Burger Lab first franchised in Karachi and Lahore and has now finally reached Bahria Town. There is another branch in the Centaurus Mall but it isnt easily accessible especially for bachelors. Burger Lab has never disappointed me with their deals especially the buy 1 get 1s which are quite frequent. The ambiance inside is amazing and clean since its a new branch. I highly recommended going here once as they have one of the most affordable and delicious burgers in town with the best Oreo shakes. Overall 9/10

Both Firehouse and Doppler Burger were really good but Animal Loaded Fries were the best. Service was also very good. Will definitely visit again. Recommended.

It is absolutely nothing like what you will see in the advertisements. And for this price, the burger is just a waste of money, you’d be much better off eating a hot n spicy roll paratha if you’re looking to eat something cheap and delicious. Very disappointed as I had been lured here by the amazing burgers in their advertisements. I tried the nuker in beef and you could make something much better in your own kitchen. Their animal fries were good, but that’s the only good thing I could take away from this visit. The staff was very professional, but let’s face it guys, we go to these places to eat good food, not to interact with the staff.

First of all, best service ever. Secondly great burgers, you should most definitely try the Nuker. Overall it was a very good experience but I loved the service. And also the choclate shake was amazing.

Their animal fries are mazing and if you like crispy chicken then do try their fire house. Its really tender and juicy.

Average burgers, pathetic fries, discourteous / distant staff. Upon reaching I found 2 counters, wid no lines on either. Stood in front of one while discussing wut to order wid my family. After 5-8 mins of discussion, being ready to place order, I was told that this counter was closed and there was no sign posted. By this time, the other counter had 5 people in line and 3 people behind me. I had a 1 yr old with me n none of the staff bothered to offer a baby-seat. After looking for it myself, n struggling to find its belts n clips, none of the staff came forward despite roaming freely in the restaurant.In short, below average food and unsatisfactory customer service. Not going there again. Not recommended at all..Update. Both my kids now have vomited badly during night due to the pathetic fries!!

Burger lab is a very competent new addition to Civic Center in Bahria. Burgers are really fresh and far better than KFC. Delivery Guys and the staff is good,they treat you nicely and have a good way of coversing with customers. Dont know why so much negative reviews are given.

Very Professional staff, Nice environment, Pakistani Product and Best juicy beef fillets. They even gave us complimentary Fries. i Think you should try once different kinda burgers.

Being a Karachiite and knowing much about the quality of Burger Lab, I decided to visit Civic Centre Burger Lab. I can say that the quality is much better than Karachis Gulshan Branch and the team was kind even thou they are still learning how to interact.Favorite thing to order: Fire House and Animal Fries (500rs Deal)Attention: If you see bad reviews under here its because of few food chains trying their best to destroy this business as the area is surrounded by most fast food chain who are threatened

Pathetic service.The waiters were unprofessional and the only thing that was good were the cashiers.The food wasnt good either.Half of their menu was not even available.The waiters forgot our order and didnt even apologize. The tables werent clean. Overall the worst place at which you can eat.Dont eat here.Worst eatery in Islamabad or in the very least, Bahria Town.The cashiers were the best and this trashy place received one star because of them.

I ate at this place a week ago and i am gonna be honest with you,it was the worst food experience of my life.The waiters served me my order after it was ice cold and they didnt have beef burgers near 6 pm,which is time at which the restaurants get the most customers.The prices are low but if you compare them to the food,it is pretty high.The burgers,as mentioned before,were cold.The cheese was just placed on top of it without it being melted and the salad leaf was rotten.The tables were not properly cleaned and it took them about 40 minutes to serve the worst zinger burger,which was cold mind you.I saw a person in the review section claiming that these bad reviews are from like opposing restaurants but lemme tell you,this one isnt.This place is not good if you are eating with friends as the food is bad and served cold.ALSO MY FRIENDS ATE HERE AND THEY LEFT HONEST REVIEWS BUT THE MANAGER CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM TO REMOVE THE REVIEWS SO THEY CAN ROB MORE PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY.
