Though its a universal brand , but the standards here in Pakistan does not match to Dubai UAE quality .. anyway the Dunkin Donuts cann tasted once after awhile ..

Doughnuts are just average, Shakes are good and i didnt like the sandwiches. You can try that but i didnt recommend.

No donut can taste so yum yum like the Dunkin Donuts.Since my childhood I love it.From my childhood till today they are maintaining the great taste.Donuts and Munchkins are my favorite.Coffee is also good but I dont like other drinks offered here.Good environment to have chit chat and satisfy the appetite.

DD is awesome. Just make sure to provide concrete details when placing the order. My usual go to order is Caramel Iced Latte and Beef Deluxe Sandwich with Cheese.

I ordered a sandwich and Oreo Shake. The order taker took 6 minutes to punch the order. Upon asking that why is it taking so long. He said these computers are garbage and are not working properly. 6 minutes waiting for the order to be punched is so irritating. Management should look into this. Why we only wants to eat the whole profit rather than investing it for your own goodwill. I dont lnow why entrepreneurs dont understand this

A nice, small & cosy place where you can get a good cuppa coffee. Popular for their fresh, creamy, chocolaty glazed donuts. I always buy their Donuts for breakfast, also whenever i visit i preferably order their Alaska Supreme (Kinda Cold Coffee) in caramel flavor which i always love. Well they have many other options for coffee like Iced Latte, cold coffee, hot coffee, sandwiches etc.They have so many branches in karachi.Not pocket friendly.

It used to be good. Coffee had burnt taste, doughnuts were smaller than last i remebered and tasted not as good as they used to be. I was with family and waiting time was long. Staff was on phone mostly and only one girl was doing work on till and serving. As if she is herself the lone employee. Sad to see such affairs.

Everybody knows Dunkin donuts for its unique taste. But the service level is not very impressive. Power socket was not working and the crew is least bother about this. They looks not very fresh.Yes the good thing is nobody will ask to leave even one will spent hours and hours, just at the cost of one cup of coffee.

They dont have fresh donuts like shara e faisal branch. They use to give one day old donuts. They should give better quality of donuts like other branches

Multiple branches all over the country and Karachi city has the highest number of branches in the country. They have great donuts and the coffee is nice too. The staff is very polite and treat customers in a dedicated manner. Breakfast is great here. Do try their mini pizza and cinnamon rolls they are simply superb. Not expensive and you get your value for money. Go to all outlets same flavours and good coffee options. If you are looking for a quick bite this is a good place. Thumbs up.

Everytime I visit DD shahrah e faisal branch they set a new benchmark of worst customer service and food quality. I dont know what their management is doing. They have the worst working staff on this planet thats probably because they pay peanuts and expect excellent service.Their omwich was my favorite but now i even dont think about it.

The area was very small. Moreover, for reducing their budget, their floors have very short height. When I was sitting there, a tall waiters head hit that artifical beam, the roof was as much low. Seating arrangement was also very congested. If you drag your chair out, for standing up, it hits the side wall. Other food chains have very good places. Dunkin Donuts is even less than unsatisfactory.

The environment, ambiance and cleaning is compromised. Though the meal I ordered was served hot, the staff was nice and courteous. The meal and the coffee tasted just fine... but the seats leatherette was torn off... the tables and floor was not clean.... very disappointed. ... the compromised environment spoiled my meal... wont be going back there again...

Now they have raised their prices of Donuts I e, from Rs90/- to Rs102/- but they only charge Rs100/ -for single & for Half Dozen Rs540/-& for Dozen Rs1000/-. There are other deals as well such as Donut Combos , All Day Breakfast , Anytime WOW Combo & MUNCH COMBO for Kids , MUNCHKINS , FANCIES , SANDWICHES , HOT BEVERAGES , COLD BEVERAGES & OTHER BEVERAGES . Their All prices are exclusive of Taxes. When I enquired from the Bar Tender at the Counter for the price of ordinary pet bottle of Mirinda 250ml to which.he told me that it was Rs90/- I was taken.aback on hearing.this & I again asked for.the price & he again told me that it was Rs90/-& I exclaimed that this Mirinda Pet Bottle of 250ml was being sold at the Main Commercial Area off Tariq Road for only Rs35/- which is hardly a few furlongs away from Char MinarRoundabout & to which he laughed & said - Sir these are our exclusive prices ! A decorative plastic Mug with the logo of Dunkin Donuts was being sold for Rs450/-which price was also steep .
