We went during a normal non busy hour, it was raining hence the place was quite empty, no fear of cross table Corona.However the ambience and the general appearance was not appealing.I had entered a pizza hut after many years and did not regret at all.The staff was very welcoming and caring but the price and policies seems to change alot, price on the higher side and policies on the lower side.Collectively it was not a good experience, we just passed the time even though the taste was quite good, as usual.

Pizza Hut needs no introduction. This franchise is located in the commercial hub of Sector I-8 in Islamabad. There are new pizza deals which are very economical. One must try the salad corner for some delicious salad bowls. Environment is good. They have multiple level seating options as well. The place is surrounded by several very good eating options too.

Theres something wrong with this branch of PH but literally ALL of their flavors are the same. Thats because they use the same chicken topping on all of their pizzas, and its probably a fajita chicken topping or sth.No matter what you order theyll put in the same fajita chicken in it. Their stuffed crust cheese also seems to be really shady compared to what Ive eaten at other PH outlets and their cheese topping in general on the pizza is far less than the standard as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH.

Order wow triple 3 and i am very disappointed. All 3 pizza had undercooked crust. Soggy and had texture of French toast. I ordered Pizza Hut because i thought there was a standard, i was wrong. Plus point was delivery Basit was polite and helpful. Save your money

Pizza hut honestly need to check if this branch is following the proper SOPs while making pizza. It tasted like plastic or perhaps cardboard. Anyone planning to visit should start with a small personal pizza first. Totally wasted 4k

Poor service, I order medium chicken tikka and pocket pizza for my kid the both were extra hot spicy , this is not standard of pizza hot. Please check the status And service. Manager dont know anything.

The food was amazing. The Carnivore pizza (5/5) , The Afghani Pizza (4.75/5) , and the Tikka pizza (4/5). The staff was very welcoming and the service was quick too. The ambiance was incredible as well.

I think they should introduce more flavours and increase their serving size. Because their large pizza is smaller than many regular pizzas elsewhere. Quality is really good and consistent so I am rating them 4/5. Though this one is situated at quite an up street place.

Every time i order from them they always send the same flavours again and again. they use the same marinated chicken in all their so called different flavours. only thing differentiating between the flavours is the addition of one or two vegetables that too are subject to availability. they are always out of mushrooms, olives and even TOMATOES. baki sab samaj mai ata haii tamatar toh pakistan ke har konay mai milte hain. All the times ive ordered not once in my life did i pay for what i got. their customer feedback almost never works. I ordered 6 diifferent flavours and despite that 4 of them were exactly the same. And they always are scarce with their toppings as well.

The staff here is very cooperative and serve the client efficiently. On special occasions like Eids, Independence day etc the rush here is on peak & despite of a wide car parking you cant park your vehicle. The management also introduce best deals on special occasions and arrange the premises decoration accordingly to attract the potential clients.

Honestly, I would never want to eat their pizza but since it was the only open option after 12am and I had to bring one. The only good thing which earned them four stars was that it had a very thick soft dough, hardly any chicken, and very thin layer of cheese. So I was relieved that it wont cause any digestion issues, eating that late.

All pizza huts have same taste. The difference is embiance and representation. I8 pizza hut is the only option one has for pizza if he/she lives in i8,i9 or i10 sector. Pizzas are ok nothing special. Home delivery is available. Chicken wings are nice and must try. Staff is friendly and food deliverance is swift.

Pizza hut is always favourite of all. But recently some of the branches serve pizza with little cheese. In I8 branch I found that the stuff is filled with cheese.
