It,s a very good place to live every basic facilityalso a good place to investment in land.

I ll rate it highVery easy and quick approach as compare to bahria phase 1-8Specially for people doing job or business in Islamabad .Driving time from blue area to enclave is 20-25 min as compare to driving time of 1 hour and 20 min approx to phase 1-8 .The community is growing and bahria is putting their continual efforts to make it more green and liveable

Bahria Enclave is located at a wonderful landscape in downtown Islamabad. It is very professionally managed. It has a great potential to live and invest

Of course its a bit posh area, but still no gas, no supply water, bahria admin do supply both facilities daily but charge around 4 to 5 thousand per month including maintenance charges. Its 45 mins drive from islamabad, bit far and expensive

Entrance is too narrow. After a few years this road will be too crowded and full of encroachment.

Not very secure with respect to security and there are traces of banned outfit members running around, PTM, TTP might have strong existence, members of security guards also required scrutiny.

We thought Bahria Enclave will be a nice place to live in and that is why we booked an apartment in 2011 in one of the the towers that Bahria is building. We were promised possession to be in 4 years but so far there is no sign. Please honour your commitments.

Nice and serene place but not enough population yet. You wont see the normal hustle bustle in Bahria as you see in Islamabad. It will take time (5 or more years) to develop. But right now, its a barren deserted place.
