I lived here for one day. Very neat and furnished room. It is appartment system in which rooms are shared by guests. Kailash named caretaker is a nice guy. Very nice place to live for family and group of persons. It was economical too.

I spent one day here and loved the place. Location is very ideal you can reach Faisal Mosque / F9 Park within minutes.Loved their service and cleanliness. They also were following covid SOPs by sanitizing the place for new guests.

I stayed at Backpackers Hostel a few months ago and I had the best time there. Besides the great location, good amenities and comfortable rooms, the owner makes your stay even better: hes super friendly and helpful. Amazing experience in a homely and hospitable atmosphere, a great place!

It is an excellent and memorable experience to stay in the hostel, firstly when I was check-in it was early morning at 7 am, I have a long journal overnight 6 hrs train from Lahore to Islamabad, when I arrive the hostel ( easy to access) the staff he is very nice to arrange a room for me to take rest since my room is not yet ready, and there is another lovely young boy very talkative willing to tell you everything, and I met a very nice, generous, talented young lady we talked for couples of hours ( I thought she is the landlord) before I head to airport back to my country, and the day before I felt teeth pain, the host help me bought the medicine and milk in the midnight! So touching, they just like a big family, if I have a chance to visit Islamabad, I definitely will stay at this hostel again! And the price is definitely reasonable and the location is convenience

This hostel is one of the most comfortable budget accommodations I’ve stayed at in Pakistan. Very clean, good location, great for solo women, cool during summers and spacious. Nice modern kitchen facilities which I really liked. Really enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend to any backpacker who’s looking for a chill place.

The Hostel is a nice retreat in Islamabad. Quiet, open to everyone with great facilities. Haris and his team are great hosts, full of knowledge and willing to ask every question you could possibly have. Almost no possibilty to not feel comfortable here...

There are not many hostels in Pakistan yet, but Harris obviously know how it works. The place is nice, we stayed in the second apartment (it’s 2) which is nice and quiet, but you can easily hang out in the other apartment with the dorms. Was nice to meet some other travelers. Harris will be able to help you on advise on where to go, stay and get there. Prices are fair and Uber is never far away. We will definitely stay here again on our way down back to Lahore!

A great shared space. Youll have a kitchen, Wi-Fi, chrome cast, hot water, a beautiful balcony with a great view and an ironing stand for clothes.Its completely safe, especially for girls. Haris is very helpful and Gulfam is a sweetheart! If you need any details about where you should go, just ask away or look at the walls for maps to plan it yourself.

I spend two weeks in the hostel waiting for Indian visa, very comfortable, clean and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights and were very comfortable in the spacious bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were fortunate at the time to be the only guests so really enjoyed the quite atmosphere but were also very happy when Haris and his friend showed up and cooked a typucal Pakistani meal for us. A very good place to stay with a helpful host and shops and restaurants within about 1 km of the place. A great value for money.

Unsafe creepy looking location. Guest answered the door for me the host was sleeping. Haris wasnt there Elisha was taking care of the bookings but apparently he was out too. Had to wait for at least 45 minutes in the lounge before I was showed my room. The room was clean but the place was a complete mess. Uncomfortable experience, would not recommend.

Very nice people. Extremely helpful. We had a really great time at the Guesthouse! They took us out to eat together, showd us the City and gave us many good informations for our further trip to the north.

Pakistan is a beautiful place in many many ways. and islamabad provides a slow and sober point between north and south of the land. the backpacker hostel islamabad makes a great place for this purpose. it is a home converted so it has the privacy and the focal points homes have. also great amenities for all you need to relax and continue on your way. the hosts are very helpful friends that will help guests to great lengths, and they are open to spend time with us, guide us, hang out with us. this put the travellers coming in a good and hearty mood, and a liberal place for all. i saw it was a rest and refuge for many that passed here. they reflect and share and gain new energy for wherever they will go next.

Visiting Pakistan after 17 years and it was for my sisters wedding. We searched every where and finally came access Harris flat. An awesome young guy who will make your stay a breeze. The flat comes with three room that are all air conditioned. Clean bathroom (which is a must). Roomy living room and kitchen. Also, did I mention the two balcony and that view of Islamabad. We had couple issues in the beginning- we called Harris right away and fixed without any attitude. We asked for late a checkout because of our flight and that was not an issue. I stayed at the Backpackers Hostel for several days and found it a haven of peace in the busy city of Islamabad. It is truly a place where you can relax and rest when travelling. All the comfort is available and because of the large space on two floors there is an option to join other travelers or to be on your own if you so wish. It is ideal for couples as well as groups because there are private rooms and dorms. Because the location is in a quite part of the city, the view from the balconies is great and there is no noise from outside. There is ample space to park cars, bikes or bicycles in a guarded parking. The kitchens are fully equipped for those who like to cook and there are grocery shops nearby. Others can order out and eat in the hostel. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, all rooms have attached bathrooms with toilets and hot showers. The common space is equipped with smart TVs, couches, dining tables and computers. The wifi is very fast.The hostellers are a good mix of foreigners and locals. Haris and his team take care of all your wishes and they are available at any time of the day for assistance of any sort. Since they also run a travel agency and a bike rental service, it is very easy to book a tour anywhere in Pakistan or to rent a bike for trips near or far of Islamabad. I spent three nights here, and had a great stay! Hosts are helpful and friendly. Hospitality was amazing. Hostel is new and clean. The fast internet and hot water were nice after 3.5 weeks in the north . If Im back in Islamabad I would stay here again.

I chose this place purely on the picture and the price. I’ve stayed in a number of hostels and could tell I would probably be fine. It was more than that. The people running the place were welcoming and helpful but what set it apart was their friendliness and a willingness to include me share with me. The BBQ’s at friends houses were great and I met so many people who were eager to assist me, should I wish, on absolutely any enquiry regarding my trip. The place is chilled, relaxed and I would say, a perfect base in the Capital of this wonderful country.

Amazingly clean and well equipped kitchen to cook, We enjoyed the lounge area, good wifi and a nice terrace,Nice, clean and safe place to stay with family especially with children.

Have to start by saying that Harris is an awesome host. Visiting Pakistan after 15 years we were nervous about renting a place, given uncertainty of many factors such as cleansiness, dependibility of host in case of any arising circumstances, and accurate reporting of apartment conditions/features. Harris was 100% trustworthy in all these matters. He is very responsive to calls and messages and response were always prompt. Our 3 week stay at the apartment was excellent all thanks to Harris superb customer service skills. We did have mishaps happen where minor things around the apartment needed to be fixed and this was performed on the same day under Harriss management. Highly recommend Harris for all your property rental needs when visiting Islamabad.

Best guys and best hostel. I stayed there few nights and I felt like home. I have been traveling around the world and I can say that they have same standards as European hostels. Moreover, hospitality of the guys and friendly environment won my heart, really nice location and faisal mosque view and the sunrise and sunset, I can all see from their balcony. They facilitate you in any way they can and have all facilities i.e laundry, kitchen with fridge, TV, high speed internet, printing for which a person have to spend a lot of extra money outside.

We have stayed at these apparments in Khudadad Heights multiple times now and for us they are the most comfortable spot in Islamabad.The rooms are always very comfortable and clean and the shared spaces open and spacious which allows you to have somewhere to relax or socialize with other guests or hosts. Harris, elisha and ashan are great host and always ready to help on a big variety of subjects or activities. Besides that we had a lot of fun with them and we met so many amazing people in this great place for everyone who wants to travel to islamabad. The facilities are great with the options of cooking your own food, doing laundry or renting a bike. Anything you need can be found right nearby in E-11 or F-11 market and Harris can point you to the right places. We will return here for our stays in Islamabad and will recommend them to anyone!
