This outlet is located in Gulberg Greens in One Expressway, Islamabad. Its on the first floor. It is besides Subway. It can be accessed from two ways, either from One plazas entrance or from the Attock petrol pump.Its not a very big outlet. Seating capacity is limited to 25-30 people only. During peak times it gets congested. However the location is favorable

My Favourite, Shotgun burgers. And their signature garlic mayo sauce, really really incomparable, unbeatable and best in this category.They also offer other burgers, like Peri Peri shotgun burger, GMC Burger, Zing Burger, Mughlai Burger, burger .Several very attractive offers are also available, one can also make a deal on its own, as one drink and fries are offered in Rs. 149/- only, if you select a burger of your choice, and cannot find an attractive deal in that, you can select Make it a deal and good to enjoy your meal.In Short, best in area.

Tried to order from Golootlo to avail discount on delivery of order and waited for 5 minutes to talk to OPTP rep and he told me no one is available for delivry in your area. I m living 2 km from nearest OPTP. Then drove to OPTP for order and when i placed order they told me that you can avail one Golootlo offer at a time from one phone. To avail offer again, i have to wait for 30 minutes to place order again. This policy was not mentioned anywhere on Golootlo app. Isnt it pathatic.

Best Place For Eating Junk Food

Too much bad attitude of the staff dont know how to deal with the customer both at counter service or online order.unprofessional I tried ordering 3 tyms and all the tym either it was a late delivery,uncomplete order ,and no delivery they said the brach is close after taking the order.even they dont bother to tell the customer that we have taken ur order mistakenly .I suggest not to visit this branch or order from this branch 3rds class must say no class.

Their roti wrap is awesome and burgers are also good but the fries are not as good as beforeThey need to get those old fries

Newly introduced pizza range of optp is just a No Go! Tasteless dough, No sauce and over baked. I donot recommend!Staff is also not good attitude wise (gulberg greens isb). Mostly rude and arrogant behaviour towards the customers. Card payment device never operational (gulberg greens outlet).

Went to OPTP to get food for my brother. The place was clean, the staff was polite, and they followed COVID-19 protocols of social distancing and cleanliness.

Rude counter & unprofessional staff , probably because owner is treating their staff bad , customer service standards are poor , force u to take fizzy drink instead of taking just water with the deal . According to staff their owner count bottles, so apparently they are force to drink tap water.Covid 19 Sops are not followed , customer being served without mask and staff has no mask to begin with.I order zinger and shot gun deal . And forced to take fizzy drinksWouldnt recommend it .

One of worst type of fries by OPTP expressway Islamabad,1 out of 5 for fries.Reheated in Oil.Still half cold fries and 1 point for changing it 1st time and than again sharing the same level fries.

Its great to see that OPTP has opened here HOWEVER, shocked and disappointed to see the cashier SMOKING at the counter whilst taking orders. Behind him is the kitchen where the food is being made. Why hasnt anyone called him out? I dont understand. People are okay with this kind of hygiene? I reached out to the OPTP complaint team but Ive not received a response. Very sad. P.S. Your fries are your specialty but why are they always brown and stale?! Your cashier doesnt even know what GMC burger stands for?! We are looking forward to things changing around and improving. Hope this helps.

When you go to counter they keep doing whatever office work or receipts management they are doing, they will look at you after they are done with their stupid work like they have more imp business than attending customers.2. Worst fries actually old fries and then seriously a very old chicken totally tasteless and when you complain informally with waiter in the service area, he will simply ignore the comments with a smile like it doesnt matter now, you have paid...Definitely wont go again there or atleast this branch.
