Very clean. Very spacious rooms. Posh enough furnishings. Polite staff available round the clock. They booked & arranged rooms for us at 40 mins notice. Clean bathrooms, well- functioning AC, TV in every room. Clean bedding. Extra mattresses available. Club sandwich was quite tasty; rice pudding was good enough too. Would definitely recommend for a family stay. Good value for money.

Great location, the property is tastefully decorated. Rooms are in excellent condition and kept nicely. Nice and simple breakfast comprising puratha, fried egg and tea.The only negative, there is no electric or no-fire heating. You have to keep the gas fire on in cold weather

Dirty restrooms. They said its for families only but rented a room to guys only. We checked.out early and they decided to charge us a different rate than committed. Be careful.

The car parking if you can call it that was horrible. There is long driveway next to the building. After parking my car as instructed by the staff I was woken up twice in the middle of the night by the staff to ask me to move my car to let other car out from the driveway. When I asked for tue cereal in the morning from the menu, I received 10 bits of cornflakes as you can see in the picture. Worst stay ever.

First of all it is illegal to have guest house in residential area, I could be wrong, but this guest house does not have any marking, board, number outside.

Satisfactory

Room size was bigger than others in this price bracket, however the room didnt have a cupboard to store clothes, no fridge either. Food was so so.
