This is a cozy place to stay for families and even single people traveling. Its bring run by a young couple who are very hospitable. Rooms are reaonably big and clean with attach bath. Cleanliness is very good. Heater and Warm water available and Internet facility as well. Ac is available in summers. Its located in a peaceful place with quiet a few locations accessible. Commercial area is also nearby if one needs small shopping items. All and all a great experience

We made online booking of two rooms @ Rs.1800 per room but when we visited the guest house, we were told that we booked delux rooms and they are not available at this time. The rent of delux room was also different than the online quoted rent i.e. Rs. 2700 per night. The room which they say were available costed us Rs. 3700 per night. These people are fraud.There were no chappals, no soap in the washroom. There was no lock in the washoom door. For any extra matress, they charge Rs. 500 per matress. They charge very high for food. One cup of tea would cost you Rs. 90 per cup, at other places its Rs.50. Therefore, think a 100 time before making any booking.

This place has the absolute worst customer service in all of Pakistan. The receptionist (Zain) is a nightmare to deal with, he has been extremely unprofessional and seems extremely inexperienced in the hospitality business. This man has asked me to pay upfront for the two nights that i am here constantly when i already paid my advance. When we got to this place the room (executive) was filled with mosquitos, the bathroom is disgusting. The tap and shower are broken. We asked him for breakfast and were told that breakfast was only until 10:30 am and that we should have read the rules. He never once mentioned the timing for breakfast, but yet again he started harassing me for money that if i paid i will get breakfast. I just paid him $4000. I BOOKED this room on booking.com for 1700 ruppee and this guy charged me 2200 per night. I didnt argue, but to be constantly harrased to pay and not have any customer service what so ever is so disappointing. If the owner can see this review i would love to meet you while i am still here. Would NEVER recommend to stay at this place. Disgusting, horrible customer service. Next to none basically.

Contact with guest house and agreed on some fixed amount but when reached late at 1:00 am at night then charge much higher than on that amount bec they know at this time where they will went and told us they have ac room while the ac was out of order.very very bad experience. very much hurt from his behavior and service

Great interior decoration. Good room sizes. But bad maintenance and poor housekeeping. Our bathroom did not look clean. Street parking. Great place if they improved on better cleaning staff.

Bad people with very bad behaviour. We booked our stay 1 week before but when we arrived from Italy so they said we dont have room . The behaviour was very rude. Person sitting in reception was completely not educated and very rude. Out side view completely ugly. If you want your stay comfortable so never go to this guest house. All around area is residential and not suited for guest house . Stay away from this guest house

Such a pathetic place Ive visited ever in my entire life. zero for service. -5 for lighting, rooms and location. This place is very suitable for horror movie recordings because Ive seen some paranormal activities there.

Well, where to start it from room was nice and clean but wasnt well maintained. There were alot of spots on bedsheets. Blanket that was provided was also dirty.There was nothing available from the menu.

They charge you extra for no reason. At the time of checkout you have to pay extra otherwise you wont be able to checkout. They will harass you if you dont pay. Wont recommend anyone though room are not even clean

The guesthouse is good but staff behaviour is not professional. The front desk guys behave like they were there just for time pass.

Over the phone they said Rs 2200/night but on arrival they revealed that Rs 1000 will be charged extra on heating which I think is unfair.I was told that there is hot water available. However that wasnt the case and I had to leave without a shower next morning.
