Arranged a family function here last week.... atmosphere is nice but service and food quality was poor

Hotel is very good staff is also very helpful. Rooms are very clean and food is also very good. Must stay here if you come to Islamabad. Personally I like this place

Dont stay here...If any concerned authority read this message action against the hotel..Seal this plzz..

HiDuring my last visit to pakistanI stayed here in this hotel for quarantineHotel condition is not extra ordinary bed sheets are not clean smell in room and especially bath room was not clean Tab was brokenStaff was cooperative but not recmendable to stay

It is small comfortable hotel, and their staff an attentive ,personalized service and are always available to offer any help to guests.The rooms are arrange second and third floors

Considering location its good, considering facilities one should not have high hopes. Bedding is old uncomfortable. Staff is cooperative and room services are okay but usually late when ordered something that is in complementary services. Good thing is Abpara Market of Islamabad is nearby.

The building has been recently renovated inside, the rooms are well furnished, and the staff were helpful. However, the hygiene was extremely poor - I observed staff dumping out used drinking glasses and putting them back on the tables for the next people to use without even rinsing them, let alone washing them! YUCK! A great way to spread colds and other diseases. Management, please train your staff appropriately or this is a public health hazard.They then tried to charge us at checkout 1450 / person for sehri & another 1450 / person for iftari. In other words, they told us only at checkout that breakfast/sehri was not included in the price of the room - and this was a pretty ridiculous price for the meals given the food quality as well as the cleanliness. They should have had us sign for charges incurred at the time, rather than telling us only at the end that we would be subject to these charges.

A good place for dine and confresses. Rooms are much better but some rooms are not well furnished. Food and service are very good. They have a swimmjng pool u can enjoy ur summers very well.. room service are also very good

Attended the mehndi event of my in law in june 2019. Hotel is easily accessible from both rawalpindi and islamabad because of its location. Found staff and administration very helpful and co-operative. The hall was sufficient to accomodate 200-250 guests easily. Food was brilliant, especially channay, suji ka halwa and the salad. Would surely recommend this property for hosting small to mid sized personal or business events.

Rooms are clean. Styed for short night. Over all like the receptionist, a very humbel and kind person. Toilets looks clean. They offer a complimentary Breakfast. Rooms are very warm۰

Ambassador Inn Hotel is a most suitable place who wish to stay near to Blue Area, Abpara and Melody sectors. Ambassador Inn is situated adjacent to the Qatar Visa Center and behind TCS/DHL customer services office. Rooms can be obtained on cheap rates and stay is comfortable.

Reputation is not as good as they claim. Needs to be more much improvement.

The room was very basic which I got with my colleague. There was warm water in taps during winter and the washroom was big and clean. The wardrobe could have been bigger though. The breakfast had a decent buffet at a small surcharge. The location is good with Aabpara market near by and Shakarparian also not far away.

Hotel was fine for the price but faced some hygiene issues e.g. had to get pillow covers replaced and there was bad smell from bathroom in one of the two rooms I booked. Rest all was ok. Staff was courteous.
