I came here during winter and covid when indoor dining was not allowed. The smoke from Table Talk was irritating us, and there was no alternate arrangement. Certainly not a comfortable dine in option.
The place is an affiliate of Tuscany Courtyard and is on first floor above it. Its a small place and seats about 40 to 50 people. Decor is upscale and ambience is ok. French fries are not on menu but they can bring it up from TC if you so desire. Menu is pan-Asian with Chinese Thai and Mongolian dishes. The food was quite late to arrive and this wasnt only with us. Other customers were also getting irate and showing their annoyance. At last the food arrived, the portions were quite large so no complaints there. Food was extra spicy hence take care at the time of ordering if you cant tolerate spicy food. We ordered Chinese Thai and Mongolian dishes. Bowl of hot pot soup was super hot spicy and delicious. All other dishes also tasted good hence the four stars. The place is certainly worth a visit. Look at the menu in pics.
A good addition to Kohsar market eateries, offering pan asian food. Taste and quantity was better than Ginyaki or Asian wok. We ordered half n half base (stirr fried veggies and chowmin) with sweet n sour chicken and special chicken gravies. Serving was really big and taste was good. Prices are fine. Service was good, we were only customer at that time so they treated us well. They also have nice book collection so you can read some books while waiting for order . Nice ambience.
Love the ambience. Thai cousines are okay but chinese was meh.

Food was too spicy. Even the mild spice ones were to hot.
Nice place for get to Heather and nice Chinese food
Pathetic food...Worst taste in the town.. Rather country...Dont waste your money...
Food as well as ambiance was great
This is a good food and amazing taste
So I went today with a friend of mine the food was good compared to other Chinese restaurants. The only problem was the people working there, they have a straight face and look really annoyed with customers. The attitude of one of the waiters was extremely rude. I could have understood if one of them was like that but like 3-4 employees? Except that love the ambiance and the book feel.
It was a nice experience
Good - The ambience. Its situated in a book store so its quite unique and nice. Sitting outside is very pleasant too.Bad - The food. The soup was awful. So water like without any viscosity. The food was not nice either. Ginyaki has set the bar way too high for the Wok food category in Islamabad.
Nice. Place.
Amazing experience.
Good food, bit different from other Chinese restaurants. Ambiance, decor and service is ok. Little bit seating capacity is short. Overall good experience.
Very strong taste. Not for me.
Only for the Tres Leches 3 Mill Cake, Id star Nom Nom a 4 star. It is one yummy addition to their dessert menu. If you talk about their food, I dont trust cleanliness in their kitchen and how it is made. As at one occasion, a colleague of mine found a small piece of glass which could have cut his throat. So I only come here for this dessert which any one would thoroughly enjoy.
Best food best service
Great ambience for an intimate setting. Also, great food!
We came here as a 2nd choice, as our favorite Chinese restaurant was fully booked. What surprised me was that despite its prime location in Kohsar market, some tables were vacant.Waiters need a bit of training. Examples:(1) Our waiter poured cold water in my glass, without asking my preference.(2) I enquired from the waiter, which type of fish they serve. He didn’t have a clue. However, he did find out from the chef that it was Bekty, which he couldn’t pronounce.(3) Waiter tried to remove my soup bowl, without asking me, even though the bowl wasn’t empty, and I was interested in finishing the soup.Food was so so, but “Prawns With Thick Chilly Sauce” tasted great, but with a distinct desi taste. I don’t know if that is a compliment for a Chinese restaurant.Desserts are really good, and worth coming back for, especially the Tres Leches (3 Mill Cake).
Good Chinese food onky if you have promotional discount
There dumplings are good. Bowl was good too but not extraordinary.
What an amazing experience I had at this place. Starting from Pan Seared dumplings to Nom Nom Special soup and their Mongolian beef with half n half base and 3 milk cake was the best ever I had in my life. Keep up the good work Team Nom Nom.
I dont know why people like this place. Maybe because its in kohsar. Must avoid.
Small but good environment for small gathering with nice food
I would say slightly over priced and not as good as ginyaki.....i tried their bowls and they werent having enough chicken. Mostly veggies and gravy.
The place and food is amazing, the rates are also bearable
