Overall the Tennessee steak was good but they couldnt get it to my liking that is medium. Below is what you get when you order medium. P.s. the dessert and the ceaser salad were good.

TGI Fridays was one of the best restaurant i ever seen they had trained managers & staff and their steaks were scrumptious but costlythere was a manager named Assad Abbasi i never forgot the way how he told me about Angus beef steaks

The pasta and quesidia were awesome

No care at all. START PAYING YOUR STAFF BETTER so that they can start caring. Food was mediocre at best and badly presented. The staff always forgets bringing in the condiments or serve incomplete order. Forget to recoup even after reminding and you have to literally beg so that you can start eating the lukewarm food. Such a disgrace!

Awesome food...specially steaks

Seatings great and I love the restaurant interior. Its straight out of a Manhattan Times Square pizza place. And the foods great and the deals are pretty good.

Visited the restaurant while passing by Islamabad, staff was helpful and concerned but they werent provided the necessary training, my drink came wrong twice, they tried to fix but still it wasnt correct, just heavy sugar syrup and soda no flavor to it. The steak was never served to the cooking temperature i asked for, then to top it off they tried too fix the temperature of a well done steak to med rare. Who does that?? Management should really focus on providing the training and giving the staff necessary tools to execute their jobs. For all the wrong things i was charged in full..

Not at all a good experience. Under-trained staff. How on earth you serve Ice-cream before main dish :) Prices are very high when compared with quality.

No air conditioning slow service. Half of the menu they cant serve because OUT OF STOCK. No blue cheese with wings when asked server played ignorance than later said we have to import cant import it. Should have told me before I order. Salad not fresh burger and fries first time awesome second time horrible. Complain and you find out they cant even say the name of the dish. Untrained unprofessional and rude staff no wonder always empty. Will not recommend

The service was horrible and they got the steak temperature wrong every time I visited. All times, I either asked for Medium or Medium Rare and I either got a completely raw steak or an overcooked one. The prices are no longer worth it. This place is now way too overated. The waiters got my order wrong twice and served the starters after the food was served.Edit: Now I can finally say that this is the most horrible place to go. Ive had better food from small stalls for 1/10th of the price. I went in Ramadan during Iftar time, they seated me and took my order. I ordered a slush and they gave me a completely watered down drink which didnt even have a piece of ice. I told the waiter about this and he said Ill bring the drinks manager and you can tell him what you would like in the drink. I was extremely furious at this time and told him that I dont need a manager to tell me what a slush is supposed to be and he then replaced it with a mojito. They had no desserts available simply on the basis of no sauce. Others with me said that the restaurant shouldnt display desserts if they werent willing to serve. I ordered a fajita with rice and the rice were so salty that it was inedible. The steaks were also very salty but, as you know it was Ramadan and during Iftar, I couldnt starve myself so I was forced to eat.Never going again, and would never recommend.
