It was the marvelous hotel,everything was perfect the staf was very cooperative....The location of the hotel i also so good atms are near petrol pump everything is near you dont have to go faraway.....

One of the affordable hotels in Pakistan having all the requirements and services for customers. One of the plus point is the location of this hotel as it is located in G 7/4 Khadda market. This place is close to blue area (one of Islamabads expensive sectors) and the red zone (where government officials and office etc exists). This hotel is clean there is parking area. There are many affordable restaurants nearby to eat and refresh. On the whole it is good option for families to stay night or day. I dont think it will be good to stay for more the week.

Hotel is good, clean and affordable. Located at the main place. Staff is very cooperative. But the rooms are not so suspicious. There blankets are smelly so you must aware of this things. Food of the hotel kitchen is not tasty and quality of the food is low. The prices of the food is high. This hotel is only to stay for a night if you have no other options available.

Staff was not very supportive and price is very much high in comparison of room quality.

Neat rooms, good staff

Heater worked and was included in the price of the room, and there was hot water in the bathroom! WC available. The room itself was clean and decent. The TV didnt work though. Bed was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. The only reason Im dropping one star is because besides one staff member who was kind and helpful, the other dude at the reception was a total jerk and hung up on us twice when we called about a reservation - each time we asked about availability and room prices (standard q), hed say come to the hotel and talk. Hard to do that if someone is from out of city or is quite far otherwise.

Good family hotel with economical rates

Stayed with family for two nights and had good experience. The location of the hotel is good as all the famous places are nearby. The room was neat and clean. The rates were good. Recommended for families.

The man with glasses sitting at the reception I miss his name are idiot he is unable to deal with customers very bad behaviour the management should tack the serious action against him. Even this kind of people are not deserve to deal with customers suddenly I dont have much time to tack legal action against him .... So I suggest you all who are planning to stay in this hotel please find your self another hotel thanks.Islamabad premium Inn hotel is good but his day shift receptionist are idiot he do not know the customer service.....Thanks
