I booked the hotel through booking.com, which confirms the booking, but the man on reception refuses to facilitates, although i showed him confirmatiin frim booking.com but he refused.

Very first thing there was no proper receptionist, staff doesnt cooperate in a friendly way, they will never go out of the way to make your stay happier or easier. Prices are low, but if we talk about rooms its in bad condition, room doors are noisy, locks are almost broken and looks like they never get painted in million years, bed sheets were smaller than bed, blankets were smelly and have holes in it, i dont want to get started on washroom, situated in markaz so its noisy, forget about peaceful environment and undisturbed sleep. I would only recommend that if you have only 2000 rupees in pocket and you need a place to crash find something else but if you dont go for it. Plus point its near to almost all popular places so yeahh..
