8/10. Obviously there were some problems but were resolved. Porch isnt completely shaded but can accommodate multiple cars. Havent tried their food because of the short stay. I booked a deluxe room and it had attach bath, wardrobe, side tables and a front coffee table, an lcd screen and ac service was also available for summers. Wifi with good speed is available. Gas heater and extra mattress can be provided however the gas is usually low pressured. Hot water in taps available and the bathroom included a toilet seat whose flush was draining constantly, a bathing tub and obviously a basin with a mirror. The rooms arent carpeted and the floor is marble. Three-cabinet warbobe had pretty much space in it for suitcases and hanging space for shirts and coats was also good. Microwave service was available if ask the management. The location is very prime and its next to a mosque as well.

Stayed there 2 nights and for SURE will never stay again, rooms were extremely dirty and molds were everywhere in the bathroom and windows, this was THEIR BEST room, bad smell was there, requested to clean the room next night which they did.

Cleanliness was the Major issue over here. I actually found hair strands on fresh bed sheets and towels no exaggeration. Then the smell of the room was just so bad I myself couldn’t tolerate imagine what my family would have gone through.Apart from all these IMPORTANT points location and staff was very good.They need empathetic improvements of the property.

Place was ok. The rate was normal to high as compare to price. Internet doesnt work low signals. Hot water also not available sometimes. Standard rooms are too small and deluxe are good but price is high like 6000+ for deluxe rooms.

Stayed there for one night with my family while ending the Northern areas tour. I had chosen this place because of the location as its situated at main Super Market, F-6 Markaz Islamabad. The place was reasonable for family stays. Not super clean but inside the room was clean. No complimentary breakfast is a negative point. The best part is location.

A bad experience overall.Rooms and dining area were smelly. Below par breakfast. Not satisfied with cleanliness. The only plus point was location , exactly opposite F6 supermarket.

The beds smelled a bit. We didnt have enough beds according to the pictures and booking. They forced us to cancel the booking so we couldnt file a complaint against them and overall it was okay but I wiulndt recommend it to anyone since the rooms were small, service was bad, and we didnt get what we were promised

We booked 5 rooms in Rio Inn guest house by your manager Faizan. He requested for 10% payment online which we paid. He later sent us the location of our hotel and we reached their at night after an exhausting flight. After reaching there he said we dont have rooms in Rio Inn and we can stay in Apex hotel which is a part of Rio Inn. Apex Hotel was a pathetic hotel with no room service, smell in all rooms, and the washrooms were under construction so we were asked to use a washroom that was constructed in a cabin. Their breakfast was worse.

Best experience of staying in RIO INN. Excellent service and economical as well. I suggest everyone to select RIO INN for your next stay in Islamabad, u will never regret. Thank you guys for such a great service

Also the stuff are very polite, all the facilities you need are available, & in the kitchen they will cook & serve anything you want . bathroom is clean, rooms are clean & the decoration is the best one . everything is just perfect !

Well i have been to quiet many places in islamabad but these guyz excelled in hospitality, service and personal courtesy. I recommended them to some friends looking for quiet and peaceful place to stay in and they also enjoyed their stay. I just want them to keep improving as we really need such places.

I was recently in Islamabad for a news conference and I found this guest house for staying on local web. I must say this neat and clean guest house with friendly staff.

It is informed to me since they had payment issue with agonda so not gona aaccommodate.As per service provider they reach and hotel owner informed them they are over booked.whose statement ia correct I dont know.but I know one tging my time is wasted

So not satisfied.... paid 5850 for a night. Dirt everywhere, hard pillow and a old blanket. This is not what u pay like 6000 for and 500rs for an old mattress. Ridiculous.
