It is good place for dinning... we enjoyed hi tea there. everything was good but need some improvement in items.

Well since I havent stayed there so I wouldnt say any thing, but yes I have enjoyed their laundry services, they do great job.

I went for just a high tea. There was a variety of food. Needless to say but mostly ertugral music . Food quality was awesome as well. The tea there was fantastic too. Overall the experience was brilliant. I really recommend this place.

The hotel offers reasonable facilities. AC controls of the room were not working. Food was not up to the mark. A little more effort required in presentation and labeling of food items.

Overall a great place to stay. Very good security upon entering and lobby/reception area was 5 star!. The staff very helpful and spoke English in addition to local language. The room spacious and clean. The only slight niggle was the bathroom requires some attention as it showed signs of wear. The lifts and corridors are clean and in good working order.Overall the hotel easily matches any of the 4 star hotels in Europe. A great stay and would not hesitate to return.Location good too. Causal mosque, centaurus mall and a host of other places within 3 to 4 km away. 5 minute taxi ride which should costs 200 rupees (£1).

I found this hotel to be pretty decent. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. My experience was rather pleasant during my stay at the hotel.They just have to improve on the food though. The taste of food could be better.

Located in heart of Islamabad has a 15 min access to most important places but airport is 45 min away by car. Its a medium priced hotel around Rs 10,000 per night standard room, unless you are desperate for a room when you will be charged about Rs 17000 per night (1usd= Rs140). Its a 2/3 star facility by international standards but 3/4 star by local standards. Has most facilities though service is moderate level. My stay a few days ago surprised me as quality of facilities in room and maintenance was not its usual even 3 star level. Had to ASK for every little thing like bathing towels, slippers, even tea and coffee for the make it yourself facility in room. The plugs and switches were loose and my phone charger stopped charging as it was loose and slipped while I slept. Service was slow but staff was pleasant and wanting to help but the facility had problems. Room in pics is not standard room as because I was stuck and paid rack rate they upgraded me to a junior suit. So if you are a budget traveller may not be a impossible place.

Best place to dine in. If any body come yo islamabad for stay choose this place to live with healthy environment.

This is a very good hotel for the price that is charged. Its 25 minutes drive from the airport depending on traffic it can take upto 45 minutes too. Centrally located and good eateries near by. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate is one of the best that I have had in Islamabad.The hotel provides complimentary pick and drop to the airport.Though a bit worn-out but very good value for money.

Staying at Islamabad Hotel was a good experience. Staff was dutiful and deligent. Food quality was much better than some other places. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom need to be upgraded. Rest of amenities provided were great, except that they are still using blankets rather than comforters used by most of the hotels now. Blankets have a bet sheet on both sides of the blankets which keep getting separated from the blankets and are uncomfortable. Overall, Islamabad hotel is a good place to stay to enjoy your visit in Islamabad.

Hotel is not 4 star rated. Old furniture and old maintenance.

Room service was poor , no temperature control system , No ventilation system , I felt suffocated and remain busy in starting and stopping the central AC system. Breakfast was best and one start is fir that and other for security.

The bathrooms need more focus to be upgraded. The beds tilt towards the most used side, you only have to sleep at one side, no matter what. The location is great, you can get almost everything around the vicinity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Theyd go extra mile to help you feel comfortable.I wish and I hope theyd concentrate more on the furnitures and fixtures.

An old hotel of Islamabad. Ive stayed here since as far back as 1990. The rooms are generally comfortable, lobby is nice. But construction work going on in front makes entry and exit difficult, besides loud noises start early morning. The breakfast buffet has declined in quality and variety. Many guest houses have better food and rooms with lower prices.

Staying at Islamabad Hotel was a good experience. Staff was dutiful and deligent. A thumbs up for dishes served at breakfast and dinner buffet. Food quality was much better than some other places. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom is suggested to be upgraded. Rest of amenities provided were great. Islamabad hotel is a good and comfortable place to stay to enjoy your visit in Islamabad.

I stayed at Islamabad Hotel Islamabad. This was my worst experience of staying at any hotel in Islamabad. My stay was in Room No 336. Walls of rooms were with broken paint layer and multiple stains. Room door latch (inside of door) was broken. Tissue roll hanger was broken. Tissue box holder was stained. Floor of washroom had nauseating stains. In the morning at Breakfast, spelling and taste of dairy drink was alike (both were wrong and awful). I talked to receptionist at checkout and he simply said manager not available at this time to listen to your complaint. This hotel charges a lot for one night and in return you get poorly maintained rooms bad service. Hotel chief Manager or owner should take notice.
