I love Giga mall despite living in Islamabad.The mall layout is nice and vibe is really warm and cosy. There are plenty of stores and escalators make the mall family friendly for people with strollers or wheelchairs.There is plenty to do be it groceries window shopping, snacking in food court or fun activities for kids.

Absolutely brilliant what a shopping mall something for everyone. I loved it a good variety between food and restaurants and designer wear outlets and foreign shops. An indoor arcade arena with bumping cars and virtual reality video games. With lifts and escalators and under ground car park manned with security guards and cameras. This is one top class Shopping mall in Pakistan and definitely competes against other world class shopping centres around the world

Good and nice shopping mall but I dont know why there are lots of shops still empty or closed... It has been a long time since this Mall is operational and it seems strange not to let so many shops till now

The shops are nice.Although nobody seems to regard for SOPs and hygiene during COVID19 times.Highly recommend you wear gloves, maybe a visor - definitely wear a mask and do carry a sanitizer for when you touch doors.There is no strict security in the mall or in the shops that enforce you to wear masks especially considering they posted on the entrances No Mask No Entry.

One of the best malls of Rawalpindi/Islamabad. 5 floors are for shopping while other floors are offices, hotels etc. If you are resident of Islamabad/Rawalpindi and you have guests who want to go outside for fun then it is the best place to visit.

Its a massive structure that looks beautiful from the outside... Has almost all the good brands that are there in Pakistan... I didnt find anything different brand in the mall thought as per my expectation... Also I feel the infrastructure of the mall is a little complicated from the inside... It has a small food court... I am sure that needs improvement... But yes its a nice place to be!

The mall lacks a cohesive design theme throughout. The escalators near the metro side are ridiculously placed making customer walk a bit at every landing to catch the next one. Too many banners and boarding at times give it a gaudy look. The shops are a collection of national and international brands with lots of sales discounts to be availed at most times. Generally remains crowded and unfortunately people including shop keepers are not too fond of following pandemic guidelines

Giga mall  is a mixed use 14 story development located on the G T road near DHA Rawalpind its includes a five-story shopping mall The giga mall almost have completed famous brands.Giga mall opened on August 17, 2016.

If talked about the infrastructure of Giga Mall, its good.Parking, environment, availability of Fast Food are good too.But one thing I need to mention here that some brands when put their stocks on Sale, theyre actually selling CRAPS to their valuable customers.I experienced twice, two brands sold me their clearance stock on higher prices.

In modern day era such mall which claims to be one of the best have no cell phone signals on any floor. No Mobile network works inside. No arrangement by the management to boast signals with any sort of booster.

You Have to Visit there With Your Familys, And Almost Every Things are Available Here...! You Enjoy Alot Here...!

I totally loved this place. Its a mall with everything in it. Except the planes. Just kidding.I went there to shop some clothes for my kids and to eat something from the food court and I ended up buying sweatshirts for my kids at a very reasonable rates. My kids enjoyed playing at funcity.We went to carrefour and the food section at carrefour is so lit. You will find everything you can eat and at discounted rates.The parking area of the mall is also so good. Its always crouded there but m able to find a very good spot near the entrance.All in all its a perfect place for shopping and to hangout as well as it has playing area and cinema as well.

Im from Lahore. Giga Mall is designed beautifully but need to improves somethings like Parking, Management of Security and one of the biggest problem is, there is mobile network issue of almost every company.

Its the best mall in Rwp for sure and one of the best in Rawalpindi Islamabad combined. Located on GT Road, the beautiful building has convenient entry and exit points, better than Centaurus or Safa Gold Mall. There is parking in the basement and a decent parking area towards the F Block side. Contains Cineplex movie house, a nice food court, a top of the line departmental / grocery store (Carre Four) and most other shops that one needs to see in a good shopping mall. Enough elevators for moving from one floor to the other.

Well the best mall Ive been to after dubai mall. Has everything. Costly and not costly as well depends upon the product and brand, you can get both. The food floor is the best thing Ive liked haha. Must visit the one pound shop and if you are a foodieeeee you should try that mr.cod burger challenge. Itll be great fun.

Such a giant mall with loads of places to cater your needs i terms of branded apparel to home and office grocery.. Not that I am a fan of crowded places .. but their place was exceptionally empty .. on a Saturday.. maybe the breakout going on these days has a role to play in this regard

Whenever we rush towards Giga Mall, Hyperstar, Cantaurus or similar places with family & kids, We intend to have pleasant & secure environment, Not to purchase something, Not to have Food court alone, Not for the Kids play area. These all things we can have separately from separate places with wider variety.Here we come for some all in one place, like our kids enjoy food & play area for games, we do grocery purchase, & for it, this is a nice place.The only remorse is, they deal only in limited brands. In electronic area, there is nothing but cheaper, Audionic, Edifier & a few other models. They can manage it better but maybe they are not interested. Since the prices are good. More customers will come if they manage & deal with more brands.

A very nice and very big shopping mall situated just past dha 2 gate on GT Road, it has several floors of branded shops and various other ones too.It has a dedicated floor for food outlets, once again all popular and named food outlets are there.On the 1st floor you have carrefour supermarket, which again caters for everything from clothes to grocery items, there is a electrical items section, and you can purchase mobile phones too.The place is so big it is shaped like a boat, it has a lot of underground parking, you need a good few hours if you intend to explore all the shops and outlets. It even has a masjid there, so people can go and do their prayers.Generally you can shop at your own leisure and pace.It has a large childrens play area, which has a variety of things inside to play and do to keep the young ones occupied, while the adults can shop around.Overall a very nice clean and pretty organised shopping mall, a well worth shopping mall for all age groups to go and find all major shops and branded outlets all under one roof, you cant go wrong .... highly recommended....

This mall is like the one of the best malls in pakistan huge mall having all brands except some brands like gucci, chanel, justice etc overall having best restaurants foods inside best environment.. Too many shops to shop at... Proper cleaning facilities. Proper place excellent service clean washrooms wonderful place... Giga mall is located in DHA , Islamabad, in main GT road.It has huge building with gigantic view, a Titanic look , standing with splendor, offers a masmerising view, especially when seen for the First Time. Its largest mall in northern Pakistan and Better managed as compared to malls in South Pakistan ( Karachi) especially millennium mall, dolmens, ocean and many More.It has very welcoming entry, decent parking space, which is well managed and secure.The mall has 14 floors, only 5 floors are dedicated for shops, food and entertainment Court and hypetsrst. Almost every brand is available there offering shopping under one floor.Rest of the floors are dedicated for offices and a four star hotel.A Worth visiting place if you are visiting Rawalpindi Islamabad.

I visited it for the first time last month and I have to accept it is a great mall. You can find a lot of shops under one roof and will also find a lot of good places to grab a bite or hot drink. The only problem is that phone reception inside the mall is not good at some places. It is multi story shopping centre with parking underground and also outside. it is accessible both from inside DHA and outside. would highly recommend.

Nice place for shopping, taking time out, grocery and many other options. A nice place at good location. I mean out of the crowdy small roads. Nice parking space and good experience of my visit first time while travel from Pindi to Lahore. Carrefour is also perhaps the biggest one.

In my opinion, Giga mall is the best mall in Islamabad. The infrastructure isn’t anything special, but it is a very clean mall. The inside environment is like any other mall outside of the country (good maintenance) and there is also a high level of security, making the environment feel secure. Shops and restaurants inside the mall are hygienic too. I ate from Hardee’s which is located in the food court (top floor of the mall), and most if not all workers were wearing masks and gloves.The mall has almost everything from local and international brands to a food court and arcade/entertainment area. The parking lot is spacious and there separate prayer rooms for both women and men as well.

A perfect place for shopping in town atmosphere is great the only issue you are gonna have is there is no mobile service inside the Mall so your mobile data or calls wont work there.

I bought stuff from miniso and did not get all my stuff in my bag things worth 1250 rupees were charged to me but were not added to my bag. As I reached home and checked my things I realized the cashiers mistake and tried calling them several times and left a complaint at their WhatsApp number but No answer or no message....I am very dissatisfied and disappointed....

Well, it is fun to visit the area. But they have limited stock.

Giga Mall is easily accessible and has most of the brand name stores. In particular Saphire Store is has a great layout and clothes are presented very well. The staff is very attentive and I had a very enjoyable shopping experience there. Please note that the layout in Giga Mall for Saphire is much better than Centaurus in my experience.If your visiting any of the Mall s please try Cinnabon it is great and you wont regret it. Enjoy x

Overall place is great nice and clean environment but mobile signal problem on ground, first and second floor. if you are taking classes online dont go there while listening to your class you will lost connection at the time of need and yiu have to run all over the floor to find signal and mark your attendence.. you will find every shop there snak bars and much more you can find there but not the phone signals . recommend to go when your class is over or you bunked .other wise yiu will be in trouble
