They are located in street 8 of g11, no dinning place, you can order for pick up and delivery, they are very famous in Islamabad. Tasty food but little expensive and affordable.

Ordered pizzas for office party. It was fantastic . Especially the mughlai chicken was so delicious. Chicken Tikka was also good however BBQ chicken was average.

I order from here often but the last time I ordered, the Fanta sent with the deal was FAKE. Fake products are not only illegal & cheat people of their money, they are also a potential health hazard as they are often made of substandard and non-food grade items. Very disappointed with the brand. My complaints through FoodPanda have also gone unanswered.

I used to be a regular.Once they gave me incorrect order on delivery. On calling, the delivery boy said that he is coming to pick it and give us correct order. After a lot of waiting, he gave us a box and collected the earlier order and left. Once we opened the box, there was a half eaten pizza inside. One can only imagine our disgust. After that the delivery boy was not picking the phone. I had to go to their G-11 delivery point to give them the half eaten pizza and give the manager a sound talking. He was least moved as if nothing has happened. Took another 30 min to give me the correct order. Never ordered after this incident.

Quality is dropped

Very low quality pizza with less toping, cheese and chicken. I wouldnt order it and dont waste your money by ordering this rubbish pizza

This has such a pathetic service. I placed order in their website but could not attend their call as my mobile was busy for few second. instead of calling me back they cancelled my order without even informing me. I waited for half an hour until i called them myself and asked about the order. They were like messing up with the order. They should learn to deal with customers. At least they should inform the customers if they are to cancel any order.

Poor service and quality. Ordered 15 inch Tikka which cost 1900 PKR (it was buy one get one free). Im not sure if they ran out of chicken and rest of the things because what we got could barely be declared as pizza: minimum chicken, no ketchup, rough dough. Surely not going to buy again anytime soon.

14TH Street Pizza- The Pizza Sucks big time & the Customer Service is as bad as the pizza itself.I am a regular customer of 14th Street Pizza but today I had the worst experience with 14th Street Pizza. We ordered the regular pizza that we normally order but the order taking guy advised to try their new flavor Mughlai Thikka and that if didnt like they can replace it. I ordered the pizza but it was extremely spicy, cudnt take more than two bites. When i called the customer service and talked to the manager they said that we cannot replace the pizza nor can we refund it and was extremely rude. Then he put down the phone.It was just a worst experience with 14th Street pizza and a loss of Rs. 1500/- but a loss of regular customer to them.I request to look in to the matter and address my grievance at the earliest or you will keep on loosing the customers.
