Loved this place. Location is very good. Staff is friendly and they are offering rooms at reasonable prices. In room dining is again a plus point. Unlike other hotels, food quality is very good and prices are really reasonable. Absolutely comfortable with family.

Their new manager farooq is not only incompetent, but rude and disrespectful. He refuses to apologise for his misbehaviour and mistakes and tells their loyal customers to go to hell. Their previous manager Faisal Azeem used to be a good manager and used to treat their loyal customers with respect. Please avoid visiting this establishment because they will leave on the road in the middle of the night while having not regard for their customer service.

Curtains were not cleaned hence got discomfort. Room ambiance and smell was not good. Washroom has no exhaust fan.Location of the house is good and staff are very cooperative and welcoming. Food was also fine.

AC was making a lot noise. Washroom window handle was broken and was difficult to close for privacy. Room tiles had spaces in them and were very poor quality. A button was was damaged. Room had smell. Cupboard was very poorly placed and was in poor condition. A light buld fised shortly. Position of lighting switch was at the end of room and not at beginning.

The place is quite good for a family to stay looking for a reasonable and affordable place in Islamabad. Its located in posh area of Islamabad. They deal in cash only. You cannot pay through credit card. Parking is also available. Breakfast is basic but taste was good.

I went to Islamabad from Lahore with my wife for 1 day and we went to Monal Restaurant for dinner. We had planned to come back but decided to stay in Islamabad for the night and had no idea about where to stay. So I found Shelton House and was pleased with the services and hospitality. Highly recommended in case you are in a hurry or confused about where to stay in Islamabad. Fairs are also reasonable.

Ive booked a room for tomorrow at this hotel online but cant confirm if theyre still holding it for me as Ive been trying to call and email Shelton hotel but the lines have been busy since two days and no response on email. Besides this, the prices mentioned here are different once we get to the hotel. Dont know if Ill be able to get a room once I land at night here.
