I had a terrible experience at mocca today. I was sitting waiting for my friend to show up, and she was running late. I let them know that I will order once my guest arrives. After about 20 minutes, the waiter came to me and placed the menu in front of the book I was writing notes in. I asked him why he did that. He said I should order. Should I leave if I dont want to order now and he said yes youve been sitting for a long time. My friend arrived just then. We asked to speak to the manager because I found this service rude. They didnt call the manager nor did they give us his number even when we asked. We ordered eventually.

Mocca has better coffee than most places. Used to have a good carrot cake which has unfortunately dried out over the last year or so. The place seldom has a working card machine so only go if you have cash on you

Tried their beef and potato omelette for first time and surprisingly pleased with it. The bread was just so disappointing but you cant expect loafology level. Reasonably priced too.

Despite being so posh, there sweet treats needs attention. Coffee is amazing though

I had a good experience there with their great coffee. The Hario Drip was perfect. Not too bitter or sweet and not having acidity. The sleek and minimalist ambiance is whats perfect for reading or working on laptop (if the people there are not loud). The staff is friendly but you might have to wait a bit depending on what you order. The outdoor seating is a good option for the smokers.

The location of Mocca is ideal, and if you get a cloudy day so thats a cherry on top. We ordered their brunch platter and spicy huevos rancheros omelette, latte and butterscotch something coffee. Taste wise everything was spot on. The omelette was perfect, quantity wise and the taste was . The platter, however, was not for two persons, it was enough for one person. Secondly, it lacked the variety of breakfast things. Like the platter of Crema is really fullfilling and the variety is awesome and its enough for two persons. But the taste was good of Mocca too. Its Rs.1300ish perhead.

Good place for Coffee and spend some quality evening with friends. Ambiance was good, the heating arrangement was excellent even outdoor. The price is bit on higher side as compared to taste of food. Overall excellent.

The place is nicely built. A great outdoor area to sit which is well setup. Its lit perfectly to sit and relax. The inside area (second floor) is also nicely decorated and well kept.Service here is great. The staff understands the customer needs and are swift in their operations.The food is great. Good selection for a cafe. Plenty of drinks to choose from and everything we tried was wonderful.

It was a nice outing place and u can take ur family along and enjoy good food,light refreshments both.

Its a good place to relax with friends and has a good environment. The butterscotch coffee is pretty good as well as the mighty leaf tea which comes with a side of dry fruits. The food is also pretty decent but its a bit overpriced. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

I ordered 2 brownies and a frappe. If you read the descriptions attached to their food, you’d think you were in for a bite of heaven. The brownie tasted old, was hard like leather and just chucked into a bag with no finesse whatsoever. The frappe had no distinct flavors other than an acidic, metallic one complimented by the signature sugar taste and grainy texture. If you ever plan on going to Mocca, please visit the ones in Lahore. Save your money.

Mocca coffee shop is situated in Kohsar market in Islamabads posh area of F-6/3. You can have Very delicious coffee in different flavours here. I personally loved to sit Outdoor setting. This coffee shop remain open in late night. In winter this shop provides heating facility for their guests. Alongwith coffee you can have quick bites also made of this coffee shop

The kitchen is in poor shape. The management is poor. Waiters take forever to take orders. Always arguing. The manager is unpleasant & bitter. The walls are dirty. The food is not the best. The chairs outside has bird poop & birds can poop on you too. Management & ownership needs to change. I can’t understand how they are still running with such poor service! Avoid!

Its probably one of most noisy place to be during lunch and in the evenings. The snacks are great and the portions are adequate. Service is acceptable. The toilet is a disaster and I do hope it is fixed soon.

A very decent place to have a nice coffee, some very good snacks, but to be honest they need to clean the place little better, especially the smoking room upstairs, but over all very nice experience as always but Islamabad can not beat Lahore.

They have soy milk. Made the best mango milkshake with soy milk and also have ready coffee. No vegan food options though.

I got the white chocolate mocha. It was way too sweet to be good. The Dark Chocolate Mocha is much better in comparison. The macaroons are wonderful!!!

Mocca is what you would accept from a mid-range cafe in Islamabad. Theres nothing amazing about it, you can find cafes with better food. With that being said, Mocca is still better than many others.The best thing about Mocca is its location. The cafe is quietly tucked away at the corner of kausar. The outdoor setting is seperate from the other cafes, and is a great spot for enjoying good weather with your friends & family.

Lovely neutral decor, great coffee. Staff just brilliant. My Careem had been blocked, one of the staff members took the time out to download app to his phone, sort out a ride for us, walk us down and everything! . He certainly didnt have to do that! Just shows the excellent customer service in this wonderful café. Thank you!

Waited at table from 3 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. to be served .... they couldnt operate their new coffee machine or even their old one. Finally had to go to another coffee shop in Kohsar market where we were served within 10 minutes.

A small cafe located at the heart of kohsar. I heard some good reviews about their coffee but there isn’t anything out of the ordinary. The cafe is pretty pricy and the portions are average. The coffee isn’t something out of the ordinary but tastes good. Trippiest thing however is how they have 4 different clocks representing other franchise locations in Pakistan. But they all have the same time because well all the cities in Pakistan are in the same time zone!You’d often find snobby aunties conducting their business their with absolutely no respect for others. If you are looking to take your foreign friends out for a good coffee date, this place will suffice

Went after dinner for coffee. Ended up buying hot chocolate because of the amazing aroma. And it was a great choice! Even the brownie was really delicious! The sitting environment was good, the chairs were quite comfortable. So you can come here and sit for long.
