Ambience, props used and costumes worn by staff are adequately traditional, much appreciated! Staff are welcoming, presentable and efficient! Had a jolly good laugh at the humorous Mughal robed gentlemans shair o shairi! He deserves a raise for his ability to do his job as well as he did ! Finally coming to my experience with the food, simply loved the imaginative varieties at the Pani puri station, pineapple water, chocolate pani puri, lime and so many flavours provided the perfect treat to all tastebuds, puris were fresh and crisp. Yum!!! Salad bar was marvelous, Baba ganoush, ceasers, and a score of other salads were on point. Fried items were plentiful and tasty alongwith everyones favourite Tempura prawns. The bar b q station was just right too! Cardamom mix tea was the perfect beverage to complement all of the above. A little improvement could be made where the haleem and fish is concerned, as well as a bit more emphasis on social distancing and regular SOPs, as in a visible handwash area is a must in all restaurants. Rest all in all is a perfect run for your money. Will definitely visit again!!

Recently i have visited this place with my friends for lunch. It was a great experience.location has great interior and very freshing and clean environment. every dish was great in taste and presentationthe per head amount was reasonable keeping the environment, variety of dishes and location in mind.pictures and videos are attached

A very nice place to dine. It has buffet system with a lot of western & eastern variety of foods & bar-b que etc. One enjoys dinning there. You have to book in advance to get sitting place.

It used to be very good, but now the quality of food in Lunch hours is not that good.Specially Prawns and Fish were only felt like we are eating some food which was frozen for a very long time. And then it has been brought up and just deep fried.Even the Mutton Kunna was not of the right sized animal.The barbq was also of not that quality as it used to be.They really need to improve on it and add some more items of sea food and mutton in their lunch timings.Having mentioned the above a buffet place is always a great place to visit and a person enjoys a lot if the gathering is big.So I wont recommend Lal qila in Lunch hours for buffet as there quality is not that anymore which it used to be for which it was famous for.One more thing I would like to highlight is that no one was following SOPs there for covid19. Although on a few tables the chairs were having wraps to avoid people sitting on them but still people were removing those chairs and sitting in that area.Regarding the dessert it was also just OK. I tried blue berry cheese cake and gulab jamun. The blue berry cheese cake was good but not of the quality which you can find in some other bakeries and gulab jamun was also a bit hard.

I went there for a brunch with some of my friends. I must say the place has good variety of menu items. Food quality was great but there is room for improvement. My only concern is that they don’t have any parking space for customers , if you come at a busy time then you’ll have a hard time parking your ride.

They have maintained quality despite huge shift in business and low intake due to SOPs i think more variety in Ice Cream would make it even better

I went to the buffet and the food was spectacular, the variety of the food was to die for and the dessert had a seperate area and they would turn a vegan to a vegetarian. They would make fresh BBQ in front of u and if I wanted to I would have ate that BBQ right of the stick. If u visit Lal Qila you my friend will not regret it and the price ooooff was so reasonable . I would recommend you to eat here only if you prefer quantity over quality. I cant complain much about the taste as I only paid Rs.1200 for it, but I had high expectations. No doubt that they have a great variety, but I found most of the food items to be tasteless, mainly because, as I Karachitte, I am used to eating spicy and tasteful food. If you have no issues with spiceless food, then you will feel okay about this restaurant. Their staff is professional, which I appreciate.

The administration has really lifted up the food quality. Specially the Dessert section and BBQ articles have really improved.The A.C hall which is a new addition to the seating arrangement is definitely a great move by LalQila.

The menu is very good. There are around 80 items in total including Batair, Fish and prawns. If youve the membership, you can have 25% discount. You can enjoy outdoor or indoor both. Must visit with family and friends.

Taste is good as always. No sops were followed. Too much crowded. It was said that they have limited seats but too much crowded to earn more money . Not recommended for these days.

Probably an over rated place. Had Hi Tea today in open area. Ambience was average with lots of house flies around. Most of the dishes were of average taste. Fried prawns was the only good item. Staff was HIGHLY UNFRIENDLY. Waiters were not attentive at all. They need a good and active manager to control the things.

The brunch and lunch buffet is average but the dinner was really awful. I had been there several times and among all the dishes I found bbqs and kabab fry good to taste.Dont go for dinner its waste of time and money.

Very well managed with a wide range of food items of high quality. Ideally located on Shahrahe Faisal with no parking issues. If you are looking for spicy Pakistani food this is the place to take your family to.The ambience is really amazing.I specially liked the veranda with classical architecture perfect for pictures and selfies. The food selection was also good and most of the items were tasty. The only downside is the fact that the whole space is quite congested hence in peak hours its uncomfortable to have the food.

Buffet is okay! There is a small waiting area so according to their staff rest of the people should wait on the road which was inappropriate.. They were constantly saying stand up and go outside we dont care its your problem that u are 10mins early!!

This place is a breath of fresh air. While theres traffic and pollution in the outside, on the inside, the air is fresh. Service is always on point and the variety of food is great. You can sit indoors, outdoors, or on the wall - just like the medieval ages. The flavour leaves a lot left to be desired, of course. For example, its definitely not the best grilled BBQ Ive had.
