Best buffet in price. Tasty food, good enough quantity, nice ambiance and responsive staff. Only thing I didnt like much is fish item else food taste surpass my expectation.

Visited tonight with my family and was a great experience overall, everything was just too good! food, venue, service , quality especially the jalebis were too crispy same i never had like this beforeMy kids and nephews enjoyed very much on the roof top. Ill be honest, the reviews that i see on facebook are really discouraging about the place and the hitea they serve, but we did not find it to be like that. Yes, there were hygiene issues but the food was good atleast for what i tried :)

I had been going to Chaupal before lockdown, the food was amazing and so was the service. But today I went there and I was so disheartened about the food & the service too.IT WAS A RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE!

Meal was not properly hot and prowns were so small, and this cold weather no tea was available, it my suggestion that people like to eat good things, whatever rate or cost

Experince was awesome. Cozy environment but little bit congested, need more place to walk easily. Menu is also awesome with lots of variety and with delicious taste. We had iftar+dinner but they impressed us as they could with perfection. One thing is that they were wasting lots of the food putting in the garbage. A better way to overcome on this situation could be possible. In short this good place to have dinner with your groups, family and someone who you love.

About last iftarBeen to chaupal for iftar, had a sudden plan in noon to meet and chaupal proved to be a median for everyone in the viccinity.Got it pre booked via their Facebook page.Well got immediately seated despite of massive crowd.Served with orange tang, rooh afza and dates on table.Iftar menu included every possible item like cholay dahy baray, fruit chaat, rolls, samosas, fried pakoras, aaloo chana tarkari. Halwa poori and few more.For the food they had biryani, pulao, nihary, paaye, brain masala, fish masala, mughlai handi, karai, qorma, different handis, chapli kebab, qeema, mix vegs, daal fry, Bindi masala, chowmein, chicken taraggon, penne pasta in red and white sauce, Manchurian, fried rice, fried fish, fried prawns, fried bater, cutlets along with exquisite bbq comprising seekh kebabs, tikka and much more that I didnt pay heed to.Had a decorated salad bar and desserts that had pudding, custard, lab e shireen, cake, brownies, ice cream, qulfi, chocolate mousse, etc.My friends tried chinese and bbq found it fine, I tasted bit of paaye, palak mughlai handi fish masala. I dont like fish but that fish masala was too good. Mughlai handi and fried bater were too good as well. In desserts tried chocolate mousse that was quiet good and chilled. In iftar tried roll and potato pakra. Roll was scrumptious.All in all it was nice and for per head that costed 1130rs inclusive of tax (till 5th roza) was pretty good show as normally any single meal with any smoothie/juice costs around 1500-1600rs per head every time.So its really good for core desi foodies who love to munch on dinner after iftar.P.S. they had separate namaz area.

Nice place, variety in menu is good. Food quality is good too. Service is below expectations but not very bad. Its buffet so you should be prepared either to get yourself starved before going there or to be easy on your pocket. Your choice.

It was a time when chupal was finest buffet dinner option for us. But now quality of food is bad.

I went to Chaupal Desi Exotic Buffet with my family on 13th June and our experience was TERRIBLE! Weve been to their KDA branch before and we thought to visit their Nazimabad branch this time.Our table had a thick layer of dust and the server kept glasses upside down on it, we asked him to clean it up first. Secondly, we asked him to get us quarter plates. He didnt, we had to give him a reminder 4 times until he got it, also he got 3 plates between 5 people. Furthermore, they didnt have dessert spoons or knives.Now coming to the main topic, hygiene. We spotted cockroaches on plates. The plates were dirty and many plates had a layer of dust on it. Half of the food pots were empty and they werent filling it. As we thought to check out the desserts, they were serving ice cream in a bowl with dust on it.The management was awful, it wasnt crowded, their staff was absolutely free, they had nothing to do. Yet they were taking forever to give service or even keep the place clean. Looking at those cockroaches, we didnt feel like eating anything because they werent at once place, we spotted them at different places NEARBY THE FOOD. I think the food authority should check the quality of their food.We ate a little (before seeing cockroaches) and once we spotted those, we decided to talk to the manager. He was least bothered to know anything, he just asked the staff to clean the area. We paid the bill and left. We wrote everything on the comments card and the manager said, hell forward it to the director so that we can have a word with him. So far, we didnt receive any call from him.As we all know how Karachis weather is messed up, they didnt put up fans or anything. The entire place was heating up badly.

For the environment is is good. But food quality is not at this rate approx. Rs.1700/head excluding drinks.They serve 4 type of BBQ on table rather than Buffet. But their service is pathetic - and we had to order them multiple times to place skewers. Plus, they usually forget to pick dirty plates.At this price food should have been excellent. But it is not.

Went to Chaupal Desi Exotic Buffet to have dinner with my son to celebrate his birthday & thoroughly enjoyed having buffet dinner. It was difficult to choose from 15 varieties of salads, 10 varieties of chutneys & sauces, live Barbecue, 75 dishes of main course which primarily included Pakistani dishes along with Chinese food & pasta dishes. To end the dinner had to choose again from 15 different desserts besides different flavors of ice cream. In the comment card I unintentionally mentioned my sons birthday to which the servers came with a chocolate sauce decorative plate wishing my son his birthday & a piece of chocolate cake with cherries. A must flavorful place for people of different palate.

The hostess seated you right away, handed menus to everyone, and took time to answer questions about the daily specials. The server approached your table with a smile, greeted everyone, and made sure your order was perfect. This makes you look good to your clients.Or perhaps you spent the afternoon at a spa, and now you feel more relaxed than you can ever remember. The aesthetician made your face look 10 years younger, and the massage therapist found every single knot in your muscles. Now you feel as though you can take on the world.These acts of good service should be acknowledged. Its also nice to let their supervisor know how much you appreciate what the person did for you. It could make a big difference during the service persons next job evaluation.

Good place with average food. Not too many options available, seafood was not good at all a bit smelly. Desi foods like paya, nihari, biryani was good in taste but BBQ was not good.Good options for sweet line.

A buffet restaurant with nice sitting and easily approachable. It has variety of desi and chinese dishes, good selection of salads and a dessert counter. Bar b cue is served on table which stays hot due to bar b cue grill placed between table top. Bar B cue was tasty. Overall food was fairly fine. The dessert bar was so so, neither bad nor good. They dont take debit or credit cards which becomes inconvenient if there are more guests and one has to carry lot of cash.

Extremely pathetic experience. Waiters and management has no ethics how to interact with the customers.Not value for money, all the food is cooked right at the place youre sitting. Worst buffet experience of my life. Not recommended.I was standing at the Sweets and Dessert section, asked the person standing inside the portion to give me ice cream, he declined to give from there and asked me to come around in front of the fridge. Dont know what the logic was. On my polite argumentations I got a very very cold attitude from him. When I reported this to the manager he responded back to me more badly.

A good environment, staff was very helpful, but the food didnt taste as good as it couldve. Also, they dont have baby chairs so people with babies make sure to have their stroller with them.

Very nice environment, The new thing is that they serve bbq on your table with live coal under it. Favourite items, pasta, bbq malai boti, charga, taragon chicken and kulfi. Its rupees 1580 with tax, per person. The taste is overall good comparing it to other buffets, I personally dont like them because of the detorating quailty on Pakistan, focusing only on quantity, but here its not like that, till now.

Best buffet in town with so many choices of high quality food items and all very tasty. Definitely worth the money. Just go empty stomach as you wont resist the food options and would end up overeating! A must visit place especially for foreigners who can try all local food at one place.

Little congested and waiters ask for good tip openly. Good taste and variety, prices are very nominal. Service is also quite good so once in a while its good and family environment.

One of the best buffet places Ive been to. The staff is very cooperative. Food was amazing. Pretty sure I ate more than I should have. They do justice to your buffet plan. A must visit place. Id love to go there again. Food was the best, stating again.

Its looks an ordinary place, food is authentic but not extraordinary. Service is not up to standard and above all, they only accept cash, no credit or debit card option. Staff needs to be trained.

Visited with my office colleagues the food is good but sorry the service is absolutely dead , I would recommend u to please gear up ur service game or you will lose customers in the future for sure .
