I have to visit this place to extend the visa passport of my elder brother back in the summer in 2020.As corona infection was in full swing during those days, they were offering guidence and information on window service.However i met Mr Manzoor sb there who helped me a lot in my matter and culminated that impossible work into possible within few hours.Hatsoff to you sir.The staff was extremely co-operative and helping the concerned people.

Procedure for Verification from MOFA:Office time is 9am to 5pm and break time is 1 to 2pm. Token issued till 1pm. Get form at right side counter when you enter in Counselor Hall. You will need photocopy of document which you want to attest and a copy of your cnic(and also a copy of blood relative if you are not attesting by yourself). Get postal ticket from Post office located adjacent to Counselor Hall(Ticket amount is printed on backside of form according to your documents). Fillup form and Paste ticket on backside of document and go to Token Counter. Officer will check documents and issue you a Token.Now sit on chairs and wait for your token number to appear on Token Screen.Submit your documents and keep applicant copy and comeback after 2 hours to collect documents. Officer will call your token number to receive attested documents.Its an easy process. Documents delivered same day after approximately 2 hours. AC and TVs are provided in Hall.Extra: you can attest your documents hassle free using TCS & LCS if you are not in urgency.& A good shop is available in PSO Pump on other side of road of MOFA Office.

If the Ministry can guide on the current Policy of China regarding students (X1) and work visa holders (Z) of China not able to enter due to ban on foreigneforeign into China since March 2020. What is the current status/ Chinese Policy regarding te said. How can Ministry help in this regard?

Very slow process. Tacking too much time for attestation even 1 paper.Process of Attestation of any document is.First of all you have to go there and whichever you have to do your Document Attest will have a fixed GPO ticket fee. You will find this ticket at the GP Office, then fill out a form. And your forms are there to be submit then wait for your turn you will get attested papers.

Today I come to attest power of attorney its horrible experience it will take whole day to stamp on single paper customer service very poor.its not according to token

I have sent my documents for attestation on 20 July through TCS and delivered to Foreign Office on 23rd July signed by team head Adnan. Today is 6 August documents are still in foreign office. They are not even answering to calls. ShameOn staff.

Very slow process of documents employee s of this office do not want to cooperate with any person due to heavy rush of people they dont even listen agenda of people. They just try to pull all the public out of office without any Facilitations. Moreover if you have fulfilled all the requirements you have to wait for your time for atleast 4 to 5 hours and if there is a tiny deficiency comes after this long waiting they direct you to visit next day. They should improve the speed of work and deploy more manpower in the best interest of public.My experience stood very bad for being here, got my work done with a big reference.

Power of attorney attestation process is pathetic. It took me more than SIX HOURS for one power of attorney......The staff was unorganized, and only one window for receiving as well as delivery.

They dont have proper system to entertain the visitors

Came here for the first time.1. Bought attestation stamp near the bank from post office.2. Filled the form (remember to bring a pen with bcz I forgot)3. Went to ticket counter to get a ticket.4. Waited for around 4 to 5 hours for my turn.

Went for the document attestation, process steps are: get the tickets from the post office window the detail about ticket is mention on the window. Now go inside and get into the line to get token number, after that wait for your turn the officer will take Ur doc. And after some hour you will get the document attested. But this whole process required minimum 3 to 4 hours. As too many people there for the same task. One thing I found missing they dont have any information counter. But at least they have air-conditioned hall where you spend 3- 4 hours..one important thing only the person can bring his own documents for attestation or else some one blood relatives. Any one else will be needing a authority letter properly attested by foreign embassy if the document belongs to some who is outside the country..

The system is good and user friendly. Try to reach before 12 noon. The attestation stamp can be purchased from the Pakistan Post office just besides it.

It was not bad experience however if youre coming for documents attestation, you should get these required tickets from nearest Pakistan Post Office to save your time so you can easily go inside for Toekn Number otherwise youve to get pakistan post tickets from outside the MOFA office and it will take time.

Photocopies of documents along originals. Get postage tickets from nearby post office. Separate notary value for various documents. Go inside, take your number and keep waiting until you are called.

Went for document attestation from MOFA. It was great experience as the system is very well organized. If you go early youll get get free in 2 to 3 hours. Documents are attested on the same day. Electronic tickets are issued for whole processing.

Beautifully designed facility , much appreciation for this kind of service from a GOVT department, process is simple and easy, first you get tickets for your document paste it on and get a photo copy of it , photo copy facility is available inside the centre, then get your token wait for your token to be called and submit your documents and wait for 1-2 hours and your token no will be called to college documents , here you have your documents attested by foreign office.I must say the behaviour of the staff is very nice and helpful to the people also ambient sitting arrangement is in place also including a big park next to the fcailty to wait and enjoy the greenery.

Document Attestation:Operational flaws. Process needed to improve. Token system failed to submit, now manually submitting documents. Nightmare for document collectors. No automation, queued to collect expecting and listening each and every token will blow you!

Ministry is government office. It deals with all the embassies, councils etc of all over the world and do the diplomatic business with all the world on behalf of government. Issued government statements to the world. Provides council service. Facilitates other diplomats of the world in connection of diplomatic service.

Attestation services are excellent but there is some procedural delays which one should know before coming.1. Get required postal ticket from GPO prior2. Get photocopy of the document after pasting above ticket on it.3. Get your documents organized4. After Entering into the hall, get token numberIf you do all above things before coming, you will get your work done within half an hour.

Quick service, Had attestation of documents within 2 Hours. Little crowded. Better to go early hours till 11:00 AM to get attested documents by same day. Long queue/crowd on photocopy counters.

Until n unless we dont produce great scientists, economists, businessman, software engineers etc our foreign ministry will not be able to do something.... we need to be self-reliant n we should focus on our education system which is unable to produce some major name in any field.... If we focus on our education system n make it better then we will able to formulate our own foreign policy....

If want to attest your documents from Ministry of Foreign affairs ( Foreign office)then go to Ministry of foreign affairs and attach tickets to your documents which will be available from the Right side of entrance from a bank.And then go inside. Just entering the main hall at right side from first counter take a form fill it accordingly and the go to the last counter at right side and take ask for a token they will give u a waiting token then wait for your turn. Thats all about your question.BUT BUT.....take photocopy of your original cnic and the document which you have to attest.And the main important thing is that the concerned person must be with you mean k jis k name wo document bna he wo sath hona lazmi he.Thanks

A very rapid system of attestation of documents is present. A post office is situated near attestation service. The 1st step is to paste a postal ticket on your documents. Post office will let you know the price of ticket; then go inside, have photocopy of ur documents. Fill the form, tick the required box. Write ur name. U must have a photo copy of CNIC. Then take token and wait ur turn. Keep on listening the announcement.

Such a pathetic place...Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional...People were made to wait long hours...And in case of documents rejection they were not even told the reason properly...This is what happens to a state institution when unqualified people are employed on sifarish base...

Poor support over phone. I called them and after a few bells someone picked up the phone and hung up right away and after that the phone has been busy throughout.

Very very very Slow service. After getting the token you have to wait atleast 1 to 1 and a half hour for your number to be called. In my case I had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes... parking is also very very limited. It will be best if you take taxi or otherwise you will have to park the car besides serena hotel.

Lot of Rush there but Service is Better than before.

We reached around 8.45am get my all documents attested at 10 of clock very good service and staff is so nice to people and it cost me 60rs to attest my documents no extra charges.

If there was a word beyond excellent I would have chosen that. Both, the officers and staff were most helpful on phone and to the people who were there on my behalf to get official letter. The best thing is that it was all done within minutes.

(Price of stamps are different for educational docs and other docs.)Go inside foriegn office building.Make one set of photos copies of original documents.Photo copier is available inside the office.Get the form from counter 1 alongside of photo copier.Fill the form and go to the counter number 4 along with originals (alongside of photo copiers).They will check the documents and give you the Token number.Now sit in the waiting area and wait for your number.Go to the counter when your token number will call and submit your paper for attestation.Now again sit in the waiting area.In less than an hour your token number will anounce again to give your attested documents back to you.Note: verify your bank statement from Islamabad branch of your respective bank before going to submit docs for attestation.(nbp and hbl is situated alongside of the FO building)Foriegn office dont accept docs of anyone on behalf of you other than yourself or blood relative (evidence required).

Simple, Easy and Quick process, Reached Foreign office at around 10:45 AM and got the documents attested by 11:30AM.1- Take All original documents and photocopies + CNIC copy with you.2- Buy tickets from Post office (next to foreign office) and paste on your documents.3- Take the token4- Take the attestation form from photocopier in foreign office (PKR 10)5- Fill the attestaion form and wait for your token announcement6- Submit documents, they will ask for documents, photocopies and CNIC copy as well.7- You will get back your documents after about an hour.

Easy procedure for attestation, make sure you have everything that is needed before attestation. Eg HEC/IBCC attestation.You will get the stamps at the same spot. After submitting your documents, you will be given a time slot to receive your documents back. It usually takes 2-3 hours.

It would be much better if reach early morning to avoid long lines...Photocopies services is very good and reasonable price.

The attestation department has a good queuing system now. Easy work now.

Its located right next to FO building. Typical agent mafia is active in the parking lot. Service is good but too crowded.

Process is too slow and also after collecting dacuments they dont return back. They are returning after 3 or may be 4 oclock evening so this is really bad. Even if a person is going to attest only one page so he or she must have to spare the whole day for foreign office.Also there is too much rush ministry should extend it and create more rows for people sitting arrangement is also not enough.

I have visited this place more than once. The overall environment (including no. of seats in waiting area, electronic queuing sys, security arrangement etc) has improved and needs to be appreciated. However, some suggestions: Procedure for getting various documents attested may be pasted somewhere visible so that everyone knows where to start from and what to do next ( I have seen so many people having absolutely no clue which place to approach first - the Bank, the photostat guy or the deposit counter). Secondly, the TCS attestation service may be advertised more so that people from far flung areas can actually avail this facility. And lastly, like at any other government office, you need patience, a lot of it :)

Very good n easy procedure. If you are coming from rawalpindi use metro bus service, come to last stop of bus (secretriat) and walking distance of few minutes. Closing time is sharply 2:00 pm
