with mix tea and coffee. They also organise lucky draw competition in last with each coupon of available guest and those who got lucky no they were served with gifts.

Good food, specially tower club sandwiches, roast chicken sandwiches & roast beef sandwiches were simply awesome. The chicken strps were so so, not that great, probably old as stale smell was coming. The bread basket with soup was also excellent & very fresh, loved the smell. Their service was also very good & the server really took good care of us. It took almost 30-35 mins after ordering to get out food. I think this is really very long time. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. Well done Marco.

Worst hi-tea ever. Totally regret the decision. Very few dishes and on top of all, all food stale specially smelly fish and dry pizza. Highly not recommended.

For best cuisine coupled with best service in the main town, this is the place for you. We had buffet breakfast and it was awesome. A few years back we had buffet lunch and that was superb.

We had Breakfast with Friends. Good variety of Dishes. Manager Arshad Nazir and all other staff very efficient and cooperative . Must visit place for visit.

Went there for Hi-Tea! Food and everything is good ambience and all but theyre charging almost 1200 rupees and theyve very limited food dishes! There was no main course only snacks such as samosa Pizza and Chaat! So its not worth the price!

We greatly enjoyed the breakfast each morning: nihari, payas, alloo qeema. chicken qeema, fresh made to order puris, parahtas, omelets, eggs, bread pudding to die for, etc. and too many to name. The pastries were excellent baked: flaky and without the doughy lump inside that one sees at lesser known restaurants. All in all an excellent experience.

Its fine food was not good

Well its been good this time too... had loads of people....this Sunday 22 September.

Both the soups we ordered left lot to be desired in terms of taste and quality.

Had a nice time there and Ms. Faeiza was a nice person with good reception skills
