Very bad Experience with careem as a Captain. Customer commit fraud on dated 16-12-2020. I forward complain on Careem Helpline no follow-up by any supervisor even agent commit call back. Even i do forward all details on careem web link but no response from Careem Support Team. they dont respect to their Captains even we give them Business. fraud amount was 2550 Rupee .

Very bad customer support.Their drivers charge fraudulent amount and they do not take any action. When I try to contact them on phoe, no one available or guts to talk to customer.
