Best Place To Have Some Tasty Meals

Their fries are awesome without any doubts and that is their specialty which is still good otherwise most of specialties of other fast foods have now gone. Try their mayo garlic fries or barbecue fries or simply masala fries and youll get in love with those. Other fast food items are not that good but still better than many of the older competitors in the business especially I like their fish and chips and their grilled sandwich. Now they have so many outlets in the city and easily reachable to almost every area of the city. However their home delivery is limited. Recommended to the fries lovers.

Burgers were very fresh and hot but average taste.

Its not as great as it was before, plus Beef Burgers arent on the menu anymore.

So @optpfries recently had a new addition to their menu The Pizza Fries.We ordered smoked chicken.Pizza fries was had a layer of fries instead of dough topped with a good amount of black olives, chopped jalepeno, chicken chunks, onion, capsicum, loads and load of cheese and a handful of oregano. ..For me it was a bit dry and lacked some sauce i would love to have my fries with a bit of sauce. I literally had to gulp down the fries with drink, apart from the dry part i loved the amount of cheese and chicken present in the pizza fries. 390ish (the box was a bit smaller than the one at bigbash )Taste: 3.5 / 5Value of money: 3 / 5..They should increase the quantity of pizza fries and add a bit of sauce

It is quite disappointing to say that the service & making up things by their employees is absolutely rubbish. I would definitely applaud about their food, but when it comes to bad service, good food doesnt really matterYesterday 24th June 2020, i order food @9.00pm. I was given the time by them 45-60 min. Although i didnt get the food delivered by 10.10pm. So i called them then.1st they said, after holding me up for 4min that the order will be delivered in 5 min.2nd time I called @10.45pm, the literally told me that your order has been delivered @9.35pm to me. By the time i really got mad at them, so they requested me to wait for 10min so they could check3rd time they called me after 10min that the rider came @ your place to deliver & called u & u didnt answer. Although i didnt receive any call. & even if the rider came, i didnt instruct him not to ring the door bell.So now the restaurant is closed & like its all my faultIt was by the time that i got really angry. & decided to post my review, bcz making up things like;1st, your order will arrive in 5min2nd, your order is shown delivered3rd u didnt answer the call & its your falultAdmitting mistakes is the top priority, when u r handing services. Blaming it on the customers is worse for yourself.I would recommend OPTP to work on the service of their employees. As I myself am related to services.Thanks

Ordered the Fish & Chips and Zinger burger. They have made it tooo crispy. All you taste is hard tough batter. Its supposed to be crunchy not so fried that it is hard to eat.Plus very bad delivery

Recently they have degraded the quality of food drastically. I suggested them with 5/5 rating before. Now though, when I went there with 4 of my colleagues. It was just plain useless. The new tripple patty burger doesnt even match the thickness and taste of the previous double patty burger.

Terrible burgers, tough burger patty and the chips have become terrible, greenish potatoes being used. We were disappointed! The fish and chips were alright nothing great.

The burgers were forever yukk but they forgot the only thing they were good at. Had cheeder cheese fries at atrium mall and the fries were stale and the cheese was disgusting. Utterly disappointed
