The Chef is so nakama that he’s unwilling or (doesn’t even know)to disclose the ingredients used in the different shawarma platters irrespective of whether the customer may have an allergy, a medical reason or even just a preference!! Good places are more than willing to tell a customer exactly what goes in their food!! If a restaurant can’t get even tell you what goes into the food they produce or how they prepare it DONT buy from them! The Chef ridiculously thought I wanted the recipe-well why would you fool ? when I don’t know what the food is like?!! For all you know the food imay be 2nd hand from another place, all synthetic or days or weeks old!!

The Turkish shawarma platter was not even close to being a shawarma! Authentic shawarma has shredded meat with garlic sauce and vinegar pickles! It was totally desi and spicy with mayo! The fries were local with chat masala! The dip that came along was green but wasnt chutney, it was again mayo with green color! Pathetic! Wasted my money. Totally not reflecting the rating of this restaurant. Fake reviews prolly! DO NOT ORDER!
