Good arrangements. Helpful reception staff. They have had to place the token machine out of reach probably because of misuse. Now the staff gives you the number token. Your job gets done efficiently and quickly. Good to see some government department working in organized manner.Theres a senior citizens desk also that facilitates older or people with special needs, without waiting for normal queue.Theres a vending machine to get snacks. Rs50 for Pepsi can or packet of chips.

Good location and service, unfortunately design and cost is expended like its going to be a club. Simplicity and decency is completely ignored or the architect has no knowledge about offices lay out.Our country is a poor country and resources shouldnt be destroyed.

Chaotic, aversive management with a wait in time for 3 to 4 hours. Bring your food with you in such case. No COVID19 related SOPs therefore, I recommend to double the masks and sanitizer is a must. Avoid this place if possible.

Rude and incapable staff,The lady ( Name Kiran) didnt submit my form to Head Office for printing of my CNIC even after all the formalities were done. The fee was paid and After a month Upon verification of delay in issuance of my cnic the staff replied, it is costumers fault. ( Miss Kiran replied)Her Manger Agreed that it a staff member fault . Her manager brought her to do apologize for her mistake and her reply was Me na tum say darti or na is Costumer say , jo krna kr lo , I wont say even apologizeAll and all , the rudest staff ever Ive seen in a govt office

Nadra office Islamabad is located near to the Khyber Plaza in Blue Area Islamabad. Its services are available for 24/7 and the staff is co-operative and helpful for their honorable customers. They have qualified staff and latest equipment. Its Good facility for the peoples that they have 24 hours services. They are also offering home delivery services.

A nice experience. A well laid out and smart facility. The process was quick, smooth and well guided. Helpful staff. Only one thing I could not understand after the processing at the executive floor had to go to counter 7 in the basement whereas the forms could have been collected at counter 9 or 10 at the same floor (executive floor). Why...? Beats me, but still a good experience.

Office, interior are awesome but service is not too good because mostly employees are not entertain properly they are avoid to walking customers, mostly are ghost employees, not come to office, whenever they are come to office then they never perform own duties properly so thats why in 24 hrs service peoples not get relief from NADRA. Each customer take a lot of time because NADRAs employee move left or right , washroom, lunch break, tea break, prayer break and most interesting thing is all employees going together to in these all dimensions. But some are so hard worker and honest with own job , country and citizens.

Worst experience I have from them. I am from Canada I wanted to do dup marking I went to the 2nd floor counter no 13 they was rude not helpful at all. They made me go 10 different places and every time they have different story I felt they have no experience about there job. Or they dont want to work i am very disappointed.i came all they way from Canada just to solve this issue .

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established on March 10, 2000, by merging Directorate General of Registration Pakistan, a department created under the 1973 constitution, with the National Database Organization .This NADRA office is quite nice and fast but problem is it’s always over crowded .seating arrangements is good and environment is clean but counters are less in numbers and there are no helping hands .staff is not sufficient to handle all the people at the same time.

Other reviews are quite mean. I dont know how people still have these attitudes and be so demanding without being accommodating themselves.Very pleased to experience a cordial service. Even the security guard was welcoming. I want even dressed that smartly. I was briefed in detail about the procedures too. Clean office adequate space and decent location.

Come on you are NAdra the issuing authority for IDs and Nikah Nama still you demand such documents while you have access of everything

NADRA CENTRE Islamabad, one of the finest office in public sector in Pakistan. Extremely beautiful state of the art building with all facilities under one roof. No doubt all the credit goes to Nawaz Sharif government (2013-2018), particularly the interior minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan. On thing disappointing is staff behaviour. There are people sitting in office they should not be in such an office they are not only non cooperating but humiliating to the public. I will suggest staff of public service centres should be trained in some private offices rather in multi national companies.

Stupid people working there. Custom service is bad. People working in nadra are not at all respectful. The ladies who picked up my call after a long time are dumb, ignorant, uneducated and mentally ill. My application was rejected twice and they have not been responding to me. An officer name ADNAN AMMAR is also not responding to my application. ..overall it was the worst experience. I recommend to hire a new staff because i am sure there are more smarter people left in Pakistan.

Apr 2018Went for child registration certificate. At submission they asked to submit CNIC copies of parents. Remember this is NADRA asking you to submit CNIC copies which they have in their system. Finally they produced the certificate on time but on a distorted paper where some of the information is misprinted on CRC.AUG 2020Updating my review to 4 stars, currently much better services.

Good building, however same old people with their stinking attitude. No one attend the given telephone number. Information Desk person will keep running here and there so that minimum applications are entertained. They will close the counter almost an hour before the termination of shift and will ask you to wait for start of next shift. Besides, normal application can only be entertained during 1st shift only and none on Sun. 24/7 is for executive applications only.

A well sorted place where you feel relaxed due to the cooperative staff and no queues to stand instead there is token system that is really helpful. Access is easy as it is no more than 150 m away from Metro Bus Stop.

They Dont respond to calls neither do they have an faq page the least. Stone in front says 24-7 service but it isnt mentioned that this is only true for fast track services. Office timings for normal application arent mentioned anywhere. Staff also isnt helpful. Visited on Saturday only to know Ill only be entertained on Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm for normal application. Just queue management system and shiny office alone cant be regarded as great service.

Best nadra office in Islamabad, visit anytime allot of counters you dont have to wait like before. Staff is friendly and cooperative.Only issue is parking space for the office , from 11 pm to 4 pm you would be very lucky if you can get a spot.

It’s mentioned open 24 hours but i was trying call last two weeks from overseas but no one attending phone. Doesn’t matter pakistani office in Pakistan or overseas. Bad behaviour, lack of knowledge & poor services always you can easily find.
