We went here wanting light food & tea / coffee. This wasnt really their vibe. The server recommended we order a few starters with coffees etc which we did. (sliders, tacos, prawns, fries, pizza) The food was good, the services bit slow and the options for vegetarians are limited. The coffee was good. Overall, I would say, good value for money.

Loved their menu specially the pasta which was not at all mushy and very saucy. The pizza was delicious they spilt it also for us. The tacos and the fries were DEVINE!!! How can I forget my all time favourite the BEEF CARPACCIO

Perfect place to have dinner with your partner. Everything from food,service and quantity to ambiance was upto the mark... Center cutout steak and B.B.Q Tacos were best of all.

Good variety of dishes with a nice ambience and quick serving. We were a group of 5 people. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch which comprised of Pizza, grilled chicken, prawns as starter and red snapper grilled fish with mint lemonade and fresh lime.

This is a beautiful place to have food. Just fell in love with the ambience at the first sight. Went for lunch with friends over the weekend and tried their new menu. We ordered waffle sliders, mushroom heads with artichoke and grilled chicken. They gave us all three sauces with the chicken, because I wasnt able to decide on one, that was too nice. It costed us around 1000 rupees per head. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful, they know how to host their guests.Overall it was an amazing experience, Ill definitely visit Newbury again to try out more stuff from their menu. And Ill give them 10 more points because their playlist is very nice!

Went with colleagues for lunch. I’ve been here for dinner but love the way the sunlight changes the decor during lunch. Loved the food, specially the waffle sliders, chicken lollipops and the wraps. Highly recommended.

Beautiful ambiance. This place is supposedly quite popular for lunch as well. We went on a weekday and were surprised to see it well occupied as we were leaving.Items tried:- Pomegranate juice: it proved to be exceptionally good, otherwise I wouldn’t have mentioned it.- Short Rib Tacos: absolutely yummy and highly recommended.- Grilled Tenderloin with Rosemary Butter: excellent juicy and tender steak. Order at medium well temperature.- Creme Brûlée Cheesecake: excellent cheese cake. The fire glaze applied to the sugar coating left an amazing aroma that added to the taste.

I am a regular ay Newbury, absolutely love the ambiance, they staff is very friendly and helpful and the food never disappoints. The crispy carpacio and salmon on ice were amazing. I would highly recommend Newburry . Will be back soon.

Used to be my favourite place, but hey have gone down in terms of food quality and options. When they opened, the variety and taste was much better, but you will have a decent experience when you visit.

The BBQ Short Rib Tacos were super. With hard shells, I enjoyed the bite sized, hard shell tacos, bursting with smoky sweet barbecue glaze. Sour cream and barbecue never felt this good together. And I’m not one for jalapenos on tacos but the textural synchrony between the hard shell taco, the braised BBQ beef and the jalapenos was incredible.

The food was not bad, but I think the portions could have been a little more generous.There was about a 20 minute delay between them bringing the first dish & the last dish that the table ordered, with would have meant an instant 1-star review from my side, had it not been that they served us complimentary dessert (without us requesting) as an apology.Ambience of the place is good, especially upstairs/ outside.

The service was absolutely impeccable. When asked for feedback on the food, we told that the pizza was not that great , the waiter was kind enough to exclude the cost of it from the bill. Other than that, the food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation- very pleasing. The portion size was decent ; good value for money.The restaurant has a decidedly upscale look and feel. What i loved most about the cafe was that it was lighted unlike many other restaurants that have faint lights (You obviously dont want to pull out your phone to read the menu). Didnt order the desserts but would definitely go again to try them out.

One of my go to places in Karachi. The steaks are cooked properly and presentation is superb. Great collection of appetizers and desserts. Very lively on the weekends

This place is ok. The food was lovely and delicious. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, and it was great. It looked and tasted Roman style, a little bit New York style as well. The Mac and Cheese were good, but it shouldve been a bit larger. Apparently, the prawns were good. The drinks were good. I got the mint lemonade, and it was very minty and sweet, and also a bit sour. Overall it was quite tasty. The service was ok. I wouldnt say that the people that worked there were very friendly, but I would never say that they were unfriendly. They were doing their job correctly and well, and thats what I care about the most. The atmosphere. The atmosphere wasnt very good. They were playing extremely loud and irritating music in the background at first. The lighting could have been a bit darker, but it was fine. There is one thing left to say about the Newbury Cafe. The dessert menu was a bit misleading. I ordered the Churros Smores. You would think that it would be a Smore. But no. When I got my order, I was shocked to see that the dish was in fact churros with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. At least they got it half right. I think that a restaurant should only put Smores on their menu only if they know what a Smore is. But the dessert was delicious, even though it wasnt what I ordered.

Ordered the highly acclaimed beef tacos. They were very oily and not even close to the crispy tacos I have had in original mexican cuisine. The mint lemonade was equally bad, i felt nauseated after one sip. The thin crust chicken pizza was also mediocre. Needs a lot of improvement in taste and quality of food. Left a lot to be desired. Desert Menu is also restricted to three items. However the chocolate malt brownie was the only saving grace.

It’s no less than any cafe in London or Barcelona so to say.Lovely courtyard area, perfect lighting and clean lines.Starters and desserts were great.Beef carpaccio was really good, the cheese burger roll was fun and sliders were actually sliders. The mini tacos were cute as well, not just the appearance, taste as well.Mac and cheese was a fair attempt, could smell the truffle oil from across the table, the consistency was good too, but the crumbs could’ve been golden - as in golden, they were almost white.Kitchen staff, you need to leave it in the oven for 3 more minutes to the least!Main course needs some work, presentation wise. Too much was going on and all dishes looked same except for the meat. Lamb chops were okay, the rib eye was good! Ordered medium, came medium!! An achievement on it own.Dessert was great! The gateau.
