Pizza hut is one of the oldest fast food restaurant world wide but quality of each branch is little bit differ from each other. As i visited PizzaHut centuras mall last month but quality of Pizza is very poor as shown in pictures. No manners in staff for serving and take very long time after ordering, But good sitting area and clean environment. Im from wah cantt and very satisfied with the PizzaHut Wah cantt branch placed in New City phase 2 wah cantt. I highly recommend to all of you to visit that brnch atleast once. Thanks.

It is cost effective as compared to its taste and services. You will definitely love to join again if you came at this place once. I love its Square Pizza and salad bar visit. when you enter the floor its welcoming personal gives you a sense of great respect and honor.

Pizza hut is a great place for pizza. There very well known for their pizzas, my favorite is chicken tikka pizza. There salad is pretty amazing too but Pizza Hut is pretty expensive too.

Ive loved its quality and quantity. Service is good yet not up to the mark. Pizzas are really yummy. Youll never find deals like pizza hut. Pizza hut have really good and wide range of deals for you. One of its good deal is Masterpass qr deal I mean wow deal 1 which you can get only in Rupees 199. Just you have to do is to scan and pay 199 rupees for 1 deal and it will be deducted from your bank balance or mobile wallet. In short words hut gives you quality of food with affordability.

Really nice place inside Bahria Town. Great for families, same great taste and quality. Food and staff both excellent. Prices are good and location is very nice and convenient. Although its in the middle of the commercial area in Bahria Town but very accessible and calm place.

Pathetic food. ALWAYS bring you the wrong order. Toppings are always missing. The staff is extremely rude and never listens to you. You have to call them multiple times to take your order.Worst pizza place in the country. I would NEVER do here again!I think the owner is deliberately trying to go out of business.

O wow what a place to have pizza in centaurus shopping mall with friends and family. Specially their deals are very good. A different taste with different staff there. Staff is also very cooperative and friendly. I will strongly suggest this place for visitors of cetaurus shopping mall because of decent sitting for friends and family.

Great places for outing with friends

One of the leading pizza outlet has gone down in last 03 years. Now the pizza tastes like a local bakery stuff and that more of tasteless thing. Every week different deals with economical rates but of no use as the taste is absolutely ridiculous now. 4/10 for their food and services. Ppl save your money and buy wisely.

Either Pizza Hut has lost its touch, or it serves not so great pizzas when you opt for a deal, or we have somewhat skewed expectations. By any standards, one pays fairly the same amount of money for a pizza at Pizza Hut Pakistan as youd pay anywhere across the globe. In fact we end up paying more, but still we dont get anything close to what youll elsewhere in the world. Pizza Hut used to have good quality dough, and its pizzas used to have decent amount of good quality Mozzarella cheese. Unfortunately, its no longer the same. The dough feels more like a sheermaal (very thick and oily, as if it has been socked in oil, see pictures for illustration). The cheese makes just a thin topping on the thick dough. You end up feeling like a thick oily bread with a small lining of cheese. This isnt how Pizzas usually are and feel like. We didnt get any value for money here. You should try some place else to enjoy a pizza.

Pizza Hut is a great place with a relaxing environment and they have a very professional servers and reciptionist as well. Ripka, Kanwal & Jawad are the best severs with friendly nature and Rimsha & Nagina are very beautiful reciptionist with great smile on their face.Overall best place to visit

Food was ok one of the pizza was uncooked even I pacifically asked for well done still no result. Service was horrible we sat for at least 30+ minutes before someone came and took the order and after we finished eating we waited another 30+ minutes to get a box to go and pay the bill. They wasted at least 1+ hour that we could have spent in the mall shopping.

The waiters are unprofessional , music is too loud to focus on the taste of food, waitress are very unhygienic, I found hairs in the salad.Food is my passion and I have had food nearly in all Restaurent in Centaurus Food Court, but never had such an awful experience which I went through in Pizza Hut .I hope you will improve

I ordered a large pizza, a regular pizza and a small pizza as part of a deal. The regular and small pizza were fine but I found a strand of hair on the large pizza. I immediately informed the waitress and she said she would have a new pizza prepared. As I was full I got it packed and brought it home. On opening the box I found a large strand of hair below the pizza. This is really absurd and disgusting service from one of the largest pizza chains around.

We had a very good experience. First of all we couldn’t fine any place to sit on the fourth floor, which is a food court of Centaurus mall but Pizza Hut has a reserved sitting place for the customers. Customer service is very good and caring. We were served quickly and within time told to us by the waiter. And the pizza was fresh and delicious with all the ingredients. Pizza Hut is really living up to the expectations.

It is loving place for those who love pizzas. Very prominent chain with convenience of deal. Good environment and good care.

Today it was my 2nd visit to this place and it was very disappointing. First of all when I wanted to order a combo meal the waitress said they are not offering it becuase they dont have all the items in combo meals. however, when I ordered a pizza only, she came a while later saying that they dont have olives for the pizza.

Last year (2018) they offered all flavors of pizza. But this year, we were rally disappointed. Because they offered only three flavors which more or less has the same types.All you can eat?

I dont like it. Pizza consisted mostly dough. A very few chicken pieces found just to fulfil the formality. Very fast and loud music. Ketchup was not provided. I asked for that then they handed over a near to empty bottle. They produced the bill before we finish. Best pizza of whole Islamabad is of only Tehzeeb bakery.
