Food was not tasty even we order from specialty slot but didnt find any single food delicious kindly use better spices to make food palatable.All the items arrived separately which disturbed the appetite.Fries was hard and face difficulty while chewing.

Opening of this new restaurant is being from 3rd January 2020.with concept of railway station theme that attracted me to visit this restaurant . It was houseful with 20 min waiting. After 15 min. We get seated. Well decorated nicely station theme . Specially order delivery through train in your seats was huge attraction. Due to which most of the families here with huge kids and crowded. Food menu mostly continental ,steaks, burgers, pasta and Chinese. Food delivery is prompt and food taste is average and nothing special. These days debit card and credit card is not accepting here.so beware to go with cash arrangement priorly. Overall unique experience . Hope to get improve more in future.

It is simply overrated place to go food quality was poor I ordered BBQ Cheese steak but there was a melted cheese slice on it also the quantity was about a 100gms hardly that was so not worth it. Only attraction was the train serving food but they delivered someone’s order to our table twice. Chicken chilli with vegetables was so tasteless that one should not have it even for free I mean there was no fusion of veggies with chicken like chicken was added after boiling veggies in corn flour.

Food was good ordered nachos, station house salad, station house beef burger (patty was a bit dry n chewy), hot n spicy chicken (was too salty n sweet) & prawn vegetable rice (best thing)Ambiance is good bit too over crowded by staff and they keep staring. Need to have staff placed else where. Space utilization is not best have wasted alot of it. Staff needs a bit training it will help in future run.Economical prices overall bit some things felt overpriced.

The ambience, idea of train serving you and the overall environment is good. Food quality is okay, not great and menu needs to be increased to include Pakistani options. Restaurant is great for kids, good for adults.

Good for one visit with children. Food was so so. Expensive compared to servings. Waiters need more training. Cleanliness is missing. Wash room was very untidy.

Tried steaks and beef special burger. Both were excellent. Size of the meal and burger was very good that filled my tummy.

I visited this place last night it was one of the Worst Experience ever had. Costumer Service was so annoying it was overpriced and the worst part was that at the time of delivering order they had a lame excuse that Train is not working. i would recommend to owner that the attraction for kids is food is delivering through Train so you must keep on check that....

The place is an excellent addition (Jan-2020) to ever-expanding Karachi food outlets. The main feature is the food comes on the train to your table. Thats a very nice experience to watch, especially for young children. Not ideal for large groups, as almost all seats are for six people only. There is a ground floor and basement setting. No mobile signals at the basement so if you want to connect to internet ask for the WiFi password from the staff.Food is nice and taste great. There is load of variety from fast food, Italian and Chinease cuisine.Staff is good and helping, with loads of feedback taken all the time. There is free parking outside. To avoid unnecessary parking hassle and crowd, my recommendation is to go on working days.

I like the train food was good too

The restaurant is newly opened and too too small. The ambience is not very friendly or welcoming. You have to wait a lot to get a table finally when you get, and if youre unlucky to get the table right in front all people waiting for their turn, they would see you eat your food which makes me very uncomfy leaving no room for privacy. Some ppl will even get their children on the table having no etiquettes while youre eating your food or little kids will storm around your table just to have a glimpse of the station house signature train running on its railway track.My experience service wise was rather unfortunate. The staff was overwhelmed and trying to make ends meet by running pillar to post serving the customers. You could hear the bearers shout and telling their fellow workers to get to table A fast, do privacy and untrained staff a big improvement they should consider.The need to educate the staff what hospitality is, is pivotal in order for this restaurant to survive in todays era. Reason being, while we were dining, I was asked by the staff to vacate one chair where my 2 yr old was sitting for one of the guests as they couldnt stand for long. Imagine the height of unprofessional attitude by the staff.Now the food, it was good. The taste and quality would be an 8.5 out of 10. Even their nachos I guess are made in house its not those Doritos pack. I ordered for Chinese.
