We stayed at this incredible residence for a three day conference and absolutely loved the hospitality. Everything from the rooms to the halls are immaculate. The management has put considerable effort into the details of the property which really show when you stay here. For those looking for a family stay, this place has quiet, spacious, well furnished rooms and clean, fully functional bathrooms with proper respect to privacy of guests. A friendly, comfortable, safe and exclusive stay is what you can expect from Mulberry Residence.

Came here on company expense so not sure about the cost. Safe location, very neat and comfortable place, huge air conditioned rooms with quality furnishings.

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice decor, good heaterCons: Overpriced. Hotel would not honor Booking.com Genius rate. Hot water was lukewarm at best... straight up cold at worst. No towels provided, and when we asked we received one (questionably clean) old beach towel. We were told a second towel was coming but it never arrived. Breakfast was subpar. Staff and other guests were extremely loud in the lobby/hall just outside our room until at least 2am the second night, making it difficult to sleep before our early morning flight.We stayed a second night only because it would have been more hassle to pack up and move again, and we did sleep decently the first night. Ultimately... would not recommend, would not pay the high price to stay there again.

The place was really clean. The service was also brilliant and the overall ambience and experience was superb. Definitely recommend this to anyone planning on staying in Islamabad.

A five star recidence in a beautiful location of Pakistans capital Islamabad. I personally enjoyed the serene mountain view in E-11. Very friendly, safe and clean environment. Manager and staff were very cooperative and displayed excellent behaviour!!! I will definitely stay here again when i visit islamabad!.

## WARNING ##DECLINED CHECK-IN DUE TO FULL OCCUPANCY.Bad experience specially when you pre booked, got confirmation, arrive in timePlace already on edge of town hence you get in a fix. The owner/manager gave a lame excuse another guest extended his stay a total lie how can someone extend stay half a day past checkout time??Offered a shady replacement in a dark street with no parking either at premises or in narrow street. Behavior was highly un-professional no shame no excuse.So be aware before you decide to book .Never had a chance to check-in so cant comment on other services but with this example its anybodys guess.

This is a very good and pleasant place to stay in our capital Islamabad .

There is a bed. Its clean. Nothing special. Not so good location. Not much to complain, not much to praise about this place.
