All the culture of Lahore since partition is preserved over here.Great pics of all the movies made after creation of Pakistan.Great items as well like ancient radio set,a dine in auto rickshaw, pan cart etc.If you come to Islamabad you must visit this place.Its convenient to locate on third floor of Centaurus. Nice sitting area.Neat and clean area.Polite staff.Classical menu.Rates very low.Must come.Highly recommended.Place is must see for outsiders and travelers.

The ambience indoor and outdoor is too good. The food presented was fresh like anything although its monsoon season and most restaurants dont have that much fresh food. We ordered samosa plate and channa chaat with gol Gappas. Very fresh like 10/10 and taste was also like 10/10. Loved it. Most of all service is at its best.

O marks to Food quality. 0 marks to tea quality.Very disappointing quality of food and not expected at all specially when the restaurant is in Islamabads top shopping mall.We ordered Breakfast Thali, channay, Alu Bhujia were tasteless and below average. Nothing in the tray was up to the minimum level. The misery was added by an average quality tea.I really wish the restaurant management takes care of this at earliest so that customers have better food and the restaurant doesnt end up closing the business.

Its a good restaurant for dining out at competitive market rates which seem reasonable as prevailing market rates.Services of this restaurant are good.Custom designed interior of this restaurant is especially attractive, which has been given a traditional Pakistani look of seventies and eighties.It is decorated very artistically with traditional artefacts of Pakistan like traditionally decorated rickshaw, murals hanging on walls and a traditionally decorated bike.Dressing of waiting staff and cutlery are all traditionally fashioned to present typical native culture of Pakistan....Overall, its a very good place to dine out with family

Nice traditional interior resembling Lahori environment. I never had their food but staff is nice. I tried their kulfi and its good. They have a motorbike as in decor. A rickshaw to sit in and have food. Many interesting things for decorating.

That CHAI though!!Visited Bhaati gate specifically for chai and had a couple of rounds. Recommended for all the chay lovers. Ambiance is good, rates are a nudge higher.

Bhaati gate is a traditional restaurent located at third floor of centauras mall in islamabad. It has indoor sitting as well as sitting in open terrace. View of islamabad from terrace is superb. If the weather is good, sitting outside on terrace is more fun. The restaurent represents traditional punjabi culture with pictures and artifacts depicting punjabi culture. There is a traditional rikshaw in the restaurent also, u can have food while sitting in it. The menu contains most of the continental food items. It has desi breakfast items also like omelette paratha chaney aaloo bhaaji etc. Chicken and mutton karahis and handis are also available. Overall, its a good restaurant which can improve its services with little more efforts. Prices are also at par with other restaurants located in centauras. Its worth visiting.

I visited their restaurant at Centaurus Islamabad. I had the Worst experience ever of having a desi food in Islamabad. I ordered achari handi and reshmi kabab. The achari handi contained half chicken and half achar and extremely spicy. The quantity of achar was so high that it ruined the whole flavor.. The reshmi kabab was not good as well.. A whole total wastage of time and money.. And a bad experience.. They only have a good interior decoration that pleases the eyes but they need to improve their cooking quality..

Uunchi Dukaan Peekha Pakwan sounds true for the restaurant. It is in Centaurus and has an open dine-in area as well. One can enjoy Islamabads weather there though food has neither extra quality nor taste.

Food was good.. terrace was great. Typical spicy food and environment. Tastefully decorated and nicely maintained. The iftar spicy snacks were a taste apart. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Recommended for family and friends.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Tasty food (too much), excellent lassi, friendly and courteous staff, lovely setting, relaxed but professional. Ordered vegetarian so cannot say much about the meat. Staff and owner were also super helpful in helping me with finding a ride back. Will certainly come back if I can. Highly recommended.

Delicious food taste with good presentation. Typical lahori traditional interior touch let you feel like sitting in taxali lahore while sitting in Islo.I would recommend to try Thali with Lassi, wow its soo Yuummyyy.Sitting is available inside the restaurant as well outside on 3rd floor of centaurs where you can enjoy the lovely views of Islo city.

Poor quality, poor services and too much expensive. Look at the picture and this is palak paneer but this was full of artificial color.

What a beautiful, Nice and goodtasting place. We visited for lunch 11 persons and we got immediate splendid service. Not to forget the food . Well tasting and genuine . I Will be back for sure and i truly recommend this place .

I happend to visit this place yesterday with my friend. I ordered thali and the chicken tikka in the thali was peevish and bitter when I smelled it, it smells like rotten dead mice. That was so repugnant and annoying, I left whole lunch and I couldnt coupe with that even today. I will not recommend anybody to go there. They use expired and rotten meat/chicken.

We loved this restaurant. The Very welcoming and friendly staff helped us to choose from the Very selective menue and we were so Happy about it. Lamb chops from heaven , goat karahi and palak paneer same good welltasting. Add on the extreme friendly servant and we left with such a Nice feeling. Thank you . We Will be back .

Nice atmosphere and decent decor but at the end of the day one visits a restaurant for good food and good service. If youre going to have a restaurant in one of the most expensive locations in the city you need to get waiters that know how to serve. Being ignored when youre trying to order is a big turn off and having to shout across the restaurant to get service after 20 minutes of waiting makes you feel like youre on the street somewhere. We ordered a standard full chicken karahi and it was more like half, generally when there is only one drumstick that kinda gives it away. It didnt look or taste fresh, pretty disappointed. Gol gappay all cracked from underneath so couldnt eat them properly and they just ignored us when we asked for them to be replaced, cheapos! My conclusion was I wish I had gone to Butt karahi!

I visited this place twice in a week.Once on 20th Nov 2018 and i was really impressed by the location, interior, old Bhatti face touch and the staff. Though we already had our lunch in the food court, we still decided to have a tea in the restaurant. So overall that day was a good experience.Today on 26 Nov 2018, i again visited the same place with an intentions to have some food. So i ordered Daal Mash Fried and Chapli Kabab. Took 20 minutes to serve which was not that bad as i got a good company and a view to enjoy.So the food is the only reason i gave only 2 Star to this place.The Daal was so tasteless, not fried at all but so much boiled and alot of spices. To be honest i think someone just boiled the Daal and added a Chat Masala on top.The Chapli Kabab was half cooked( pretty fried and burned from outside but rarely cooked from inside) with out a taste. It was soo much spicy and all i can taste is dozen of Chillies put in my mouth. This might be the worst ever Chapli Kabab i had, i think the frozen one which i had from Alsafa Chapli kabab was much better then this and $6 for 4 :p.This restaurant need to improve food quality else its going to have a down fall pretty soon as Islamabad ppl dont get much attractive to the famous personality pictures you put on the entrance if the food is not tasty. “On a side note i like those pictures as the people in the pictures are my favorite and i respect them”So overall it cost me 1520PKR. Apart from the money ,if even someone offer me 2000PKR to eat the same food again then it will be a punishment for me :p .
