Giving two stars only for the decor and interior. Food was truly, absolutely, atrocious. The menu is a hotch potch and every dish has bucket load of bad cheese. Terrible, and worse of all, exorbitantly priced. 4000 rupees for two people and we did not order any drinks or dessert. Just awful food.

Steaks meat quality is good and fillet size is large. Sauces are more on the bland side. Overall quality is decent.

A calm and relatively quiet place for (almost) a fine dine. Has a lot of variety on the menu. Food taste depends on the item you order. Fish was not that good, steak on the other hand was really good. Service staff is really good: well mannered, attentive, & quick. Also gave free bread basket which is something unlike Islamabad restaurants.

A fine dining experience for authentic European cuisine, with a wide variety of dishes having beef, chicken and seafood, and it is quite different from all the other restaurants in Islamabad! Highly Recommended!

Great ambience and a really courteous staff. Food is light and has a different taste similar to European cuisine. The staff guides you well about the dishes and flavors an the menu card provides adequate information about the dish as well. Definitely a yes, they also have Chinese havent tried it yet though. One of the places I enjoyed with family.

Petit Brugge - Solving the curious case!To love or not to love?Petit Brugge has received a fair amount of critique on this forum for some time now. Some people have loved it, and others not so much. Intriguing as it was, I decided to go along with my team, and find out the truth. The owner, Mr Rabbani is a tasteful man who knows European cuisine very well. He gave us company over this meal, and explained the menu.Swooshing past the facade of a plush interior and opulent setting, my focus here was the food.We ordered carefully: One or two items each from every distinct menu section in order to identify the peaks and troughs (Oh, the things we do for youPetit Brugge is confident about SEAFOOD. And rightfully so!- The Salmon Hollandaise is an absolute delight! Pan Seared Salmon served with arguably the best Hollandaise in this city. All with a hint of lemon and dill. Take my word for this.- Shrimp A La Aille is another winner. These baby shrimps smothered in a smooth herb butter sauce will leave you wanting more!- Calamari is great too. Fresh,This restaurant knows how to work with CHEESE. Order anything that relies fundamentally on cheese and it will be a safe bet. Needless to say, the types of cheese theyre using are premium and imported as they should be.- The Shrimp or Plain Cheese Croquettes are huge breaded pockets of a velvety smooth cheese (possibly Emmental) and mashed potatoes mixture. Excellent!- Another cheese-laden item that is very well put-together is the Spaghetti Quattro Fromaggio. The heavy cream/cheese sauce in this has a sharp, premium flavor. Come just for this if you would.- With the steaks, they serve a blue cheese sauce if you ask for it. That is divine. For those who find strong cheeses repulsive, this is the safest way to appreciate why people like myself love these funky tasting cheeses.Third on my list would be the GRILLED MEATS. Beef is great, but poultry is a miss.- Petit Brugge is doing a decent job with steaks. The T-Bone has a robust, gamey flavor that our local palette needs perhaps some getting used to. Still, try the Tenderloin if youd like to play safe. Lean cuts such as tenderloin arent too big on flavor, but are nonetheless enjoyable. We tried both medium-rare, and I was able to appreciate the T-bone more. A bit more pan-searing in garlic butter would drastically improve taste.- Poultry seems to be a weak link within the menu. The Cordon Bleu and The Paupiette (Grilled chicken roulade style) were respectively overcooked and under-cooked, and bland. The Gratin Potato that came with both poultry entrees was however spectacular. This understated side-dish stole the show, and that wasFinally, there are the DESSERTS. The restaurant seems to be comfortable working with chocolate and cream. Try and order something along these lines. In order to taste more, I ordered small portions of their star desserts on a single plate (not available in this arrangement).- The Creme Brule is more of a rich vanilla cream custard. But whatever it is, it works. Take this for what it is, and youll enjoy it!- Waffles were a miss: eggy, stringy and dense rather than airy.- Chocolate Filled Crepe was fantastic, with hints of malt/dark chocolate/sea-salt. Profiterole was equally good! Light as air, and very well balanced.- Skip the Bavarois. Its a gelatinous Raspberry and Cream pie that just lacks the punch. The flavor profile is flat, while youd expect tart.Drinks are very nice too. Try one of the Margaritas.All portions are decent-sized and shareable.Service and presentation can better.Overall, I think Petit Brugge is a confident, but somewhat misunderstood new kid on the block. This restaurant specializes in classic European cuisine, and is doing a fairly good job with it. Most of the items I tried are show-stealers, while a few may need some improvement.Order adventurously and you will love the experience!

Nice restaurant with a European menu. It has a nice outdoor setting as well. I ordered beef steak and it was okay, nothing extraordinary. But other members of our party were very pleased with their orders. Many dishes are cheesy though; my steak wasn’t.There weren’t many diners for dinner, possibly because of tense political situation in the city on that day.When the manager and his assistant are dressed up in lounge suits, one can expect a hefty check. However, prices are reasonable for an upscale restaurant. Our average was Rs. 1550 (main course only and half of us ordered drinks).Waiters need some training though; twice someone dropped something heavy and once a waiter inadvertently blew a balloon. During dharna days I suppose this much can be expected.

A great place with ambience and exquisite continental food. Garlic bread and drinks were served complimentary with the order. The beef steak was perfectly cooked, juicy as well as spicy. It is a recommended place for family dinners. However service and music can improve a bit. The prices are a bit on higher side on menu. Desserts are quite yummy !!

Hi-tea wasnt good at all, pasta was cold, no taste, mini burgers were just for name, tea was really bad, no sauce was served and was given on demand...and service was too slow.. dessert which was supposed to be served with tea was presented 20 minutes after the tea was served... Not recommended at all.. really bad experience

Their ambience is really nice. I went here for their famous hi-tea platter for two, and i just loved it! Everything was so amazing, from the starters to the main course to the desserts to the tea, everything was really amazing. And its not so expensive too! It really fulfils your appetite

Good ambience. Their Hi Tea is good value for money. Three tier platters of snacks were served. The platters served two people and offered finger fish, nuggets, sandwiches & burgers. Mint lemonade was served before the platters. After the main course tea, coffee and green tea were served with each person chosing one hot beverage. After that dessert was served. It was a good experience.

Service has been very good almost always. Their hi tea is the best in town and the most economical also.

Only the ambience is good, food is satisfactory. Pathetic dessert, extra salty beef and tasteless egg fried rice in the brunch menu. There was so much salt in the beef that you can become a patient of high blood pressure only after two or three visits.. Only tempura, salad, finger fish were good. Not recommended in such a high price. 1650 per person including tax. Most of the items on the menu were not cooked at the restaurant and were instead bottled, canned or ready to eat items that you can get at any grocery store..

Been to many restaurants over the years. But this one really ticked all the boxes. From taste, to ambiance , to service and value for money. Cannot recommend them enough. And the complementary dessert was put of this world.

Their Chicken Normandy, Cordon Bleu Chicken and Spaghetti Carbonara are amazing. The chicken in blue cheese was not good. Their bread and dessert were terrible but generally their main courses are very tasty.

Ill start off with the fact that its a bit expensive as compared to normal restaurants. But the taste of the food was absolutely great. The ambience was relaxing with very good non intrusive service. All in all a great place to eat out.

Really good for pan seared tenderloin steak

Remember how we used to bind paperbacks in school with that thick piece of cardboard, well i had the pleasure of eating that covered with mushroom sauce. I ordered a medium-well steak which was meant to be juicy. Could have gone down the road to Mr. Chips and had better tasting beef for half the price!The Mrs. ordered chicken, same problem. The sauces were beautifully made but the meats lacked any sort of marination whatsoever!

I loved the food, ordered a lasagna and a chicken based dish with both tasting pretty good. The environment was very good and the staff was also extremely attentive to our needs.However, Im not a huge fan of their dessert because I feel a lot of other cafes tend to do a better job on things like those.

A very nice addition to the growing list of restaurants in Islamabad. They have nice selection of menus and each menu includes starter, main course and a dessert in the end. They have a cosy indoor sitting arrangement as well as an outdoor area. Most of the dishes served are claimed to be authentic European dishes. To verify whether they are right or wrong, go give it a try!

So we were hungry and wanted to have dinner out. Since we know that Islamabad has very few good places that serve good food we though of trying something new. So we found this elegant stylishly written Petite Brugge board and thought to give it a try. So here goes the Experiance. The place has a simplistic interior. All wooden decor. Nice paintings. The menu states that the owner has experience to food in a city of Belgium hence the name Brugge.We ordered a burger Smokey Paul and Stuffed Chicken. Both the dishes were OK. The reason I say OK is because when a Restaurant boasts such a name and claims to know so much about European food then I dont expect to have this kind of food on my plate. Both the dishes were fine but then why come here when such food is available at a few other restaurants as well. As for the burgers , the are 2 places that have the best burgers in town and this place is not amongst them.Overall I give it 3 out of 5. The food is ok if you want to take some one to.a new place and have ordinary food.But like I say food is as good as your hunger. Unfortunately this is one more place where people will throw money to buy ordinary food.

Visited with my wife and 2 daughters on there anniversary special offer. The manager noted down my correct mobile number and told me wait outside in your car and I will call u in 30 mins. Its almost 2 hours and I am still waiting for my call. Pathetic experience

Only the ambiance was good. Almost half of the menu was not available and food was average. Even they do not have cold drinks as well.

It has the most courteous staff and perhaps the best creme brulee in town, however, the food is at best just good. Everything is served with a basic drab salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. Most of the steaks and fish mentioned in the menu arent always available. Tea options are very limited. The least I deserve at a high end place is a nicely brewed cup of separate tea, they serve teabags. I wouldnt mind the higher than average prices if the quality and taste lived up to it, it does not.Ps. Always full of families with noisy kids.

Excellent food, beautiful atmosphere and engaging staff. Loved the ambience and the menu - definitely delivers on the authentic European experience. Enjoyed the Spaghetti Bolognese with Kiwi Lime Mojito. Recommended!

The restaurant looks great but the food isnt on par. I ordered the hungry Henrietta burger but was completely dissapointed. Bland as hell. You could probably make a better burger yourself at home, which I suggest you do cause these guys are pretty expensive for food so average. Was expecting way more. Also the complementary appetizer they gave us(garlic bread) was cold and again, bland. Pizza hut has better garlic bread than this.
