If youre a fan of fine dining and authentic Lebanese food, then Paramount is worth a try. The unique feature of this restaurant is its painstakingly simple elegance. Running a soft Arabic music in the background creates an entrancing ambience when you enter the restaurant.A decent choice for a fine dining experience.Ambience: 10/10Taste: 8/10Price: 7/10

It was good while it lasted.. The fresh pita bread and probably the best hummus in town always won my heart over.. The different dishes Ive tried were all good, well prepared, savory, and fresh.. With a cup of coffee to end a dinner... I always walked out happy and content. Its too bad the SMCHS and Seaview branches are closed down for good...

Pathetic food and service, was very found of Paramount and always enjoyed it till it had its doors opened in Luckyone and Sindhi Muslim. But last night it was hopeless. Imagine they took the order for shawarma wraps making it a meal and once the food was served they said the fries are finished we have sent someone to buy it for us, even when the food was finished they were not served. Iceberg was so stale that it had truned rusty. Unfortunately very sad to say, if their pathetic service continues this branch will also disappear like the rest.

Probably the best and most authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in the city. Do visit if you are in search of authentic Middle Eastern dishes and not just Arabic names on local spicy food. The shawarma and saj wraps are outstanding. The barbecue and grill items are juicy and delicious. And the hummus and salads are to die for. Especially if you love hummus you will find the most authentic and tasty hummus here. Also try the Lebanese lemonade to freshen up your palate or a nice warm Arabic coffee. The atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant matches the food and will make you feel like your in an upscale restaurant in a Middle Eastern suburb. The prices though are a bit on the higher side and the service does get a bit slow if its crowded. Also the baklava could use some improvement. But overall amazing experience and definitely worth a visit.

The location is easy to find, ambiance is good, you can call in and book the table before hand. Their kebab are great, specially beef, long ones. Mutton was not available which was sad as we wanted to try everything. Chicken was nicely made. For 4 people with food and drinks it will cost around 5000 to 6000. We ordered mixed platter which had everything.

Paramount Fine Foods, a Middle Eastern food chain, has finally branched itself out from Canada to Pakistan. Not only is it a Lebanese restaurant, it also comprises a fine bakery featuring many items that one usually doesnt find in Karachi.Situated in Khayaban-e-Shamsheer in a building that previously belonged to another restaurant, this new eatery has been completely transformed into a traditional yet modern space for fine dining; the ornamentation managing to forgo its past resonance and creating a new identity.Paramount Fine Foods is embracing fresh organic food and recipes that have been passed down for generations, all ready to be enjoyed by us Karachiites. With ingredients like olive oil, zaatar, chickpeas and sesame seeds, this restaurant is a blend of healthy and flavoursome food. The food will not only be served in an indoor space. The restaurant is soon to open its patio where diners will be fully able to enjoy the authentic style of Lebanese dining.pon entering, besides the staff being very welcoming, I was also pleasantly surprised by the number of female employees working at Paramount.

Heard so much about this restaurant and this time we decided to have a dinner at this Middle Eastern Restaurant. We order Chicken Shawarma and Mixed Grill.1st of all their so famous Pita bread was fresh but it was so much taste less. There were 3 families having dinner including us and all of us refused to eat chicken shawarma cause of too much oil. To our surprise it was not grilled it was deep fried in oil due to which it was not edible at all.Mixed grill was bit ok but nit that much tasty. Believe me at the end we were thinking that we have wasted our time and money.Never gonna visit again.

Simply awesome.. Visited here yesterday with my family and we loved it. Their Spicy Sish Tawook Wrap (Shawarma) is one of its kind and taking it with their chicken topped fries and Slush is a complete deal.. Not being a middle eastern guy youd wanna know what youre ordering.. Men and women on the counter give you exact details on what to expect when you order.. 100% recommended. Would definitely visit again

Perhaps the best restaurant experience ive had in a while, Paramount not only lived up to the hype but delivered beyond expectations. We, my family and I arrived at exactly 8 45 and were seated right away. Our server, Junaid, was instantly by our side, offering menus all around while another waiter brought in piping hot pita for us to munch on while we decided on our order. All of this within minutes of us sitting down. While we contemplated what we wanted to have, we decided to ask for hummus to go with the pita because really, pita and hummus is a no-brainer. 2 minutes and we had mouthwatering hummus served to us. In those 2 minutes, since the pita had gotten a tab bit cold, it was whisked away and replaced with another basket of fresh, warm bread.Meanwhile we decided on the main course. We selected the mixed combo platter which included a hot platter full of mixed bbq items, chicken and beef shawarma, spicy bread, falafel, and grilled veggies. The deal also included a fatoosh salad, hummus and french fries.Since we had already ordered a plate of hummus before the main course, we decided to try another kind apart from the basic one, and opted for hummus with beef. The basic hummus was adjusted as part of the combo platter (excellent point because we were expecting it to be charged twice). To the main course we added a beef and cheese manakeesh (highly recommended- it was devoured) and a saj chicken wrap (this was a personal favorite of our server). While the chicken wrap i thought was a tad bit lacking in seasoning, the garlic dip sauce more than made up for the taste. So much so that we had to order another pot of just the dip.The main course - everything included- was at the table within 12 minutes - i timed it. For drinks, we decided to go for the special lebanese lemonade, a house special that was highly recommended by our server. We were 6 people and the food was more than enough for everyone with moderate appetites. Not a single thing went to waste and everything was made to.perfection.The floor manager personally came by to inquire about the food and service, as he did with every table in the house to ensure top notch service. At the end we were asked to fill out a feedback form on the cutest little tablet, which was filled with the highest of praises naturally for both the food, ambience and the quality of service. The total damage was 7k+ with a 15% off on HBL cards for 6 people. We were in and out of the place in under 45 minutes. Pretty great considering that we not only managed to avoid the late dinner rush at the restaurant but also on the roads on a public holiday.Paramount Fine Foods is really hospitality done right. The high rating this restaurant enjoys is well deserved. Not only would i definitely visit again, and soon, i will recommend everyone to try the place out once. You will not be disappointed.

Fattoush is hands down best, so fresh crunchy feel of veges with on point dressing.Bread was bit down today might had a bad day that turned so gloomy and hard on us. Ive had my share of horrible food experiences but this place tops the charts by far. Should’ve realized when I received the appetizers. Food was really good except for the bread. They put alot of yeast in bread which actually lose the quality of Lebanese food. However, they make really good soup, and their food is so genuine that you wont feel difference eating food here or in Lebnon. Moreover, I love their service. The way they talk, behave and serve is amazing. I would recommend this place to those who are desperately looking for Middle Eastern food.
